CVS has great employees - but it appears that someone (corporate?) has decided to cut costs and reduce staffing - providing a horrible opportunity for human error to step-in (can anyone remember how Boeing cut costs and caused two 737 aircraft to crash???). I will have to wonder how to protect my health, while trying to support the beleaguered and overworked employees. I hope people will NOT complain ‘about’ the employees…but WILL complain about corporate decision-making which pads the pockets of executives and puts employees and customers in stressful and (potentially) dangerous situations!#FedUpWithCVSCorporate

Call the pharmacy and and was waiting for 2 hrs and no answer, go to the cell phone app and it was showing that my prescription was going to be filled until Monday 2/26 when I dropped the prescription on 2/21 at 12:30 pm.I decided to go in to the pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist and gave them my name and date of birth and right there they filled out my prescription.Told the associate how come on the phone out system it say that prescription in proses, on the qpp that prescription ready until Monday and inside the pharmacy they were in stock.No answer just I'm sorry.......

Also been on the phone for over an hour. SO UPSET...Between my doctor and now CVS I don't know who's worse!!!! SUPER SICK OVER HERE NOW I'M SUPER PISSED...CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎YOU COULD CARE LESS!!!

I have ADHD and there has been a shortage of Adderall everywhere! I had called Walmart, a couple of Walgreens and when I called CVS they didn't have any either at that store, but he looked at the other CVS stores and told me there was another CVS nearby that had it. I called my Dr to give the order to the CVS he told me about and it was ready an hour later for pickup.

Automated system is butt cheeks but that's how it goes with every business. The employees that work the pharmacy are constantly on the move and give very useful information. God bless

I've been here since 4PM to pickup my daughter's medicine. These pharmacists told me they don't want to give it to me and call the doctor. I did at 4:09PM and told them what happened, they said they'll call CVS then me. It's 5:04PM and still no call, called doctor to see what happened and that CVS didn't answer the phone call. I hate CVS, playing around with medicine and people's lives. Such BS! F*çk CVS!!

I am an UberEats driver and I rarely accept "shop and deliver" orders from this store because everytime that I do, the shelves are not stocked. Either the employees aren't stocking shelves or the online store is reflecting an inventory that is not up to date. The prices on some products seem pricey as well.

Drop off my prescription yesterday, I instructed them I would pick it up today. Showed up and they couldn't find my prescription. Then the pharmacy manager Ray makes it seem like it was our fault they lost the prescription and stated "well,what do you want me to tell you...it's not here". I wouldn't care for the incident if it wasn't a heart medication I need. So unprofessional, I was planning on switching our families medication to cvs, but no more.

New store, very clean. Lack of customer service, no welcome greeting is ok if associate is busy but to just hand you a receipt without a thank you or anything is unacceptable. Please train Mais in proper customer service etiquette.
