They have completely changed the store around. The front restrooms have been closed for over a month. It will take some time to get used to the new floor plan.

Website isn’t great. A lot of items offered by 3rd party but not returnable. Needs work!! And most of the employees have terrible attitudes. Bathrooms are beyond disgusting!!! Absolutely no excuse!!!!

Was in the Walmart in El Campo tx trying to get a replacement phone. Customer service at electronics was no help all. T- mobile has a promotion where i can get a new A-15 phone at no cost with the pin number they provided me with. Management at electronics would not try to find out about promotion. Raise her voice at me. I said thank you and left. I believe someone should do something about this. Management should know promotions. Thank you.

Store is well stocked. Like that they're carrying more vegetarian and vegan items. Produce is good too. I have met quite a few friendly employees. Self-checkout is easier than some other places.

If you would like to check yourself out with zero help from anyone who works here - this is the place for you. No one really works in any of the departments. To get assistance you have to stand in the department - call the store - then wait for them to page whoever is working to actually go to their position so that you can get help.

The store itself is great. Very clean and organized. Customer Service is definitely lacking (except for the Pharmacy dept, they are great!) I was in today to inquire about ordering a tire. Automotive was very rude and did not help me at all. Maybe some customer service training would be beneficial to the employees.

I really try to stay out of the El Campo store. It took me 20 min to find someone to check me out it will take me another 2 months before I have to step foot inside

My local store has put in new self check out terminals which look more intuitive and user friendly however their touch responsiveness does not work well and slows the whole process down.

So four attempts to contact the store and it just rings. I even tried different departments and the one time someone finally did pick up and transferred me to the department I wanted it was only for 2 1/2 more minutes of ringing only for someone to pickup and hangup on me. Yes it's Black Friday but I had just left the store and seen many employees just standing around and someone could at least answer a phone call. And those 4+ minute calls were just ringing and the system finally just disconnected. Through the years this Walmart has declined I've seen employees horseplaying, yelling and degrading other employees I assume were training. Its sad

Bad service , the cashier just look at you , they don’t give any help , I went with my baby and my grandmother have Parkinson's disease, I had so busy with my hands carry my baby download things from shopping cart, in the same desk have 2 cashiers just look us and the handicap shopping car can’t have enough battery, another customer help us to find another handicap shopping car and and move all the grocery to another car really BAD service , they need to be better customer service and more polite

Customer service desk is usually unattended, I've waited there 15 minutes on average for someone to show up (with no apologies for the wait) and better be prepared to check yourself out with tiny amount of grocery space!!!

Walmart El Campo Tx, is okay . Some of the older ladies are really nice and helpful. Some of the younger employees aren't, it's like they don't want to be there helping people if you ask for help. The store is clean and pretty much everything is in stock.

The El Campo store has a great clearance aisle most times I come to shop. I was able to get a few items more than $10 off today. This store is usually well organized and clean.

Most associates are friendly. 90% of the time their shelves are stocked, so that's good, I've seen a lot worse. Really wish they would go back to doing major stocking either late at night or after closing ( not during the middle of the day) because weaving through all the "to be stocked" stacks is getting kind of old.LOVE the new self check outs though!

Went to have a tire patched and I was told the tire was too old and their machine didn't fit my rim. The cashier was the one that talked to me instead of the tire guy. Instead of helping me find a solution the tire guy just walked away without saying a thing, although the cashiers were very professional and courteous. The tire guy could learn from them.

Walmart needs to change their app. They removed the price scanners in their stores and want us to use the app to check prices but the prices on the app are always different than the in store prices. The in store prices are always higher but you have no way of knowing that until you check out. And they never give you the item at the price it scans on the app. They say that’s an online price. How are we supposed to know that? Maybe they should show online price and in store price on the app. Or put the price scanners back in their stores. Or better yet, just have one price. It shouldn’t be that difficult. Just another way for Walmart to price gouge us.

Seems every time I go in to pick up order or orders, I am waiting for long periods of time. Its seems like employees pass by and they don't notice me. I waited 15 minutes this time. I was asked by an employee that had clocked out and called on intercom for help for pick up. She even called out their names! I still waited, I had a pint if ice cream and it melted from waiting... got real soft. I did mention that I waited for a while... no one cared.

Store looked clean, organized, & stocked. Asked for help in electronics & was told by the mgr that the employee was on break. I guess there was no other employee who could help so I waited about 20 minutes. Went to the jewelry department & again, no employee in sight. Then I saw why...6 female employees all came out of the breakroom at the same time. This was around 8:30am. Register 6 was the only register open with a line of about 8 senior citizens waiting to be checked out. Why can't stores realize there are so many people who don't know how to use the Self checkout? My disappointment with this Walmart is poor Customer Service, and not enough open Registers, both led by poor management.

Absolute joke of store. Prices are cheaper online than shown on shelf. They refuse to honor prices saying you have to buy online to get the price. Yet in Houston stores they just need to verify it on their phone and they honor the price right there...

Love the store and the items they provide and would have given them five stars had not for the tire service center who I repeatedly was having shaking with the brand new tires I bought there, they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with tires so I would get the balancing, done repeatedly over a 3 month period, until I went to another tire place who after balancing my tires I didn't have anymore problems, which brings me to believe that Walmart tires were not do the work they where being paid to do, and my next complaint is Wal Mart workers should not be able to stop individuals as they are leaving the store to check receipts because they are being biased on who they stop cause I am stopped nearly Everytime I exit the store but I notice those straight cut people in front of me are never stopped.

Only always have 2 registers open. And the 2 registers that are open have the slowest cashiers. So they almost force you to use self checkout. So basically for a short period of time, you're working for Walmart, and checking and bagging your own items. Only reason I go here is because it's convenient. Other than that, I would go elsewhere.
