This Love's has the most pleasant staff I've ever experienced! The three employees I met were Jacob, Brittany, and Tracy, and they were all fantastic. Jacob assisted me in finding the restroom when I needed to take a mean dump, and he kept the restrooms spotless. Brittany assisted me in paying for my snacks when I was $3 short, and Tracy assisted me with the coffee maker when I had no idea how to use it. This is a fantastic place to visit with wonderful employees!!

I received a $175 pending fee for a $35 tank of gas. The only thing we bought inside was a $2.69 bag of chips. We tried talking to the cashier about it and she was extremely dismissive and tried saying it was just a pending charge. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GAS STATION PLACE A $175 PENDING CHARGE ON MY CARD BEFORE. PENDING CHARGES ARE TYPICALLY $1 EVEN. I’ve gone to love’s before and haven’t had an issue until I came to this station. If you come to this station make sure you receive your receipt. The pump we used had sun spots and had to be re-pumped several times.

Open on a holiday when most everyone was closed. That gives them a five!The restroom was clean and I observed an employee go in and spruce both of them up which impressed me on a holiday.The store was packed full of merchandise. The lady at the checkout was very polite and friendly. Had a US Mail drop box out front!

Love’s Gas Station, Travel Stop at Edna Texas US is awesome. Very clean, well managed, well organised and well maintained. Lots of parking spots and open space for movement of vehicles, long vehicles and extra long vehicles. I loved this place and want to visit again and again.

Really nice employees. This store needs a remodel. Fuel islands are dirty and they are always having problems with the pumps. The squeegees are bad and no cleaner in the water .

Not a big truck stop but it has most of every thing a trucker needs fule, DEF, showers a scale a small area for parking and all the drinks and snacks you can possibly want keep on Trucking Loves 😎🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Was forced to stop here for gas. Decided to use the restroom while I was there. There were signs all over claiming to have a clean place. The bathrooms were disgusting. Skip and go to your nearest Buc-ee’s

It’s small truck stop and clean surroundings..this truck driver was so tired when he stop at the fuel aisle can’t even straighten and move his truck to the empty spots...he just sitting there and falling asleep..the question is? Is he has a trip planned?? NO!!!!!

We were traveling to Laredo, TX, and found the nicest gas station to stop for snacks. There is a Subway attached to the shop, and the restrooms are super clean. It was a good experience overall. Loved it!

It's a fairly good stop. I always prefer loves, but if your stopping for gas their premium is only 92, and my vehicle calls for 93. Other than that good place to stretch your legs and fuel up.

This place had such great customer service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. My car wouldn’t start and the operations Manager Tracy T. helped start my car and made sure I was okay! I appreciate her so much! Great place!

My husband and I truck over the road and we fuel at Love's Travel Centers. WE PAY FOR OUR FUEL! WE EARN OUR POINTS AND SHOWERS AND IF HE OR I DECIDE TO TAKE AN HOUR LONG SHOWER AFTER SPENDING 600.00 PLUS IN FUEL? THEN BY GOD WE HAVE EARNED IT , AND SURE AS HELL HAVE PAYED FOR IT. SO, TO THE LITTLE MEAN A** BEHIND THE FUEL DESK WITH HER UNDER THE BREATH COMMENT ABOUT MY HOUR LONG SHOWER......,YOU ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS AND NEED SOME MAJOR WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR LACK THERE OF!I GET SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO JUST ASSUME YOU KNOW ME OR ANYONE ELSE WALKING THROUGH YOUR JUDGEMENTAL DOORS!WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE. Our car key broke in half and in was already really late so no locksmiths available until next morning, we had no way to move the car to a parking spot so it had to stay next to the pump and we had to sleep in our car. Lady working night shift was really helpful and nice, she offered us help by looking for locksmiths and even gave us food and snacks for my 4 year old. I really appreciate the great help she gave us and we're really thankful with her. Glad to see there's still nice people out there, wish I could remember her name but sadly I don't as there was too much going on with wanting to get car fixed. Also another lady who works there see that we were still there in the morning and also called out different places to get us help, thank you ladies for giving a helping hand to those who need it

Never had a negative thought about these truck stops. Floors were very dirty/bathrooms were filthy/ and boxes of food labeled "keep frozen" where waiting to get put away, with warm perishables. Unreal... 1 star cause I'm I'm a good mood.

