I had the best possible customer service I have ever gotten anywhere from one of the cashiers named Priscilla. She went above and beyond to help me when I was purchasing a XXL dog crate that I needed help carrying. Not only did she help me carry it, she made sure I was getting the best deal on it AND THEN she even helped me take it to my car. I really appreciate her and all the help she provided.

Attended the puppy training class. Excellent trainer and we learned a lot. Afterwards we bought a pretty collar for our pet. Very happy with the experience.

The Worker named MIKE is very unprofessional and caused a big scene just because I was trying to return some fish that were attacking my other fish. Will not be coming back to this petco and will be reaching to corporate to issue a complaint on MIKE from petco from Edinburg Texas.

I liked the grooming services, but wished they took pictures of the pets afterwards like other grooming places. Other than that, I bought a lot of stuff from the store since I was already there. Not sure if they always have that much variety in beds but that was nice

They cancelled my order for no reason apparently after I spoke to customer service. I assume it’s because I placed a pickup an hour before closing but it was not urgent I could’ve picked it up the next day. I had to place an entire new order. Customer service spoke with IT to make sure my order would not be cancelled again.

We tried them twice for grooming with both our Doodles...they have barely any idea how to groom, very friendly folks but lacking knowledge and skills...we are looking elsewhere....also we suspect they don't bathe the dogs. We suspect they just cut them and deodorize them. Either way this is NOT a location to have your dog groomed.

Great- the only thing negative is there have been several times that my dog food has not been available at this store- I have to drive 30 minutes to get it- and in traffic it ends up taking me over an hour or so-

Took my two year old American bully for a little grooming session… I had concerns from past visits that I expressed… Alexandria addressed all of my concerns, and I feel as if she did a great job… My dog is very well trained, but he can be a little hard to handle for strangers… But he’s not trained to listen to strangers, so no problem on his part..I appreciate Alexandria’s professionalism, and I will definitely bring him back to see her specifically ..

that asian dude recorded me and took pictures of me walking out the store with out permission i felt so uncomfortable said we were bieng messy when we were just cleaning the cat litter and i was trying to buy ah fish abd he told us we couldn’t aford nothing and he wasn’t gonna sell us a fish we had to wait 30 min till he left so that someone else could asist us employe was ao rude and made me feel harrased he recorded me and followed me up to my car

Very sad to see dead and dying fish. As others have said, good place for dogs and cats, i myself am a fish person though, very poor service and horrible care for the fish. I was looking to buy some fishes but even though there was a guy right there he ignored me and continued on his way.

Waited for 15 mins for my curbside pickup. Had to get down and get it. The store was slow as it was in the morning. Their notification system is probably not good.

I decided to give this location a try because of the great reviews and I’m so glad I did! I have a nervous Aussie so I went beforehand to speak to the staff in person and they were so nice and very knowledgeable. The groomer Cecilia took her time with my (not so little) guy and did an amazing job! I will definitely continue taking my Jax to her. Your pups are in great hands here.

Took my baby Arlo to get groomed and at the end, they messed up the his eye. Groomer indicated it was only hair, however, a few hours later we end up at 911$$$$$ emergency where Vet said it was a severe cornea ulcer. I am sure it wasn’t done on purpose but at least own up to the incident and indicate the dog needs to be seen by a vet NEVER NEVER AGAIN. So upsetting that you drop off your pet assuming they will be taken care of and you pay for their services and tip them. While our loving pet ends up being hurt.

The store itself is great, but customer support to get a return call or email is horrible. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from the district manager. The grooming was done poorly on my 2 pups and they were sent home with uncut nails, and lots of hair along the paws. Flee bath, with many visible flees still visible, and much more. I am only writing this review because I am getting 0 help and this issue has not been resolved. Support over chat is useless. I've contacted them on numerous occasions and they just keep saying wait for the district manager to call.At this point I am requesting a refund. This is not professional. It's been 2 weeks.

The staff was somewhat helpful. There really wasn't a lot of sales or good deals. The collars and stuff was really overpriced. Not to mention the staff was a little bit missing I guess you could say. Every time someone go to the register you had have to hunt down the cashier. Other than that the store was very clean. Not a really big selection of animals but not too bad. It appears like they were doing some kind of construction but it wasn't messy. Overall I go back again if I needed to. It's Petco so you're going to get high prices.

I am utterly disappointed with Petco and have decided not to patronize them anymore due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff. We have been long-term customers, frequently buying cat food there. However, in recent months, our three cats have consistently rejected the food from Petco, including their favored brands.Upon inspection, we noticed a foul odor emanating from the newly opened wet food cans and packages, which left us with no option but to discard them, as returning opened food seemed implausible. When we attempted to return the unopened items, despite our phone number reflecting a history of numerous cat food purchases, the staff refused to accept the return due to the absence of these items in our specific order history.Adding to the frustration, not all of our items were returned to us, and some were retained without issuing any refund. This experience has eroded our trust in Petco, as it demonstrated a lack of regard for loyal customers, coupled with their failure to ensure product quality. We have resolved to shift our business elsewhere, where quality assurance and customer service are given priority.
