Went through CVS drive-through to pick up a prescription.Call The Pharmacist before hand to check on the prescription to be picked up. Pharmacist said “it was ready to be picked up after 5pm. got off from work,”excited to know that my prescription was ready. drove up to the drive-through and two unprofessional Pharmacy techs, pretty much humiliated me in front other customers. every question I ask, they answer me like if I was a child trying to put me in my place. Ruined my whole day I was just seeking for answers why I was told different over the phone. My medication was ready to be picked up.. and for those two techs who are helpless I think it’s a lack training on Customer Service. They make the customer feel belittle. This is not only the first time I’ve seen them humiliate people at the window. The only reason I go to the CVS it is because it’s near my house and my Insurance Only works at CVS.

This is the worse experience ever with pharmacy and cashiers ! No back up ! Pharmacy techs need to be a little more friendly and knowledgeable! They need to know what to sell without a prescription! Took me 1.5 hours to get out of the store !!

Had a COVID test scheduled and there were two lanes open. There was a sign indicating "full service" for both lanes. I drove up to the right hand lane and the young lady who addressed me, very rudely told me that I was in the wrong lane for COVID testing. I told her that the signs indicated "full service" for both lanes. She said I was wrong and that there was a sign indicating which lane was for testing. So, I had to drive off and came back later. This time, I noticed the sign that the rude lady was referring to. It was a crudely made cardboard sign which was difficult to read from way back in the line. But, even at close up, it is difficult to determine what this signs indicates. Such an unprofessional pharmacy!!

CVS employees at the pharmacy need to take customer service training because they don't know how to be polite to their customers. I get text messages that I need a new prescription for my grandson when he still has 3 refills or they text me that his refill is ready and I go to the pharmacy and it's not ready. I have called and after 30 minutes they answer and they hang up on me. I call again and have waited 45 minutes and no answer and call again for another 20 minutes so Erika can tell me as she quoted if I didn't like it to change pharmacy. I guess she is the owner of the company which does not care how many customers they lose by saying this. I am going to take her suggestion and change to the Walmart pharmacy where I get my prescriptions and have not had any problems. They answer your call right away and are very polite, kind and very helpful. The only reason i would use CVS because of his insurance but i can change now. This incident made me so upset and made me feel so dicriminated that I am going to let my family and friends know not to go there.

Forced to switch from Walgreens to CVS because of my insurance. First experience with CVS hasn't been pleasant. It's been hard to get a hold of anyone and apparently no matter how long you've been waiting in line (I was in line for over 30min) once 9pm comes around they straight lock up and don't attend to you. Worst experience!

Worst pharmacy ever. My daughter uses acutane and every single month was a struggle because no one knows what they’re doing. They always tried blaming my Dr. or nurse. I switched to Lee Trevino location and I’m glad I did. They know what they’re doing and I no longer have an issue filling the prescription.

The WORST service. Had me waiting for an hour and a half after they said my prescription was going to be ready in 20 minutes and i ended up leaving with bare hands. They kept saying I have to pay way more than what I was originally told because somehow my insurance isn’t in the system after they put it every time I go. It’s ridiculous. The visit before this one, they couldn’t find my prescription. They had a mess in the back. The staff is very rude. They do not make eye contact or at least look at you when they are talking and when asked to repeat something I missed, they hesitate and repeat it with an attitude. They have an extremely slow service even though they have a lot of staff members there. At least two were sitting down having a conversation and laughing . Another one was just walking around with a fountain drink around the working area. No wonder they didn’t have my prescription. This is nothing compared to Walmart or Walgreens, they were fast and patient with me.

As usual, waiting time in the drive through lane is almost an hour every time I come to pick up my prescription. Inside the pharmacy is from 25-30 min waiting time. I am tired of this inefficiency. Will go back to Walgreens.

I made an appointment online after having another bad experience at another CVS. Waited 40 minutes in line just so that the very rude person in the window could tell me there was no testing. I don't understand why the system was up online to make appointments and why can't they have at least a sign outside instead of making everyone waste their time and money. Very rude customer service.

They say the medication will be ready in 20 minutes and days later, it's not ready. They have lost my prescriptions. They have told me conflicting information like , they haven't received the prescription, then another person will tell me it's an insurance problem. I receive messages stating medicine is ready , when I go it never is. When i bring it up to employees, they could care less. Worst pharmacy

Absolutely disgusting selection. Their products are covered in dust and are opened. People couldn’t even check out because there was no one at the front counter. When an employee that was stocking shelves was asked about it he said sorry no one is working that section right now. What? You mean you don’t have someone working the check out line? The phones were giving them issues and a lady in the pharmacy hung up on me while I was trying to ask for a manager because a prescription they gave me was going to expire too soon. Even the box that my medicine was given to me in was covered in dust. They said they could make a note on my file not to give me medications that are close to expiration. Why should that even be an option? Shouldn’t they want to give you medication that isn’t close to expiring. They said that they throw out prescriptions that are a month away from expiration...LIES. Mine expires in August. 4 days away from a month and they still gave it to me and said too bad. They just try to get rid of products that they have held on to for too long. WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Poor customer service and their store is filthy! I have no intentions on returning to this store. For a $10 prescription you lost my business and I returned close to $70 with of merchandise and bought it all on amazon for half the price. Oh and be warned the shift manager will try to tell you you can’t return things if you don’t have all the coupons that come with your receipt. I had the receipt with the items listed and the barcode and he said he needed the whole receipt WITH the coupons. I said that I didn’t have the full thing and he began to tell me he couldn’t return it. I started taking stuff out of my bag and putting it on the counter to get him to just return my stuff. AND THAT WAS A SHIFT MANAGER. You all need better management and customer service.

