This company is an absolute joke please look elsewhere when shopping for your sporting goods. I trusted them with my hard earned money and purchased a Dallas Mavericks Kyrie Irving T Shirt Jersey which was advertised on there website with the number “11” and when I received the order it showed the number “2” which is deceptive and false advertising. I reached out to there “customer support” to express my frustrations and lack of satisfaction with the shirt and 2 weeks later they have yet to respond to me or even apologize. All I am looking for is a refund or even perhaps the correct product that they advertised but they do not care about that all they care about is that they got paid and they will continue to deceive anyone they can. It’s a shame that a company this big with a formidable reputation has not made any effort to assist me in a return or a refund or even an apology for that matter. The wrong number is a big deal for me and I expected more from them but to them I am just free money. Thank you for absolutely nothing

While they didn't have the particular item for which I visited, sales associate Daniel was incredibly attentive, courteous, patient, thorough in researching their inventory, and just as tenacious as I was in searching the shelves and offering any further assistance, even during the last hour of the day before closing tonight. Congratulations to this location for providing excellent service and thank you!

Sil manager wasn't helpful in finding items requested over the phone . Drove a long distance even called and asked for a specific item and told they had many options and colors and sizes . When I arrived there was no stock . They said employees from early left and it was probably one of them. Awful customer service.

We are really grateful with Miss Karla, afternoon manager at this location and the rest of the afternoon/almost night staff.First of all, my husband is a disabled veteran with limited mobility. Last weekend we got an assembled grill, with the emotion we didn't notice temp probes were missing and some manuals. We called the manager, and she got them ready for us at front desk. Also, we are very grateful with the two young guys that helped my husband that night to load it into our truck...We appreciate the support towards our family.

Enjoy this store all the sporting goods stuff is cool. But I especially enjoy ordering online and having it delivered to my house for free since I've been a member for a long time. Once in a while I have to pick it up, not a good thing. One or maybe two registers are open with super long lines, you show who ever is at the register your order paperwork. They tell you to wait while someone goes in the back to retrieve it ( only if it's a large item ) you wait and wait and wait. You have to remind someone I'm still waiting. And they make you feel like it's your fault because there aren't enough people on staff. Good thing the young man that loads it is very nice and makes up for the 30 to 40 minute wait time ... Selave

Went to purchase ammo. When I was comparing prices on two brands the scanner wasn't working. So I took my picks to the weapons counter and the guy there was nice and scanned the products for me and even offered his advise on which brands to get. So I ended up getting 3 boxes of 200 for target practice. Will be back next month for different calibers for the wife. Thanks.

Terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to ask about a pickup order and they answer the phone, can hear background noise, and they hang up. It seems they take the phone off the receiver so it can stop ringing and hang it up. I understand it’s a busy shopping day but this is outright unprofessional. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

So we shop on Sunday. 12-17-2023 and bought pajamas 5 pairs for $15.00 each. On Monday, 12-18-2023, the pajamas drop drop in price to $10.00 each. I only have my receipt. Can anything be done?

The store is super disorganized! Can’t blame cust for placing items in the wrong spot or on a wrong price tag. Make sure to look at the item to see the price tag there. But still don’t think that’s the price it rings up different still. The wonder who kinda helped said that that’s how corporate wants it! Usually, I go for what I need. In and out. Inventory wise, second to none. Most often, if its sports related, you'll find it there. Customer service is hit and miss. Went to check out the clearance items, which looked fantastic online, however, a complete debauchle is what was encountered. The few, and I mean FEW items that had been advertised with significant discounts had been changed in price. My son and I had been there two days prior and saw the same shoes in the same location at $94. When I went for the "sale" price, days after they were $139 with a 30% discount. Their prices are typically fair. That's the reason I am bewildered that advertising and marketing professionals still attempt to pull the wool over the average consumers' eyes.

I came at 9 am and the restrooms were already messy. The shelves were bare. The cashier was extremely rude. We asked if this register was where we pay and the girl said yes and continued to talk to her coworker while we waited. She also wouldn’t take our Texas ID with veteran annotation for the veteran discount. We bought a fishing license that wasn’t printed and given to us. Unbelievable.
