Took my boss lady’s dogs and though I must say I have no idea about dog haircuts, the people are not so nice! Like the head lady in charge today, was being kinda nice and understanding. But that was not the case with her sidekick, she kept making comments, while I was standing there.When we dropped the dogs off…. They understood I was going to come back after I picked my kids up, then she wants to throw a fit like a child and make comments. And her boss is totally cool with it. Definitely not professional but what do I know…. Besides how to treat another human being! 🙄 but hey if you like rude people, just for a nice cut for your pup! Goooo for it! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very disappointed! I liked the hair cuts. I have a poodle. But every time I picked up my boy, he appeared sedated. Last time I took him, in January, he came home with a small cut on his lower eyelid. It developed into a bump, got infected, and ended up in both eyes. 3 trips to the vet LATER, he’s finally almost well. Definitely not taking my baby back, and I don’t recommend it.

I took my Lab for bath and deshedding, and it was her first time, so she was scared, but the owner was so sweet, and i could tell she won my dog’s trust fast! Also they finished with her super fast! I was very happy with the outcome! Definitely my go-to for dog grooming!

This was a very disappointing experience. We had just relocated from California and were looking for a groomer. The reviews on Yelp seemed to be okay and it was close to where we were staying. I called to get an appointment and ask if they took large dogs - she told me to bring him in. This turned out to be the biggest mistake and the biggest waste of money I have ever experienced. The place is a mad house - there doesn't seem to be any organization - people just walked in and right up to the front. Dogs barking - phones ringing. When I finally made to the front I told the girl that I wanted his bathed, brushed and smelling good. Easy enough I thought. A few hours later they called and said he was ready. I walked into the place and my they let my dog run out into the lobby - he's still wet, and smelled like a wet dog, his ears were down and he kept shaking his head. I knew what this meant. I got out of that chaos as quickly as I could - my dog was stressed, I was stressed. They charged way more than I expected for the job they did, suffice to say that I spent over $200.00 for the pleasure of getting a semi wet, smelly dog, with a severe ear infection and a trip to the veterinarian. I called them to let them know what had happened just to see what kind of response I would get. Pretty much what I expected - sorry, hope to see you again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their animal.

Don't do it. I went there and got a bad feel immediately. Chaos, tension, rushed with the animals and crowded. Drop off only, no appointments. At 11am I was told my dog would be ready around 3 because there was about 20 dogs ahead of mine and my dog is a tiny puppy with no special cut needed. The person at the front was ready to take my puppy to a crate without asking what I wanted and there was no paperwork. I didn't let her. I saw so many dogs in stacked crates three or four high and so many that they had to create a hallway for workers to get through, it was about three feet wide. I ended up going to Agave Groomers and had a great experience there!

First time grooming my two pups here. Asked for basic teddy bear face, #7/#5 on body, fan tail. It’s looks to me like I got a groomer who had Never done this before. Both dogs haircuts look choppy, uneven , and in some parts you can tell hair wasn’t even cut. The dogs were Not Matted so I don’t see why such a poor quality haircut. Also I called for prices over phone a day before and was told $30 but when I dropped of was told $32.99, dogs are 8-10 pounds. I have the pics of both dogs but this doesn’t let me post.

These people are horrible and will never take my poor dog there again. For starters they flat out LIE and will tell you anything to get you to come in. Once in, there is no telling what they do to your animal, plus they over charge for a little tiny bow, which should be given away for free. They lied to me twice and I will not allow that again. Then after my dog was ready for pick up, they called me and told me to "hurry up" because your dog is acting crazy. She never acted crazy in the nine years I've had her. Once home she is not acting normal and I'm considering filing charges for animal cruelty. Just breaks my heart. My true advice is to stay away from this weird business. Don't walk away but run and don't look back. I wouldn't treat a wild skunk they way they treated my Pet.

I have been going here off and on for years. It used to be great, but my last experience will keep me from ever going again. I guess if everyone wants a teddy bear cut, which seems to be their preference, then you're ok. I have a schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle mix) and I asked to keep my dogs schnauzer cut face and a short body. When I went to pick her up, her eyebrows and schnauzer beard were cut off completely. Now my dog looks like a chubby chihuahua!! The groomers are obviously not trained professionally. Please beware if you're looking for a specific cut. I'm going back to Funny Dog Grooming!!

I have been taking my Pomeranian there for 13 yrs. It's unassuming from the outside. They are typically fast, unless swamped. Never had any issues with my dogs. BTW, military discount.

Sure, my dog's hair was cut fine. And sure, my dog does snap, so I was happy they did agree to take her. (She's an American Eskimo so she's kind of defensive). But the layout of the establishment was horrific. The kennels are crammed on top and next to one another without any type of wall; dogs were trying to stick their noses through the cheap bars to claw or bite one another because it was so crammed and agitating for them. Also, the kennels are a white color so it was easy to tell how filthy they were. And when I saw them put something around my dog's neck, I thought it would be a legitimate collar, but it was a noose-looking rope with no restraint as to how hard it could close around a dog's neck: it could essentially choke my dog! I shouldn't have left her there after seeing that. I felt so guilty picking her up from what had to be a traumatizing experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I just care about dogs' welfare, and this place does not look safe or respectable at all! I believe it when someone claims a dog got parvo from here: they didn't even ask for vaccination information (e.g., rabies shots)!
