Love our HEB pantry. The staff are nice and managers will open additional lines if the current ones get too long. There can be inconsistency with the quality of fruits and veggies but otherwise a great store!

Decent grocery store for small town. Not too many other places to choose from. Nice selection of meat and veggies. Over all decent experience. Prices on some things are high and others were not. Not from here and never shopped at HEB before.

I've been shopping at HEB all my lifeI worked there when I was younger and most of my family has also worked there at some time in their life.They have fresh produce and pretty much everything you can think of as far as groceries are concerned.I like the HEB brandIt's just as good as the name brand products.Most of the time it's cheaper.It makes sense to me to buy the HEB brand because it saves me money.I also think that a lot of their products are better than the name brand.They have really come a long way.You guys Rock!

Is there any way to get the HEB homemade tortillas and butter tortillas to the HEB in Edna, Tx. I live in Victoria but I work here in Edna for the past 3 yrs. When I head home I just don't want to wait in the long line at HEB Rio Grand St.

Small store, but everything is easy to find and the store is laid out logically. I like how friendly the staff are, and helpful. The produce section is stocked with fresh items and a few things you don't find at every grocery store, like guava. Prices are great and the store branded items are of excellent quality.

Most recently i was at HEB in El Paso. They were literally giving food away with their loco combos. The selection and quality of produce, meat and staples rivals much bigger cities. Wonderful, helpful staff! Fresh, warm tortillas made right there.... delicious!

I use to use this pharmacy but now I use Edna pharmacy because someone referred me there.But HEB pharmacy has nice people and pretty fast service. It's not located inside HEB but outside.

The PRICES are are getting higher every time I go to buy groceries!! And It's sad to see the way some people act while shopping😰 I mean you can't stand their and compare prices and get what you need without some 'HOT HEAD' huffing and puffing and riding your heals lol. The staff is great. It is the lack of product on the shelves. I realize that this covid virus has gotten everything slowed down. It was just frustrating to drive all the way into town and find out their out of what I needed. Ty

They have such fresh meat, it look like it's from a butcher! My sister in law drives 40 mins to get her meat here.. The only thing bad about this place is their fruits aren't good.. they need to update their hydration systems and move it to another side instead of right when you walk in or something.. Some veggies are like that too.. dried, or wilted, molded. It's a good place to get in and out.

I was only getting a money order. A customer was already had been waiting in line for assistance. I went to ATM and came back. There still wasn't anyone. I asked manager could someone help us. He said "she's on the phone". OK great but that wasn't my question. The other customer and I continued to wait. While the manager opened a box nearby.

Sure wish you didn't have to drive to EL Campo or Victoria to shop. Last week I purchased some HEB rice cakes and to my surprise I found the cakes to have been eaten on. It wasn't realize until I got to the second set of cakes. Both packs were opened and I had already eaten some of the crumbs which I guess were left from the rat that ate on it. Made me sick to my stomach. I took them back to the store & they didn't real seem too concerned other than for the little white tag on the bag. I looked on the shelf & nothing was taken off. I got a feeling they don't believe me. The manager said I could have any HEB item for compensation but I have yet to see anything. At one point I was needing help from the food bank & most all the HEB items were expired!!!

Since the local Walmart shut down WE have noticed higher prices Yes its noticeable check the Heb in Victoria there prices are lower.also do not like the fact they sometimes take away something just to force people to buy the higher priced item...Wish they would carry deli meat and seafood not a chance here ,,All they need is another grocery store here to compete and keep there prices in check..Also tired of bagging my own grocery ,prices are high enough make you workers do there job and bag the darn groceries ...and yes we noticed the bagels went up a dollar .will bee getting them in Elcampo now..BOO....Some of the workers are friendly and do try that is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1 oh maybe less bakery and more fish.

Like the small hometown feel of it and the people are helpful and friendly but for some reason I hate the parking lot set up. It feels too small and confining. I won't go when they are wrapped up because I fear a fender bender every time I go

So I bought birthday balloons and of course I needed them inflated. And was charged $1.60 each balloon . it was 8 balloons. By the time I got home half of them weren't even inflated anymore. For what I spent i could of just blown them up myself. So i had a very disappointed niece. I didn't have time to go back.

Had the "privilege" of checking out at Melissa's lane. I say it like this and with such gusto because the experience was the worst of any HEB I have shopped at. She does not smile or make eye contact at all. Very little interaction other than to snap at me that I need to leave my card in the chip reader. How rude! I am new, just like everyone else, to this chip thing. Luckily I was able to complete the transaction and get out of there. I love HEB and will be a long time customer, when I have the option, but not the Edna HEB.
