I used to love getting the chicken tenders from the deli because they were cooked well and not tough. The last few times I have purchased them they are very over cooked and I have to tell the staff which ones I want because they look better than the other ones. They always tell me they have been cooked just a few minutes ago. It’s always a hit and miss. Today was another miss. It’s frustrating because they are not consistent with the quality of the product. Please improve how you cook your chicken. I am disappointed with the quality. Please give your staff a break because they look very unhappy and the young man was thrashing the food in and out of the bag. If your staff is unhappy they will give bad service.

Very disappointing to see they are introducing Apeel in their produce. Read the stickers on your fruits and veggies. Definitely avoid their avocados!Safety data sheet for Apeel Sciences, a company that makes a protective coating used to keep fruits and vegetables fresh, shows that its product can cause eye damage and allergic skin reactions.

I went to the customer service and the lady that helped me was amazing she helped me with my Western Union transaction she gave me my time that I deserved and I noticed she did that to with the people buying loto tickets. Thank you ma'am we don't see respect for customers anymore 🌹

I personally enjoy getting my fruut/veggies produced here since they're fresher than other places I've been around El Paso. Sometimes prices are not as good as other places but if you want better quality than you pay a little extra. On Fridays, they have amazing $5 deals around the store, even in the meat market. Check out lines as well as self check out are sometimes ridiculous, but knowing the deals you are getting makes it all worth the wait. Also, get the app and save even more at checkout. Trust me, I was blown away when the cashier told me prior to paying, and I saved more than expected.

I have shopped here for more than 20 years. I have never had an issue. Today ,however, I felt invisible. My cashier and sacker were content to laugh and joke around about girls. The language was vulgar at times. The cashier asked if I found everything ok and then proceeded to ignore me. Very disappointed.

Much better selection of goods and produce than in my little town of Carlsbad NM, and the wine selection, unlike any I've seen in similar size supermarkets, even in bigger cities. I'll definitely be back.

The deli section surprised me the most. The crunchy Asian salad was a surprise find and is always fresh. The fried items, while not good for you, never disappoint and rival way more expensive chains.

Staff really knows how to treat all customers. They still treat the customer the old fashion way, customer is always right. I saw a situation where I heard what was taking place right away i knew the customer was taking advantage of the situation but the clerk did the refund without an argument handled the refund very professional in front of other customers that were viewing. Great training from the corp. Office. I do prefer using cashier's to ring up my merchandise. How is your overall by district your shrink percentage did it stabilize or did it increase due to people not trained to ring up their own merchandise

I spent $70.35 on flowers and it was a terrible experience. I went in a pre ordered a unforgettable deluxe. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be 12 roses with Lilies and I asked for baby’s breath as well. Yeah there’s only 10 roses and the lilies aren’t even slightly open it is so upsetting. I spent so much money for these and the flowers aren’t even good looking. Some of the roses look terrible. Disappointing not to mention that the staff lost my ticket and order.

This is for customer service department, y'all should consider having an additional clerk when processing people with money order requests. To make people wait, especially elderly people, which I observed behind me, when dealing with money order requests, let alone 1/2 a dozen people that were in front of me is absolutely unacceptable! Those people in front of me were not just buying one or two money orders either, each of them had thousands of dollars of money orders to process. I do definitely understand the security protocols that must be followed with money orders, so that is why y'all should consider adding a clerk exclusively for money orders. Then I also observed the store director looking at the line and only assisting one person that needed an after shave, which they have locked up in a case by customer service. What a joke! Being a store director, call another clerk to assist, expedite customers with other needs.

The pharmacy here and some of its women pharmacist have the worst customer service. They actually seem like they hate life and job. One even told me they do not offer the covid vaccine. I work in customer care. By far these days one of the worst locations. Get with it or get out period. You don't belong there without skills. Period!

With everything that goes on with our daily lives, often times we forget to be realistic about our expectations. This Albertsons location Deli department delivers great customer service. Yes, we are human and some things are beyond our control. But when I come to this deli. I know that they’re trying the best to step up for the customer(s). Thank you deli department for your hard work. Thank you Albertsons for always having great services.

Have to give a HUGE compliment to German in the produce section at the N. Desert location. I went on Friday to purchase fruits and vegetables that were on sale. They were out of pretty much everything on my list but it was understandable because of their prices. German went out of his way and found 1 pineapple that was on sale. He looked for me all over the store and found me on the opposite side of the store to take it to me. Thank you German for going above and beyond!!!!!

I love this place a lot with the specials that go on every week. The more you shop the more points you get in rewards. Also you can call in to place an arrangement of flowers and Ricardo is the best making it happen in minutes.

Flower shop. I am very disappointed on how you all handled Mother’s Day flowers , flowers were of poor quality most looked bad already dying and still they were selling them for $50 a dozen , I still bought my mom some and they died within a couple of days. You can find way better flowers at Walmart for much better price!

Donuts when you walk in the door. Cooked food to go. Beautiful produce area. You can grab assorted beers in a 6 pack. Lobsters in a tank and the eggs are always on special. Let's not forget the flower shop and the starbucks. I bank there too. Great customer service. 5 stars.

Service overall is always good friendly staff it's always clean and pretty well stocked. The only negative is their oven roasted chickens look more like Cornish Hens their very tiny. A big Thank you to the workers cleaning all the carts and having them ready for us the consumers appreciate it a lot. 💚✌️👍😁

Was visiting from out of state. Stopped at this store for some supplies. This is a gorgeous store! I loved it and found everything on my list, including a Brita water purifier. The store was busy, amply stocked and all Check out lanes were manned and open. Prices were a teensy higher than say walmart but the selection will knock your socks off. I was really impressed. When I revisit Texas again I will definitely return to this store.

We went to get a bouquet of flowers for my mom. They had a great selection. We were able to get several bouquets and put then together. We ended up getting 3 bouquets total, for $30. It Ended up looking really nice. Albertsons has some of the best flowers around. They are very nice.

So today I was charged the incorrect amount of items by the cashier and the bagger boy who could not count the 8 soda 12 packs correctly, honest mistake. I realize after and see I was shorted some money becuase the special, so I brought back all the items I was and was not charged for and wanted it charged correctly. They had to call 3 different people which I understand becuase sometimes there are issues with access and capabilities. Whomever the short lady is with dark hair who is the one in charge has some new level of self entitlement and thinks highly of herself obviously. I asked her to please refund my items and recharge them correctly with the 2 separate transactions of soda like we asked and actually charge us for the 8 in total. She refused and decided to argue and argue and never once apologized on her employees error for not charging us correctly. She shoved our cart with our soda and treated us with zero respect. At least acknowledge the mistake was all I wanted not a rude and nasty lady trying to prove she is right and they didn't mess up.
