I have been shopping at this location for a long time and have usually had a good experience. But lately it has gone downhill fast and I’m not sure why. I went on March 19th and the yogurt I usually buy was a month past expiration (see pic). They were completely out of fresh cilantro, and the cilantro paste expired before Christmas - 3 months ago (see pic)! My son found a rotten apple. When I first started noticing these things, I figured they were one-offs. But now I usually find things like this every time I go, and/or they’re out of what I need (which rarely used to happen), so I will find another Albertsons at which to shop, even though I’ll have to drive further from home.

Nice service and top line food. My brothers and sisters please be careful Albertsons charges as you put your items on the belt of cashier and will not give you chance to see if you can afford it they just want to sell beware of your debit card take care of funds because if your not careful they will bleed them dry especially if your disabled or they think your nice or haven't got smart s and they will not give three dollar refunds I lost my 116 from my. OTC and couldn't pay my ride home 35.00 and I got yelled at by the driver plus the manager told me if I don't like it to look for another store seen that we have USA inflation crisis every penny counts they also have one price on the item rack and just because of taxes but at the rejertry it costs more

Very friendly staff. Purchased some cat and dog food and was having trouble with my app. Marisela was kind and patience as she guided me through the process. Even found an extra coupon for $5 dollars off my purchase! Thank you 🙏👍

You have the berries 2 for $6 also the bag of small oranges were on sale for $ 2.99 but at the self checkout the system didn't apply discount. The employee in the self checkout area was not much help seemed like he was having a tough day. Don't plan on shopping at Albertson's anymore. What a disappointment.

I’ve never had to write a comment till now. First I wanted to say I love this Albertsons, I’ve been coming here for quite sometime. But the last few times I’ve had two annoying an very upsetting encounters with the self checkout. The lady who works there has rudely ask my if we paid for certain products, which we say yes even show her the receipt which that has never happened before. It’s kind of disappointing because it’s also happened to a close friend of ours too. Like if you can’t trust any of your customers at self checkout then what’s the point in a self check out. Might as well open all lines an have somebody else scan our grocery’s. Or just be like Walmart a check every receipt at the door, but what is really disrespectful is that she asked us and nobody else around me. Like really, if you’re going to ask might as well ask everyone around not just one person..

The Albertson's on Montana and Chelsea have stopped making potato wedges at the deli. That way they don't have to sell the bucket special. Go to other Albertson's.

today is october 17, 2023 and I just wanted to say that the lady at the first desk you see in and on your way out, she helped me out when I was stressed, panicked, and in need of help. I take the bus for work and was going to be late for my stop, but the woman at the desk saw my stress and stepped in to get me the assistance I needed. I’ve been going to this albertsons for years now and have always valued the service and today, a worker there went above and beyond for a complete stranger and I just wanted her praise to be echoed. I didn’t catch your name, but thank you so much for today.

Never, never custom order cakes here I don't know why I decided to give them a second chance. If you ask for half chocolate half vanilla cupcakes they give you all chocolate... if you ask for light pink whip cream they give you hot pink. They will decorate and give you what ever they want.. no point in asking you what color or what flavor. Order from the Albertsons on Zaragoza and pebble hills.. they did a FANTASTIC job with my baby shower cake. Gave me exactly what I wanted .

Women do not go here! A lot of people gathering outside this location harassing you from the entrance to your car for money or who knows if it is to assault it rob you! Management you need to step up and kick them out of your property This IS NOT SAFE!!!! I was followed by a man and this is Texas so you management will have a dead body one day in the name of self defense .

If you take the time to read my complaint i appreciate it. I tend to visit the Albertsons store located at 5200 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903 pretty frequently since I shop for customers via food delivery apps. There is this one old lady employee that always tends to give me a hard time for no reason whenever I have to come across her.I do not know her name but she was working the self checkout lines on Sunday September 24 around 11am - 1pm. She is short, has glasses and wears purple latex gloves. She has a serious attitude problem with no sense of professionalism. On Sunday September 24th I was shopping for a customer and went ahead to scan the items at the self checkout line. The customer ordered bananas and I wasn't aware of how to scan them because the bar code was not scanning so I asked for the ladys help. I waved at her and she just stays staring at me, looks around giving me the impression that she's annoyed that I'm asking for her help.Finally she comes to "help" me and puts in the item number for the bananas. I was getting ready to pay and swipe my red card when the screen on the scanner machine tells me that I need to wait for an employee in order to proceed. I assumed the QR code on my Doordash app must have glitched the computer of the scanner machine and needed an employee with a badge to allow the transaction to proceed. I waved at her again to let her know and she gives me this annoyed look again almost rolling her eyes. I just new she was going to give me some snarky remark based on the previous encounters I've had with her. She walked up to the screen, scans her badge and just stays starring at the screen and annoyingly says to me "so what is it, I.D or what?" refering to what I needed with an annoyed tone. I informed her that I'm doing a doordash order and it's not allowing me to pay. She then tells me "oh no doordash orders have to be done over there with the cashier". I informed her once again that we are now allowed to pay at the self check out lines with a QR code and that I've done this before with no problem. She keeps insisting that I need to pay with the cashier and tells me that I have to go over there to pay with this annoying tone and just walks away.I was in disbelief at how unprofessional she was being about the situation and with me. I had no choice but to try to see if I could fix the issue myself pressing certain buttons/options on the scanner screen but I was not successful. I was there standing waiting for someone else to help me since that lady wanted to give me unnecessary attitude when i asked for her help. I then called out another employee who was a man with a beard and with glasses which I assume was a manager. I informed him I'm doing a doordash order and I'm not able to pay or include the tax exempt QR code. He helps me out and informs me that another women had the same issue yesterday and ended up needing to call Doordash support. The manager was helpful and even rescanned the items for me.Fortunately we were able to get things in order. I was able to pay with the tax exemption included and was on my way. I've shop at different Albertsons all over El Paso, Texas and have never encountered someone like that old lady. The other Albertsons are great to shop at, my favorite being the one on Mesa by UTEP. She puts a bad image, feel and most importantly energy to the store. Its unfortunate because all the other employees have been helpful whenever ive needed help with finding certain items.If she wants to be miserable in her own personal life fine but don't try spreading your misery onto others.

