I have been bringing my fur babies to Dogs on the Run Pet Grooming for over 2 years. I am happy to say that I have found my fur babies lifetime groomers. They have been in business for over 20 years and know what their trade is with many return clients. They are CPR certified and always kind to my Bambi and Maya. I am able to leave them in their care and know they are not being mistreated and that they'll come out leaving great.They also have the best doggy boutique and doggie bakery with a wide selection of dog safe treats. I highly suggest them when shopping for your fur babies or for a gift for someone else's fur baby.

I love coming here! They always treat my Polo so well and they have never done a bad job. I trust them and with my pup and I know he we will be safe and taken care of. He always looks and smells so good when I pick him up. Prices are great and they don’t take long. Highly recommend!

Update Apr. 2023: They moved to 1852 Trawood Dr. El Paso TX Much nicer place, nice boutique, can see dogs being groomed.I started with Dogs on the Run when they were on Cielo Vista Drive years ago and when they moved to 9927 Montana Ave., I followed. It's a great family run, small business who care about you and your dogs very much.No other dog grooming place ever cut my two dogs fur the way I wanted and Lily or her staff always do. They also always let me know when my dogs have a problem that I may not have noticed. The prices are very reasonable too.

They were so great. Our little guy looks fantastic and they were so patient with him. I know that he was a handful since he's young and hadn't been to a groomer before, but the staff was so nice. I love the little bowtie they gave him.

Brought my 4 month OES puppy Sophie here for the first time a while ago, and she came out looking great. The only think I did not really expect and like, was how much extra I was charged for her weight. She weighed around 25 pounds and I would have liked to know how much it was after a dog weighs 10 pounds. Overall, great service and experience.

I brought my Roxie girl to Dogs on the Run today for the first time. I bought her a new collar here for her and when I arrived to pick her up she was so happy, clean, and her skin was as soft as a baby's bottom! The owners were so nice and accommodating. They even offered me a discount on her grooming and the collar. They also gave us three free treats and a cute rainbow bandana!I will definitely be coming back! Especially sense they also have doggie cakes, ice cream, and beers too!

I've got 2 Yorkies and their grooming is ALWAYS excellent! Lily & her staff are always friendly & their treatment of the doggies is professional. My critters leave with a smile on their face with me also satisfied. The fee is very reasonable & I would highly recommend Dogs on the Run!!!

We just moved to El Paso from Ohio so I was stressed about finding a new groomer for my two mini Schnauzers. The drop off was quick and easy staff is really friendly and down to earth. I like that I can see where my dogs are being kept before and after they are groomed. They leave happy and smelling great and they look gorgeous. Pricing is really reasonable as well.

My lovely Ryuu really enjoyed the treats that were made for her! Even when I came home and have some to my other doggos they absolutely loved them, the fastest I’ve ever seen them eat a snack and want more. I was able to also microchip two of my doggos, Ryuu and Bandit and they made the experience friendly and fast. Definitely going back for more snacks for my doggos!!

I have been going to them for years with multiple dogs and I’m always satisfied. Great customer service, my dogs have never gotten any injuries. Cutest boutique of dog clothes as well as baked goods for dogs. You could just tell by the way they hold your pet that they care for your dogs. 💕

Ms Lili has been grooming both my pups for at least the past 5 years. Ms Lili has extensive knowledge on many, many breeds, and on more than one occasion, recommended a visit to the vet. She caught a health issue before it became a problem.Best yet, she works by appointment only! I can structure my day knowing exactly how much time it will take for them to be ready.And her shop/bakery is very well stocked with just about anything a loving pet owner might want/need.

I travel a lot and my dog has been in several grooming salons but none like this one. They offer an excellent service and I am planning to bring her back without hesitation for her next trim or just because she needs a pampering. Now Jackie is ready for Christmas 😃👍

Found this place online last night. They replied quickly & answered all my questions. We booked an appt for 10am to get nail trims for our 3 Chi-pugs.What has taken over an hour maybe 2 in the past at our vets office took maybe 15-20 mins and at MORE than half the cost! They were sweet to our 3 boys! 2 of which have really bad issues with having their feet touched! We will definitely be back! Oh and they have the best and cutest stuff for sale for your puppers! I was ohh-ing & ahh-ing go over their store! Thanks you guys! We will be back soon! 💙

Was excited to buy dog cake and ice cream! First time customer. I called , no answer. So I went by at 2:40. And it says they close at 3 PM. You would Figure they would stay the time they are supposed to, especially when you are closed the next day!! Don’t put your hours of operation on your door if it’s not accurate.

Best dog grooming shop in El Paso! Took my shitzu dog for a hair cut and loved it! Groomer was very nice and the prices are great. I would definitely recommend it!
