This place is a God send! They are the only place in El Paso that could groom our firecracker puppy!! Everyone was so nice and patient and we are going to keep bringing him here so he gets used to grooming since he is just a baby! So impressed! Before and after pictures Theo is even smiling! :)

They normally do a good job on my pets in the past. So I decided to go with them again after I had been taking my pet to a groomer that was no longer available. The pricing is $55-up I was told over the phone. Upon arrival I was told $85 because my dog was old and could bite. My senior dog can't see anymore and is not aggressive whatsoever. I don't know how they came to this conclusion. I thought this was a big jump in price. I decided to cancel instead.

The owner is awesome with my Max! Leaves him fresh and clean. He always walks out of there happy which makes me happy! 😀 She even got him to take christmas pictures today!! Im so happy!

Sandra is always very nice and does a great job on our 2 little shih-tzu's Toot and Pepper. Our older one is hateful in his old age but she always takes good care of him. Highly recommended.

I love this place! I've been taking my Chihuahua Biscuit for FOUR years now and every single time I have a great experience. Sandra, the owner is so sweet and always treats my Biscuit great. She is kind, professional and knows what shes doing. The shop is always clean and everyone there is so friendly! I would definitely recommend Barks N Bubbles to everyone.

It’s all about trust. I do not worry about my 2 poodles when they are with Sandra. She is kind and gentle and they come out so beautiful. I moved here from CA about 2 years ago and found Sandra because it was close to my home. I have since moved about 20 minutes away and will continue to bring my dogs to Sandra. It is well worth the trip for the peace of mind I feel when I leave my beloved pets at barks and bubbles.

I’ve taken my dog to several groomers that have done a good job, but could never even put her fur well enough. Well, this place did an amazing job and cut her exactly how I wanted and my baby was so happy and relaxed when I picked her up! She’s usually a mess when I pick her up, but not from there. Would definitely recommend!

New to El Paso and have been trying to find a place that would cut my babies hair just like I wanted it. This place did everything I asked for and made him look amazing! They went out of their way for my baby to look phenomenal. Thank you soooo much I will definitely be going back and this will be my go to grooming salon for my pet. Pics are before and after. I took my dads dog a terrier mix to go get groomed here. He was matted and dirty, and Sandra the owner of the shop did wonders with him. Not only did she manage to calm him down but she completely transformed him. The price that she quoted me was also very reasonable. Will definitely bring the other fur babies here!

I took my German Shepard to get a bath and cut. The lady that helped me out was nice and patient with me and my dog. she took time to explain to me what options I had and what the benefits that the different treatments would be good for my dog. the prices are reasonable. I check the different pet grooming location but i didn't get very far with what I was looking for. I would definitely take my dog back. Thank you so much.....

This place is super careful and caring with my pups. My dog has cysts and this has been the first place to take this in consideration and is incredibly caring. And my baby always come back looking so happy and handsome ❤

The customer service was ok. The price was pretty steep for my medium sized dog. He’s shedding a lot but that’s the seasonal change for him right now. He had dandruff after the wash. He’s also had a few knots in his coat since then. He also hasn’t stopped nipping at himself since we’ve been there. I will not take him back there again. Honestly I think I only took him there because they were the only ones open on a Sunday.

Sandra was very helpful with grooming and explained well with what procedure she conducted. My dog was nervous at first but opened up after a while and was loving. Overall great experience and I'm sure my baby can agree!

Wow!!! The woman at Barks and Bubbles always does an amazing job. I've been taking my Miniature Schnauzer Lillie to her for nearly a year now and I'm pleasantly surprised every time I pick her up. Recently we got a new puppy Felix, I was a little nervous to take him in because he's so feisty and refuses to hold still for more than 3 seconds. I prepared myself to pick up a puppy with a few bald spots and such as I assumed he'd be too rambunctious to handle. Upon arrival she brought out 2 unrecognizable beauties! My little schnauzers looked fabulous and smelled even better. The work she puts in to transform my babies is worth every penny! Thank you!!

I arrived at 11AM there today (Sunday) to get my pups groomed but was turned away when the sign clearly says Walk-Ins before 12...and I understand that booking too many dogs is an issue but the lady that was there on 7/12/2015 was very unapologetic and seemed overwhelmed. She didn't say "I'm sorry but I'm all booked up," instead she said, "I can't." I understand that she was probably very busy but the way you speak to your customers affects whether they will come back or not...I won't be going back.

Truly appreciate the staff at Barks and Bubbles. They had to deal with 3 dogs with unique personalities. My dogs always comes out happy when they leave there. Truly blessed to know Barks and Bubbles care about my beloved pets
