Bad fur trim, there excuse is that my dog wasn't still while being trimmed. Manager was informed but she didn't address the problem, they corrected the neck but not the paws, and my dog was nicked while being trimmed. Will no longer take her to this place.

They did a great job with my itchy girls cost and cut was professional. She looks stunning 😍 I am soo happy with their work. My lab got his nails filed perfectly as well. They handled my babies with such care. I'm very pleased

Molly is a 9 year old, 56# Golden Retriever mix. She is a rescue who has anxiety issues. She was also hurt by a prevous groomer. Jessica was very interested in Molly's history and took the time needed for Molly to get used to her while I was still there. Molly willingly walked to the back room with Jessica to await her turn.When I returned to pick Molly up, I was astounded by the transformation! Molly was beautiful! But, most of all she was happy and not anxious!I highly recommend Jessica and Nails 2 Tails!

Excellent place ! I have an anxious dog and they were able to accommodate him. My boy came in with ticks from the day prior of being outside and they removed them as well as any mattes he had. Great staff !

My dog and I LOVE this place!!! I just love how nice everyone is here. It smells nice inside too! My dog couldn’t wait to get out the car to go inside and get pampered. My poodle comes out so clean and soft. It’s so nice that you get to speak with your pets groomer before service. I LOVE my pet’s after photos and adorable bandannas!!! Affordable monthly price! Can’t wait for my doggy to go again to get spoiled!

For the first time we took our 4 month old puppy here. I absolutely love this place! Everyone is super nice, genuine, caring, loving and we’re super helpful towards my puppy 🐶 she came back with me very happy and her hair cut is absolutely so cute but unfortunately when the time came for her next appointment I tried to call like so many fricken times and they never even answered. I tried my best to get a hold of someone so that I could reschedule her appointment because we couldn’t take her for that time and day her appointment was. but nobody answered so we decided to make her an appointment somewhere else where they always answer the phone immediately. it’s very unprofessional for me to be calling and calling and nobody is picking up the phone. So we will be taking our puppy to someone else from now on.

Recommended by friends, first time there. My puppy is about 7 months and he had some matting they couldn't really style him bc of which is definitely understandable due to it was here and there. But he got his eagle talons cut and everything lol Definitely going back. Great job for first time . Also drop off to pick up time was very good plus I love the open area setting .

We recently moved to Mission from Garland Texas and were looking for a groomer for our 13 yo West Highland White Terrier. One groomer refused to take him because he was over 10 years old. I'm glad they did. We found Nails 2 Tails and have been very pleased with how they've treated Riley. He's looked great every time we've taken him. We now have a standing appointment every four weeks. We definitely recommend them.