I ordered a cake from Albertsons, unfortunately, I became ill, & I couldn't see myself going into the store. So thanks to the lady that answered the phone in the customer service to the wonderful manager, I was able to pick up my cake. They came out to get my card & bought me the cake I ordered.. all went above and beyond to help me out, I'm very thankful for that. My gratitude goes out to everyone that assist me that day....GREATLY APPRECIATED

Today is October 12-3023 and I’m still very upset for what my husband and I went through on 9-22-23 between 9:00a.m and 10:30 at the Albertson’s location 5200 Montana Ave El Paso Tx79903 and I believe the manager was Brian I’m not 100 percent sure. On this date the manager literally told us we have to leave the store because we had my service dog with us. That no dog were allowed in the store. It didn’t matter service dog or not at the moment I didn’t have my dogs tag it was in the car. After we left the store my husband returned to the store show the I.D to the manager he said he was going to check the rules but at that moment we were not allowed in the store oh ya i us my dog for my seizures. My husband told the manager that we shop together every Friday at Albertsons after my Dr’s Appointment. After we left the store I took my husband and the dog home went to another Albertsons location 2200 Yarbrough Dr. El Paso Tx. I asked a manager about there policy regarding service animals the manager said they are welcome. So I don’t understand why we got kicked out from the Albertsons store . Just thinking about makes me mad . We are not costumers for Albertsons anymore I took my business somewhere else. I’m still going to call corporate.

The shopping itself was good. I bought half pound of the Krakus Polish ham from the Deli. It tastes ok, smells ok, but the color is not what it should be. Normally, it's more pink. The slices I have are more gray than pink. I know they probably don't sell a lot. There were one or two full unopened hams. They took an opened one from in back. I tried calling the deli and customer service desk but got no answer. I'm asking if someone could check the dates of all the krakus ham

I went today at around 8:30 and went to the self-checkout which was the only thing open. An elderly woman needed help with it and when another customer let the attendant there know, he told him "yes sir, I know. You can help her" I was so shocked and you could tell he was too. I couldn't believe he tried to pawn her off for a customer to help instead of him when he wasn't busy at all. I told him again "sir she needs help, she doesn't know how to do this" and again he said he knew and did nothing. I felt horrible for that old woman and would've helped her if there wasn't a language barrier but wow, that's some of the worst customer service I've seen.

I usually love coming to this store to shop for some groceries, but sadly i just experienced something awfully uncomfortable at this location… I witnessed the store manager treat one of his employees very poorly… he got in that worker’s face and told her to shut up in-front of customers, and either way you should never treat your employees like that. It was so sad, especially when the employee was just trying to help him with a missing order… im not going into detail just incase so that the employee doesn’t get in trouble..

It's not even worth it to order the fried chicken meals no more in the meat department. I hadn't bought it for a long while decided to buy again I remember how good it used to be and now the chicken pieces are very extremely tiny there ordered the 8 piece and it's ridiculous!!

It's always clean. Not crowded. Always has everything in stock when I've gone. The cakes they make there a fabulous and not expensive. Big fan of their salads. The chicken meal is a favorite for those lazy days. Following all safety protocol. Always great customer service.

I don't know if it's the same for all Albertsons, but why must you have to literally beg for meat items placed on sale. If you don't arrive early to grab the few items they place in cooler, employees make you feel as if they are doing you the favor of bring out more items. I asked about the NY steaks advertised, rude employee said more steaks will be merchandise soon. About 12 minutes later. Only a few were placed in meat cooler.

Overpriced, their sales prices are higher than most places regular prices. Not as bad as whole foods and the quality of their produce is decent. The only reason I go there is because it's so close.

Great customer service. Got turned around where the other selection are. The sales associates and cart helpers were great in finding us some merchandise, and putting in the groceries in the car.