Purchased an item that was subpar, misplaced receipt. Payed with debit card and used extra care card, Silvia assist manager states she could not offer store credit or find transaction. Policy glued to counter states otherwise but she informed my Store Manager, Michelle Nino, does not follow this policy. Another female behind the register suggested I go to a different CVS location to do the same thing?! SAVE your receipts they don’t follow their own policies.

This place takes forever to fill prescriptions. They are possibly the slowest place in the entire city. The only time I've gotten my prescription in a reasonable time is when I'm the only one there.

Worst service and consideration to customers… Came for an appointment for Covid-19 test, they have two drive-thru lanes, I take lane two once I’m next in line there is a piece of a cared board with a faded handwriting “Covid-19 test on lane One only” I got so upset… so I stay in the line and this lady that sounds like she gives two “F’s” tells me to go back to the back of the line. I honestly recommend you to not pick this location until they change store manager (who’s allowing customer service reps to be careless). First and last time I come to this location…

This location has always had the nicest employees. Very helpful and kind. I'll admit, sometimes at the pharmacy there is a bit of a wait but they are busy. And being busy says a lot about them to me, they are taking their time to do the job right as well as lots of customers. Definitely prefer this to Walgreens across the street.

They always tell you that they will have your order ready in 15 minutes when you arrive to pickup, that takes longer. Also they are always under staffed. They take at times 30 minutes to answer your phone calls.Also, my wife waited 2 weeks to get her pre-natal vitamins. They kept on telling her that in 3-4 days they will receive it. Unacceptable. I will be going across the street to Walgreens.

My mom had a appointment at 3 pm for vaccines and we waited 30 minutes just so they could tell us to reschedule because there where to busy and they weren't going to be able to give here the vaccines any time soon. It's ridiculous if you give us a appointment time at least respect the time.

My rating is for the pharmacy. Although the staff aren’t really rude nor really nice, it’s their incompetence I’m really fed up with. I refilled my meds online yesterday morning and pick up was for 4pm(Walgreen would have it ready for pick up way earlier). So yesterday I went at 4. It wasn’t ready due to them being 2 DAYS BEHIND on all their refills! My husband demanded they expedite because I can’t miss a dose so they said to go back in 2 hours. This location is a little far so we decided to pick up the next morning after we drop off the kids. So that was plenty of extra time, right? Of course, it wasn’t ready this morning. I don’t believe they even bothered with the expediting. The person helping us at the window told us they’ll have it ready soon, to drive up front. My husband had to go inside. Then they couldn’t find it. Of course. Anyway, we finally got it and left. It really is like this every time. I immediately requested to transfer all my Rx to the Walgreens across the street. I’ve had enough of this. They’re NEVER ready on time or within that day even. This is unacceptable especially for people like me who CAN’T afford to miss a dose. So for those of you reading these reviews to help decide which pharmacy to go to, I recommend Walgreens. I don’t know about other CVS locations but this one is the worst.

It was 9:30pm and the pharmacy closes at 10pm and I was picking up my prescription and a guy named Eric came on and was very short and sounded like he was annoyed he had to help me. After sending out my prescription he didn’t ask if I had questions, didn’t say thank you he didn't say anything. Just walked away. Customer service is horrible. I will be going across the street to Walgreens next time.

This is the worst CVS I have been to. The pharmacy has the worst customer service starting with the pharmacist. There is always a long line inside the store to pick up prescriptions as is on the drive thru. When you call the same thing it took the pharmacy 20 minutes to pick up the phone. Horrible I prefer to drive the extra 10 miles than to deal with this unkeeped, unprofessional CVS.

I go to this CVS because it’s location is convenient for me, and I have a Caremark card. However every time I fill my prescription here there is an issue. Either it’s ready a long while later or they tell me it’s ready and turns out they won’t have it supplied for four days. If I’m filling a prescription it’s safe to say I need it to recover and 4 days is an insult to my health and well being. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt. I will not return to any CVS. Walgreens rushes to fill my prescription and I never have any issues so I’ll stick with then indefinitely.

It was amazing service .! I came in to get my prescription at 2:33 pm and did not get my meds until 5:16 pm. Fast service, fast transaction. As they say, early worm gets the bird.Shout out to that one guy name Cam. He was hella cute!

Where to start, first time I went took them 3 days to fill my son's prescription for his ADHD medication I'm sure it would have taken longer but I stopped by to ask. Then after 3 days they tell me they only have 22 instead of 30 at this point I don't even care I tell them I'll take the 22 then the pharmacist oh never mind I do have the 30. Next time my kids got the flu took them forever to get my son's medication went back again the next day because my other child got the flu they were out of stock. The following week I go in again because my remaining children got strep dropped the medicine off around 230pm they said I'd get a text around 630pm, nothing. Next day I stop by again to check on the meds they are still not ready they won't be ready until maybe 2pm. Finally I get a text and my prescription is ready I get home and the azythromicin is just the powder they didn't even mix it now I have to go back again. The wait is ridiculous only reason I keep going back is because this is the closest to my house and Walgreens no longer accepts my insurance. I hate this freaking pharmacy it's absolutely the worst.

5:30 pm ,Horrible customer service! Had to talk to 3 different people to let them know i was there to pick up a prescription for my daughter. They looked at me like I was talking Chinese. At the end no body knew anything. I don't understand how the people at the pharmacy got a job there. They are really unprofessional and LOOK unprofessional. After all the bad reviews this place has I don't understand why it's still open. Smh CVS..

The worst service ever.I was trying to see if my daughters Rx’s were ready and they kept hanging up until I went to the store and they still said it couldn’t be filled for another 2 hours.Called again after I left empty handed and was on hold FOR AN HOUR!!!People in the pharmacy are SO rude definitely don’t recommend them.
