Ok i’m rating Americas Animal Clinic four stars. If it weren’t for one thing i’d rate it ten stars if i could. Generally an issue like this should require that person being fired or warned. Ive also scrolled through the reviews and i’m aware that this problem had been an issue for years now and nothing seems to have been done about it. All the staff was exceptionally awesome minus one person. I’m not guna post her name publicly but she works the front desk. When i first went in she was already being rude with me and made a small racial comment which i’m very use to being that i’m very mexican looking and my kids are very white and it’s not okay to make those comments. Then she decided to make some negative comments about my children who weren’t doing anything wrong at all. She’s never met us before and my kids didn’t even speak to her so please give her a warning or someday she’s going to create an even bigger problem for you guys if she hasn’t. The drs and staff work too hard to be dealing with one person making them all look bad. Front desk should always have polite, respectful people. You never know what people may be going through lady so please next time be kind!!!!

I love my peeps at Americas Animal Clinic. They’ve been my fur babies vet since I moved here in 1981. They’re always so sweet to my boys and caring and thorough. I trust them with my fur baby’s implicitly.

Very friendly, attentive, and fast service. They cared for our cat who passed away and were very respectful and took care of everything for us. Great with our dogs as well.

The Vetenarian there has been there for years he's so gentle and helpful the dogs love him. The staff is very nice and caring

Great staff and very nice as well but the doctor needs to learn to speak to people. I understand my dog is very sick and I know his condition but he needs to learn how to be more compassionate because we see our pets as another member of the family. The doctor kept on repeating that my dog was not going to make it and we would tell him we were still going try everything for him to get well and again he would keep telling us he might not make it. Again I understand for him to also not give us hope either right because at the end of the day I know they know dogs better than we do, but there are ways to talk to people in this situation. No one like hearing “ you’re dog wont make it” we are trying to stay positive in this hard moment because my furry friend is my family.

Receptionist with curly hair and glasses is horrible. Super rude omg. Won’t acknowledge you meanwhile she talks with her coworker. Very loud and disruptive. Very immature. The rest of the staff is great, especially Veterinarian Assistant Luisa. If your pet is sick skip this place to be honest. Go to an urgent care. They take your pet to the back and spend time with them behind close doors. You can hear them laughing and conversating instead of speaking of dog care. The receptionist was cussing and laughing.

Took my sick dog Friday. The doctor didn’t want to send blood work in to get tested because she’s 12 and doesn’t want to deal because of her age. He called me back into the room before I payed for the visit and changed his mind and said he would send in the blood work….I called on Saturday TWICE asking for the results and they told me “HOPEFULLY the doctor calls you back” (they said hopefully like they know him already) The lady said they had the results but the doctor had to tell us.Had to wait all weekend with my sick dog when I could have gone to another vet to be honest.Monday morning comes, I call letting the lady know I’ve yet to get my phone call back on my dogs results. She sounded shocked and disappointed that no one called me back.I should have read the reviews on here before taking my dog to this place. If your dog is sick please don’t waste your time here. Especially if your dog is an older dog. You can tell he doesn’t really care for the older ones. I get it, but some of us consider them part of the family..I hope this review helps someone’s dog by SAVING TIME taking it to a doctor that cares.

I took my dog in to get checked because he was acting lethargic was not eating and looked sad. The receptionist asked me what I needed told her what was going. She told me the doctors in surgery we needed to take the dog to somewhere in the eastside. When I asked her for the directions she just points in one direction. She looked like she was pist and wasnt happy with her job she needs to learn some manners and need better people who actually care about people and their animals. So forget this place dont even stop. Just pass them.

I was traveling through El Paso & needed a vet for my dog who had bad breath. I did not know, but the vet who saw my dog was disabled in a wheelchair. I told him my dog had bad breath. The vet said he had to examine the dog in another room. Red flag. I told him ok. A while later, the vet comes back & says he could not see anything bad with my dogs teeth. He gave him some mouth wash; the total bill was less than $100. A month later, I took my dog to his regular vet. His vet removed 10 teeth because they were rotted. Obviously, my dogs teeth were bad, but this vet did not examine his teeth.

Love this place. I have brought all my pets here. Very very nice drs and staff. All are excellent. Dr Heath is a great doctor. He really loves his patients. I do recommend. They really make you feel at home and my pets get the best care.

Dr. Heath and his staff were so helpful and sympathetic in helping me deal with my Chihuahua Roxy's death and with arrangements for her cremation. Have taken all my pets to his clinic.

Lady up front could use a little more personality! But Dr. And his assistant were really great! Took very good care of my baby! She was scared at first but once Dr and his assistant came in she was completely at ease! I would highly recommend this vet!! Great job!!

The doctor and staff great service from back doors, but receptionist lady rude !(sharon) She will make a mistake and would say unethical words, when she proccess my payment and gave me back my receipts and vaccinne proves, she literally throw it in the counter, Also there was some only spanish speaking humble people that need it help translation because her answer was I don't speak spanish okay is understanable , but why you have a big sign and main entrance stating "hablamos español"not only that she left them till the end to receive services.People kept arriving and seen but them.I Will never go back.

The Veterinarian was so concerned of my 8 month huge German Shepherd cause he went in limping from his right front leg due too some playful time. After checking Bones / German shepherd my Baby was well taken care of and is doing excellent. From the Dr / Veterinarian to the staff all were very caring and showed so much sense of urgency. Definitely Americas Animal Clinic is the place to take our beautiful hairy Babies.
