Can't believe this happened they gave my dog tranquilizer or lot of calming treats. He can't walk and his left eye is closing up. My girlfriend dropped him off completely fine and they charged a extra money than usual for haircut. Worst experience honestly.

I have been coming to Doggy Kingdom over 10 years, still sometimes my dogs don’t want to go in, just like the they do with the vet, but Doggy Kingdom does a super job!

My boy, Aluche, LOVES Doggy Kingdom. I came from PetSmart, who kept him in a crate for FAR too long and never got to him. Doggy Kingdom is communicative, sweet to my boy, and prices are more than fair. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I took my dog for grooming, they informed me they accept credit/debit card and now once I came to pick her up. They told me they were not going to give my dog if I didn’t pay in cash. They hung the phone up on my face. I never was so mistreated in my life. If you don’t accept card you should have a sign at your door or at least no lie about it. I asked them for a squared link to use my debit/credit card for payment and they also rejected me ain’t seeing my money again. Poor quality service with me as a customer and my dog.

I was very impressed!! She did a great job!! I couldn’t even recognize my dog!! After having a baby I put off taking her to the groomer and when I took her to the groomer I was told they had to shave her! And I refused and took her here since the location I had took her was about a mile from here and I’m so glad I found this place. I will be coming back every month now to bring her here. She smelled so good and looked so pretty!

My elderly parents took their Pomeranian to get a flea bath ( they were told these are safe, we now know otherwise). Our Pom came home with a closed right eye and a tender right ear. Hoping it would get better we didn’t rush him to the vet on Sunday, but after him not getting better I decided to take him Monday ( bath was Saturday afternoon). The vet found an incredibly irritated ear and eye from getting a lot of water in both. About 300$ and 3 medicines later, I called to notify the owner. I don’t want money, but just for them to be aware of their handling of pets, especially older ones. They were very nice and offered a discount for when we come back. I won’t be using the discount as I am no longer comfortable taking our little guy there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My grandma took her happy little dog to this place, and received a terrified and trembling version of her fur baby.. This place apparantly used a tool to rip the hair out of her dog's ears. The dog's ears were red, bleeding and incredibly painful. Her pup was trembling the whole day and she had to take her to the vet to make sure there's no permanent damage. Avoid this place at all costs, there are plenty of responsible and careful groomers in town!!!

Just a very bad experienceDropped my boys off before 11am was told a they would be ready at 1 and was told a price.Didn’t get a call till 4 pm when they were finally ready and charged a different amount.Told her when I dropped off my pet that he had a cut on top of his head. Apperantly that was disregarded because the scab had been scrapped off and he was bleeding when I picked him up.Customer service was lacking as well.

My dog always seems well cared for there. My dog is normally skittish about being groomed and this place is no different. However, it isn't any different then when I take her to Petsmart or other places. Never had reason to be concerned, place is always clean, it smells like a dog groomer's place, and the ladies are friendly. The prices are reasonable compared to places like Petsmart. Like half the price. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

Super cheap, they did a really good job, the staff was real nice. The only issue is the place smelled so bad like urine. The carpets were gross and old and def need to be pulled up.

Everytime I take my dog there, he gets more and more scared. He peed when I handed him over! His only 4 years old and not that old to pee carelessly. They also cut his nails too short, making him whine a bit. I rather pay $30 or more for him to be cared for than be scared and miscared for.

Took my dog there on short notice after another groomer said they would be open but closed early. They did more and costed less than the other place. The service was done in a hour and I had one happy looking puppy when I picked him up. Highly recommended

Went to pick up my usually hyper , happy , friendly dog up from this place, to him shaking terrified, they horribly shaved him, he was super red and irritated and his nails cut painfully short as well, and their careless response to everything was “yeah we went a little too short”. My friend who saw the job they did even said “they f-ed him up there”. If you care about yours dogs, don’t take them there.

I recently purchased a harness and the harness has my name instead of my dogs name I’ve tried calling and the number hangs up also it does not fit appropriately the Velcro rubs his neck I’m not happy hopefully they will respond and refund my money
