My son in law went to circle k 6996 Escondido Dr, El Paso, TX 79912 to purchase 30 pack of beer 01/28/23 When he reached in cooler door to retrieve beer items unsafely displayed on door fell on to him and crashed to the floor fortunately he only suffered bruising and wet clothes. Store clerk was angry and only concerned for the mess. Not in any way concerned for his safety or well fare screamed that it is corporate ideas to display product on the door. Disgusting display of customer service or humanity circle k lucky there was no physical harm to him or this would be a different concern I would seriously consider safe displays as well as more human customer service. Disgusting reaction to the whole situation check your cameras for full vision of this concern.

Same caveman looking guy still works there (Samuel). Today along with his hostile (male) coworker who acted more as a protective girlfriend, made my experience at circle k unbearable. They were anything but welcoming and had just treated my sister poorly so i went in to get what i needed on my own and they were indeed horrible. I WILL NEVER RETURN but i thought corporate would be pleased to hear how he welcomes valued customers.

Adrana was super rude the prices were wrong and she didn't wanna honor them. I work retail if a price is marked wrong you always honor it. She didn't apologize just said she would change it with an attitude. Idk if the store doesn't train the associates good customer service because that definitely wasn't it.

I am trying to reach the Corporate Office of Circle K in light of the situation that happened here in Douglasville, Georgia this week. The manager was fired when he defended himself and a co-worker. He had a personal weapon when he was attacked by a robber when he was sprayed with mace. At which time the robber had him on the floor with a gun pointed at his head. The manager reached in his pocket and pulled out his personal gun and fired. the robber ran without robbing the store. I frequent the store but I can promise you I will not be back. I see that this company O value on it's employees. It was in September 2009 when another employee was killed by a robber at this same store. This could have happened to this manager had he not had his own gun to protect himself. I will not go back to this store again and I will tell everyone I know not to go back until this issueis resolved and this manager is reinstated. I only hope you have at least a 5 million life insurance policy to go to the families at the death of their love one that works for you. YOU know that it is a HIGH RISK job because it is a target for criminals.

So I walked in and I asked the guy who was working there his name was Samuel (looked like a caveman) if they sold any e-cigs or something like that and he just looked at me for a second then proceeded to check out the customer behind me so I left worst service I've ever had there hope he gets fired
