Betty is so nice and helpful and they do an excellent job with vacuums. Their prices are really fair and I was happy with the maintenance they performed on our two Dysons.The only issue I encountered was trying to set up an appointment for their air vent cleaner Gus, who Betty referred me to as part of their business. He's extremely finicky about what times he works and returns calls and he calls from different numbers. He's not very professional on the phone either.

Absolutely fantastic! I called 4 vacuum places to see if they could fix a broken hose for my Bissell pet hair eraser and they all said no, till I called cleanlux. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and said I could get a free estimate. Not only could they fix my vacuum but I also got a tune up and it was very reasonably priced!!! I was so pleased with how friendly, fast and cost efficient they were. 100% recommend !!!

My Dyson was working but not well. Took it to these guys. Gave me a quote right away and fixed it like. It's better than new now. Forgot how well it could clean when it's working right.
