Had the worst experience at this store! The cashier was so rude and kept complaining about her job to the customers. Me seeing the reviews apparently this behavior has been happening for a year… maybe get a new job if you hate it that much???

I come here every night for a cup of Horchata the older woman by the name of Rachel working the front counter was extremely rude & refused to switch the bag out when I advised her that the machine was not working, nor did she ask her other employee to help. Nothing but excuses. Not even eye contact 💀 I understand that you might not like your job Rachel… but it’s your job. it’s just too obvious that she hates working here which makes it super uncomfortable to even come here.

This store has the rudest employees I've had the misfortune of meeting. It's on a busy intersection where they always have customers, so they think it's perfectly acceptable to be a-holes. Plus, they overcharge like crazy. They just charged my boyfriend $16 for 2 Sol Cheladas. Each of those things is at most half that price at any other gas station.Don't go here. You will definitely have a bad experience. Drive an extra two minutes to go literally anywhere else.

If i could give this place zero stars i would cause this man that was helping me out couldn't understand how the coupon worked. I literally redeemed the coupon infront of him and he told me it was expired. When it Showed a count down for when it expired. He gave me such a hard time saying it is already past the time it expired but it showed the time when i redeemed it at. Usually i can understand that people have it rough, but that doesn't give you the right to talk down to your customers. I'll gladly go somewhere else.

Went to this gas station and I was feeling fancy so I chose the 91 octane premium unleaded. Turned out to be diesel. Had to take my car to the mechanic and do a full purge as well as replace several components. I have tried multiple times to contact circle K customer support but there is never a response. Never going back.

Have no idea who’s hiring these cashiers but they are terrible. We informed one of the employees that a bottle of carbonated water had been drained and replace with water from another source by someone and the cashier flat out didn’t care. I understand that there wasn’t much he could do but at least take the water and throw it away , not put it back for sale

They charge for ice in your own water bottle. They also lose track of your scratch off tickets and try to under change you for them. I would give them a 0 star but sadly that's not an option on the review.

*** BAD GAS BEWARE - PLEASE READ *** I was traveling cross country from Arizona to Florida in my brand new car. Stayed overnight in El Paso & got up to find gas (was on empty) before hitting the road. I filled up here with 91 octane & got 20 minutes out of town when my car stopped running. Had to have it towed to the volvo dealer in El Paso - a week later they finally called to tell me it was bad gas. I called the gas station to let them know & before I could even get much info out the lady hung up on me. Not even kidding!!! I have now called corporate & will need to file a law suit to get my 2k for repairs back. BEWARE!!!! Please!!! If you have a nice car don’t go there to fill up!!!

This location should be investigated by upper management. The cashier isn’t trained properly and doesn’t know how to sell a wet n wild ticket. Everyone knows that they sell them and they are cheaper at Circle K. I Waited 20 mins for a manger to come and sell me the tickets and was told he was still in the restroom . This makes me question what he was doing in the restroom. The place has no standards. It was dirty and unkept. Make sure to where your mask here and wash or sanitize your hands after leaving.

I was denied the True North energy drink and Kind bar promotion in which you can mix and match 2 for $4. Signs were up on both drink and bar displays. I inquired about it upon paying and the woman flat out said "no" and just repeated the total amount of both items without promotion. (07/20/2022 , 8:35AM)

Extremely rude employees. The lady at the register working the evening of 1/5/23 was refusing to ring up customers and making them use self checkout even when they did not want to. Check your cameras. 8:15-8:20 pm.
