Circle K Redd Rd is my neighborhood store. I have never had a problem with any staff person. Quite the opposite! They are always kind to me and I often go in the middle of the night.We can all be a little more understanding.

I hate to pump gas at circle k stores because they always keep $100.00 more then what i pump and take days to return my mony ....i really hate circle k gas station stores ...people dont pump gas at circle k

Update: My mexican husband went in. Grabbed the same small box of wine and handed the ID before she asked and completed the purchase. After he asked her in spanish about me earlier. She then lied and said i came in with a bunch of kids. Only 2 customers were in the store a husband and wife. He recorded her and she then threatened to call the cops on him bc he questioned her. He told her she was racist and i might sue for racial discrimination.Unbelievable experience tonight!!! Night shift lady with bug eyes and glasses DENIED me service because and I quote " gave me your ID too fast, you're buying for someone under age". What in the world?!! I told her its the law to check IDs so why wouldnt i hand it to her? No, too fast!??? She threatened to call the cops on me. I told her I'm coming home from a BbQ and I am by myself. I told her to look in my car. She said no, i know what you're doing. I told her I was regular their and she just repeated herself. I called the non emergency line asking what I should do. Meanwhile 4 more customers went in and purchased with no problem. She asked one set of customers if I caused a problem for them in Spanish. I believe she's a racist and has something wrong with her. The non emergency said to call corporate and to contact the BBB which I intend to do. Never have I been treated like this. My husband is stopping in later after his shift tonight to get her name, then I will share it.Oh and here's something halarious. After hanging up with epd I went in and told her I was calling corporate ect and a kid buying alcohol started laughing. Once he came out I told him and he said he just purchased his with a fake ID. HE WASNT 21!! Good job old racist lady. Good job.

So the older woman that works here is extremely Rude and unprofessional. Her name is Maria.I don't understand how every time I go, she either finds something rude to say or has a snoody remark when a customer asks a justifiable question. For example, I asked why there wasn't hand soap in the men's restroom. She got frustrated and threatened to just close the restroom completely because of this. I simply said Dollar general sells hand soap for like $1. I'm sure the company can pay for it. She rudely said "you go to Dollar general!" Wow . I literally hear other customers agreeing on how rude she is and it even seems as if the employees know she's like this. Why does she still work here? Come on circle k

I always avoid this place because of how they treat their customers like DIRT. Especially the lady with white hair EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She talks badly about customers in spanish thinking they won't understand. I used to go to this store back in 2015 and 2016 and it hasn't changed. The cashiers are always discriminatory against younger people resulting in them losing a LOT of business to valero. I just want to buy my stuff and leave not have someone talk rudely to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had the worst experience. I was minding my own business making a run for a late night snack with my boyfriend. We were having our own personal conversation when the cashier, Carmen, started pointing a finger at us saying we were making fun of her. We tried politely saying that we never even mentioned her and that we were talking amongst ourselves about something entirely different. She treated us so rude and disrespectfully that I never want to go back. I genuinely hope she does not disrespect all of her customers like so. I would definitely advise against going to this gas station.

Called over the phone to avoid driving to multiple different places. Awful, rude woman answered in Spanish and interrupted me when I was in the middle of asking if this Circle K carried what I was looking for. She rudely snapped at me that they "didn't give product information out over the phone" -- when every other Circle K had politely done so earlier in the evening. She told me I would just have to come into the store, and I was so taken aback. Then, she hung up on me. Please fix your customer service. This was beyond rude. I have no idea whether or not this Circle K has what I was looking for, but I have zero intention of driving out to see.

Monica Rosales ignored me even after I greeted her then while helping the customer after me made a racist remark in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand her. I brought it up to the managers attention who told me English is her second language. Completely ignoring the fact she was using racial slurs. I'm in the process of trying to reach corporate because her level of customer service should not be based on the color of the customers skin. I know drive 2 miles extra to another convenience store just to avoid having to interact with her I feel uncomfortable

Please learn how to restock items and not have me keep reminding you, where you make the excuse you'll let management know. I get tired of having to go to the other SMALLER location on Belvidere and Resler, since you all are too busy to keep up with them. It's ridiculous.

Every night we have come for the past 2 weeks. It's been "closed" just because some night shift they hired doesn't want to work so they make some little sign out of receipt paper and hide in the back. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't be a 24 hour gas station. Or hire people who actually want to work

Stopped here to fill a low tire. The air machine was not marked as out of order and it emptied my tire air instead of filling it. I went inside for help and the workers were not helpful at all, they didn't offer a refund nor did they go out to mark the machine as out of order. Pretty inconvenient for what should be a convenience store.

Stopped to use the restroom. The door was locked and i stood there waiting. The clerk in her 50s was mopping and talking to another customer. She just looked at me and kept talking. I interrupted to ask for the key. She said the older cashier was going to use it first and then the older cashier went around me and went in. I have had several bad experiences here. The management needs to make some employee changes. Horrible customer service.

This is a great neighborhood, and one of the higher income areas of El Paso that does not deserve to be treated poorly by a grumpy, low life cashier!!
