Becareful w/this stripes!!! The cashier almost robbed me $100 I had given her $345 dollars and it was 99 cents for the money order when I looked at it at the door it was only $244 I immediately went back in to fixed it...at first she told me no then I explained how I had the money in cash ....then she's like oh yeah .....made me a new money order if I hadn't checked before leaving she would have robbed me $100 be cautious

The price there was very different at the cashier. It was like 12 dollars, the I showed the picture to the lady but she was very rude and didn't even check the price, she just said... no, the price is 12...Be very aware of the scam people!!Only God knows how many more stuff are priced different

this stripes is horrible. i didn’t get her name but them old lady behind the tacos are rude. she gave me a wrong taco and i nicely asked her to change it for me. she stared at me for 1 min straight and called me dramatic. DRAMATIC! that’s not how you treat a customer. both the old ladies are rude and disrespectful.

This is ridiculous, I had seen this before but didn't think much of it but now it seems to be a habit, stripes "Parillada plate" is no longer made with fajita and sausage like it originally was, it is now simply made with chicken, onion, bell pepper topped with cheese yet you're still getting charged the same price... this is a scam!!!They offer a free fountain drink with your plate but their fountain machine is really nasty and poor maintenance, the drinks taste disgusting, I have talked to the managers about it before but they don't seem to care enough to get it fixed

terrible the staff are lazy, rude, and ignorant. will not be returning. my change was 5.58 and they only gave me back 2$ no receipt or nothing. the short chubby lady there is so rude and lazy she kept rolling her eyes as is something was wrong w her. horrible if i could give it zero stars i would.

Was hungry, big lines at both tacos and register, only 1 open. When it's finally my turn I ask the guy- Excuse me sir, if I pay for tacos is my order next."Which tacos do you want?"- wait, hold on if I get tacos is my order next or do I have to get in line?"You have to pay for the tacos"- there's a long line, I don't want to wait. Does my order go next if I pay right now?no lo sacabas de ahi.And who I suspect is manager or assistant manager barely opening the other box; But I could see, she stopped, and was watching & listening with my peripheral vision.Ok..? Give me >insert tacos here< and 60 on 9.I pay, and wait to see if he goes to tell them. He gets the next customer, I'm like ok.. I'll go fuel up then come back.Asked him and he said I have to go order it. Meaning get in line, because there was still a line, and wait to order it. So I asked for a refund.He's like hold on, let me go tell them.- no thank you, already have to go, I'm running late.He asks her for the code again.Manager says to go tell them- I need to leave, I don't have time.Los dos "that's why you should of gone in line"Didn't want to say anything because I could get in trouble. So waited for my refund and left.Like, estan pendejos, that's why I asked.

The taco place recently changed there staff. Every Sunday we get tacos for breakfast. But this last Sunday was the worst service. My husband ordered 4 tacos, all but one order was wrong. The order was 2 Q tacos, bacon and egg with bean, and a gran tocino. What we received was a bacon and egg with bean, 2 bacon and egg with bean and cheese, and an el campeón. Tried calling to complain and no answer.

Great food.it looks good and is hot. Well kept up kitchen . clean and friendly staff. No cross contamination. The store on 107 n valverde kitchen staff should go see what quality and employee pride look like

I just want to say this place was super clean. Staff was actually mopping when I visited store. Staff was friendly and this stop was very pleasant. Good job guys!

Idk why at this particular stripes I go to, I have trouble with something every time, I don't understand why they charge me more when the price tag says it's cheaper, the tacos are not even that good here, and staff is just rude, for example I came to buy a 12 pack of beer that said 11.99 and I was charged 16.56 and there's so much wrong with this store, if you don't need to stop here then please save yourself the trouble and go to a xoom or another stripes.
