Every time I go to this place I feel like I come from another planet, as most of the people working at the cash registers make me feel like I am not welcome because I am Hispanic. I have been served a couple of times by a young white cashier, who doesn't say thank you and forcefully answers my questions when I have them. Anyway, I hope that if he doesn't like his customer service job, that he will soon find his place.

Trent in the meat department was very rude and didn't want to help with the top round steak that was on sale Friday for 5.00 a pound for the value package. When asked if there were more value packs available he said I put a couple of packages out a bit ago and walked off without helping me the best Albertsons in town is on kenworthy

Leaving this product in the case overnight is gross. Good to know they don’t clean the case in between shifts. Food-born illness is no joke. The seafood is mounded like crazy. Sorry to whoever get the product that is smashed at the bottom. Additionally, with that much product piled into the case how can Albertsons guarantee freshness when they clearly aren’t rotating it properly? Buyer beware.

Normally I would have a Wonderful experience, and yes the store is immaculate, but at the checkout is where my expectations were crushed! The snooty cashier was rude to my 91 year-old Mom, who endured Eye-rolling smart-alec attitudes from the cashier and one other girl who decided to Converse with the cashier!

I worked at Albertsons (Skaggs) back in ‘84 the store manager wouldn’t put up with anything but a professional attitude from all the employees. If you were rude or mean out the door he would send you. Now in days employees everywhere are very rude, mean and hateful. So sad for us customers.

I’m only giving it 3 stars to the men that work in the deli because the women are so lazy sometimes. Everytime they see me coming they Draggggggggg themselves to ask what I want. I hate coming when I see them and I’m a super easy customer two heavy set women in particular and they both give me anxiety

Susanne in the bakery department is incredible. We purchased a cake from an independent baker and it collapsed on us. She went above and beyond to help us out of a bind. She knew the party was supposed to start in an hour and worked as quickly as possible to get the available cakes she had decorated. Susanne saved the day!

Nice grocery store. Clean floors and well maintained. Everything is well displayed and marked. The aisle signs are only printed on one side, which is annoying that you need to walk to the other side of the sign. Other than that, a good store to get most of my needs.

I like this store, but the management needs to be changed. On Mon. Dec.18 around 10 am, a customer was purchasing gift cards, the Cashier in isle 3 was very helpful and kind, when she called for a manager several times (named Lisa), the manager took forever, holding up the line nearly 10 minutes. That is so unacceptable.

Recently have been making this location our main go to. Just because it closer. I do prefer the lay out of the N. Desert location. Been a few visits and have had the pleasure to have had cashier Patricia U. Patricia goes above and beyond with their customer service skills. From taking the time to guide us on our app for maximizing deals and rewards to the simplest considerations of packing our hot deli items in plastic then paper bag so they stay warm to the drive home. I have never experienced this level of customer service, kindness and politeness ever shopping anywhere. Truly wonderful. I hope that this store management can share how much we appreciate this cashier.

I placed an order for Full Sheet Hello Kitty Cake with an edible image… Cake was not what myself and daughter ordered.. cake worker at the bakery reached out to me that morning of the bday party and said the image wasn’t big enough and wouldn’t fit the the whole cake.. I said ok just border it with flowers so it looks pretty… omg ugliest cake I ever bought… spent 60 on it and my daughter was soo disappointed because she picked the cake with purple borders and the moment (on the picture book they have) it looked pretty.. the flowers the worker was supposed to place on the cake we’re not there.. blank white cake is what my daughter got for her 9th Birthday.. she was soo disappointed since I had wanted to buy a cake from Sams or make it myself and she said no cause she had seen this one on their cake book… soo sad…..of course I couldn’t leave my guest without cake so I was forced to give it out… I wanted to take it back but time was an issue since we picked it up right when our birthday party started.. I would say you expect what you pay for and that cake was not worth my 60 dollars… Do Better Albertsons train your employees to be better and pay attention to detail… I’m getting 10 dollars back for the design.. it’s not about the money it’s about the principal… You lost a family of customers here.. plus all my 100 guest

Albertsons’ on North Mesa and Resler has one of the most best services in town. The employees are kind and considerate of the customers. The store is always clean, and the food selection, and store layout to excellent. Their pharmacy is one of the best in town too! The cashiers are wonderful, and kind!

Why don't the employees stop the people going through the self-checkout that have 40 or 50 items??, check out is way too long at Albertsons, stop going to self-checkout if you have more than 15 items !!!!🤬

My mom and I went shopping. We did two separate transactions. I purchased a family bucket with extra wedges and two donuts. I got accused of stealing from the loss prevention. The guy could have addressed me way differently and not accuse me off the bat. He would not even see my receipt and view the items in my cart until my mom got involved. I will never shop here again. There is a different way of approaching someone instead of just accusing them right away.

Always a great place to shop, make sure you use their app, as it's the only way to get the best deals. They are published each Wednesday and you need to clip them in the app before you can use them. You also get rewards that can be exchanged for groceries or dollars off your purchase.

They have the BEST Customer service. All of their staff is knowledgeable and have the best tips for making meals and other fun facts. It's always clean! Always stocked. The employees told us about the military discount and $5 Friday's! Great Job on the Mgmt team for picking the best!

My favorite grocery store because they have great meats and produce that don't go bad quickly. The coupons are worth shopping with, and if you are a bargain hunter, I strongly suggest downloading the app. You earn rewards for money spent and you can end up getting free stuff or $$ off your entire purchase. Especially now that prices are inflating, if you shop smart here you can get quality groceries at good prices. I save an average of 30% every time I shop here!
