This location is always packed, there is a line of cars around the building every single day. If you go inside there is a line. The pharmacy technician at the window is never in a rush, there is no sense of urgency for how long the lines and wait times are. For 3 cars in front of me I wait 25 minutes which is unacceptable.It is impossible to get through the phone lines, I don’t even bother trying to call this location. My inhaler which just requires a sticker to be printed out and put on the box (I was a former pharmacy technician) took over a day to be filled.Absolutely ridiculous and 1 location in this large section of the city.I’ve called the store manager and complained about wait times, I’ve talked to the lead pharmacist, nothing gets done and there is an abundance of staff.Fix the wait times, they are far below industry standards and completely unacceptable.

Never had a problem filling my prescriptions with CVS, meds always in stock, minimal wait time at the drive through. Love the updates sent via text message. Great customer service rendered all the time!

I came to pick up my wife's medicine she just had come out of the ER I understand that everyone has to be in line but I was hoping that the pharmacist would have a little empathy. But instead he said that I had to wait more than 2 hours for her meds that's one of the reason I hate coming here you guys simply don't care about anyone.

I thought my last visit was bad this was worst. Waited for 11 minutes behind one car in the drive through. when it was my turn the girl (Samantha) on the receipt couldn't even smile to help me. Kept looking at her phone. I handed her my drivers license and said I had a script to pick up. She came back handed me the bag. I asked if my other script was going to still be ready at 7:55 Pm (what the system said when I called) She looked at her personal cell phone again and said it should be ready in an hour. Seriously she didn't ask for what script or look it up. I pull up and realize she didn't give me my license back. Pulled around waited behind 4 cars for 10 minutes still no movement. Almost closing time for lunch Went and parked went inside asked the girl at the counsel window if my license was left at the drive thru. She hands it to me no sorry or apology and asked her if my script was going to be ready in an hour or at 7:55pm she said I guess an hour we are busy and walks away. Didn't get her name. Her hair is long and two colors. I won't even get into the condition of the pharmacy. No idea the last time the garbage was picked up on the floor or vacuumed at the very least. Cell phones have got to be a violation of HIPPA! I am so dreading going back to get my other new script that I need help learning how to take since I have never given my self shots. I realize our insurance is Aetna and you are both the same company and we are stuck being treated like this. I will be contacting Aetna I am sure hope this isn't their level of professional healthcare at a pharmacy

3 time came for medication.. on Friday they said it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. We let the weekend pass..Monday and they said it would take a while.. came back still wasn't ready. 4 days without my blood pressure medication.. we live in Chaparral.. you don't deliver

Needed a prescription filled in a very short period of time and this pharmacy totally took care of me. My prescription was ready in a few minutes. Big thanks to Allen and the pharmacist. Also this is a very nice clean, well stocked store with friendly employees.

This was the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I was not given information about an important medication I needed, until I called. Waited around for two hours to find out they didn’t even have it?! After being told they did…. Wow. Dear Walgreens, I will never stray again.

I really love shopping here.Wonderful atmosphere,friendly staff,and the pharmacy is so much better than Walgreens,less waiting time&I've yet to have CVS make a mistake on my prescriptions. I'm so happy I made the switch.Thank u CVS,I recommend this pharmacy to my family&friends!!!
