I love this place it has great clothes but unfortunately we did have some problems with customer service due to miscommunication between 2 different dad's locations about returning an item. Otherwise it's a great spot to shop

When we walked in everyone greeted us which was great!! And we found so many cute/affordable things at the store. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because when we were ready to pay the workers did not attend us. There was 3 workers at the cash register just talking and it seemed as if they were ignoring us. They didn’t ask if we were ready to pay or anything. They just stood there and kept on talking. Once we left that’s when they all separated. If not I would’ve easily given this store 5 stars.

This place has great deals. They just need some help organizing the place. It is very cluttered. The young lady greeting you is nice and helpful. The young man was a little rude, especially when you don't know the checkout process.

This place is great! It’s a lot like Ross. They have some great stuff at low prices. I’ve been several times and I’ve been happy with the products that I find. Sometimes with the low prices you get really cheaply made items but much to my surprise I’ve found some good items that are made well. This includes clothing, bags and household items. I’m happy with this store and I check often to what deals they have. I’m glad we finally got a DD’s here.

First time coming here and I gotta say they have better options and fashion than Ross or Marshalls in my opinion at good prices no less. I'm definitely coming here again. 10/10 would recommend.

The good... Great bargain discount store. Easy to find great deals. The bad... Need more employees to clean and organize the store. It's a dangerous place to walk in because there is stuff thrown everywhere. There were only two cashier's working when I went at 5pm on a Thursday. I stood in line for thirty minutes to pay for my items (I timed it) and by the time I left the line reached to the back of the store. Very frustrating.

Very RUDE and VERY Unprofessional .THE ASSISTANT MANAGER Covers up for bad employees.The lady that works the fitting rooms named Rosa has a terrible attitude and she should not be working in retail with customers if she cant handle doing her job.NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER . BUT SHE WAS BEING RUDE TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. The assistant manager told us there's no number we Can call to file a complaint. Which I find is very suspect.Then her and the fitting room lady proceeded to talk bad about us and other customers to the other coworkers.I'm currently looking to file a complaint with the corporate office.

The reason I give this store a 1star is because I had an encounter with a cashier and was trying to explain what her machine was showing which was different from what she was saying. Long story short she called a manager and the manager allowed this little girl (cashier) to be disrespectful towards me and to talk rudely to me. I love this store and because of this one incident I will NEVER visit this store. I live in this area but will now drive to the zaragosa store.

This is a great place to shop!! The store is full of discounts and everything is very cheap. They offer really good customer service and there is a very good parking lot. I really recommend this place if you want to buy a lot of things but not spend too much money.

I love to shop in this place. But today they keep us waiting. They usually open at 9:30 and after 9:40 they put a sign in the window saying that due to inventory they were going to open in 30 more min. After they saw all the people outside waiting. I work at 1 so I had to make my free time last till the last min. 😒

Came here to find a Christmas gift, the store was packed! And kinda messy. Haven't been here much but hopefully is cleaner in any other time. I looked thru some of the clothes for women/juniors, not very high quality. There are some good stuff such as kitchenware and other things.

They had 1 item that lost its tag, and therefore was overpriced, so I left it. Glad I did. But the worst is that an employee photographed my debit card info, and used it afterwards for their personal gain, so there's either a dishonest cashier, or manager(s), but they need to let someone go. Dishonesty is a bad policy. Theft is the WORST. I'm only giving 3 stars because there are good deals here, but being robbed prior to shopping really sucks. (I know it was here, because it's the ONLY place I used my card the whole month, and the unrecognized charges were 2 days prior to my visit.)

Sister store to Ross. You can find some good bargains. Some stores are messy though. But this one was clean and organized. If you're up for good deals, come check it out

Horrible store. It was my 2nd time ever in this store and it was to return the low quality cheap clothing they sell. Their unbreakable store policy is made to ensure you can't return items. I felt robbed. I will never return.

Besides the asset protection following me around and the store being so crowded that things are falling over (because there isn't even room for the cart or the people)its an ok DDs. I just moved to El Paso so I either find another store or I get used to the guy following me around. I just ignored it because I was hoping i going to find some good deals. Which there wasn't very many. I did find a cute onesie pj that seemed a bit over priced for DDs but I got them anyway. Can't win for losing I guess.

for the most part this store is great, just need more cashiers, faster service, and the manager i believe an older lady is very rude had a question about locating an item and she was just talking to her staff on the radio gossiping, only come here for the cheap prices and other courteous staff