As soon as you enter the door, the experience is positive, a delicious smell, organized, well-stocked, very friendly staff who serve you with a smile, very young boys but with a very good attitude, thank you for that !! The bathrooms spotless. The parking lots and the nearby areas are very well maintained and lighted. If you are a truck driver you will have your hot coffee in the morning for free. The perfect experience for those who have driven all day, you will be warmly welcomed.

This review is based solely on my experience and my personal opinion.we stopped by Love's on Monday the 7/26/21.STORE: it is a small GAS station and has a small Love's store/shop, but regardless it was very clean. very small but packed up with everything you need for your road trip. the Store was clean and neat and nothing was messy.PRICE: fairly cheap and what is more important EVERYTHING had a price tag on it, so you know how much you would pay for it. very good!PUMPS: they have pumps for trucks and pumps for regular cars. considering the size of the Love's here they have quite a few pumps.FOOD: they had plenty of goodies and a section with all the hot food, like Winnies and sausages, pretty cool. they have a sandwich section and to my surprise they have a fresh fruit station. amazing! ​and if for whatever reason you want more than what they have, right in the same building there is a Subway store... very very convenient!DRINKS: they have an entire wall refrigerator full of any sort of drinks and next to the entrance they have the self-service drinks or fountain drinks and a fairly big and equipped hot drinks station (coffee, chocolate and so on). everything was clean.ICE: they have the good ice!!!! the have the small cubes ice, that we love!!!!RESTROOM: we were surprised to find one of the employees actively cleaning the restrooms and waiting for us to finish so that he could clean better. so, the restroom, both men and women were clean and had soap and paper towels. good job guys! restroom are always a big problem, but in this case they made our day. they even had a nice fragrance.ATM: very important, even if it is a small LOVE'S store, they have an ATM machine inside! for whenever you need cash on the way.STAFF: a young girl, an older lady and a young boy.... they were nice and friendly.CONCLUSION: most of the times it takes so little to make your customers happy.... just enough to keep the restroom clean and refill the coffee and food station. Many GAS stations cant get that.

Over all it's service is good. But they don't know how to make coffee. Most of the time your better off getting hot water out of men's restroom. Their coffee taste just like hot water. NEED TO START FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE FOR CORRECT WATER COFFEE RATIO.

Small Loves and have to say very disappointed in dirty it was in places.The bathroom was especially bad, with tissue laying around in all 3 stalls and on main floor (as seen in pictures).You can tell that it hasn't had a good deep cleaning in hmmmm very long time. When I go into a place I first notice outward look and clean of a business, then if I see issues, I then look for deeper issues.Also the food heating rollers had only 1 item, when it should be stocked full when I first checked it at 5:32 PM then again at 6:00 pm.In closing, I've come to expect more from a Loves Truck Stop.PS: The Subway looked great

Small lot. Everything is is ok. BUT, be careful if you take a shower here. They are really nasty. Like they just don’t deep clean it how it suppose to be with all this pandemic going on. Shower was full of mold all over the place roof and curtains, they smell of it really intoxicating. This is a fungus that spreads. . Not to joke about. Beware if you’re allergic to it or have asthma. Toilet are nasty hairs all over the place. So showers here are not recommended. Use wipes lol.

I usually brag on Love's being the cleanest and best maintained, so store #297 in Edna, TX was a huge disappointment. The bathroom had toilet paper and used paper towels laying around, and the only way to get even lukewarm water in the shower was to turn it where you only got a trickle of water. Shower had "just been cleaned" before me but there was thick dust on the vent, the fan, and behind the door was a bunch of black HAIR! 😲
