THIS LOVE'S STAYS BUSY!!! Good place to park down in RGV. The fuel island stays packed. They have a Subway and Chesters'. They are pretty good about having the hot boxes full of grab and go food when it's busy. Bigger than most Love's parking too!

Very Slow service for the shower. Waited for more than 2 hour to get inside . Still the shower was not cleaned . Horrible customer service . Employees just stand by and don’t clean showers. Careless attitude like people need money but for free don’t wanna work. Wake up Manager please look towards your people and teach them customer service.Wasting drivers time. Never gonna stophere again.

Large parking lot. Dual cat scales (see photos attached) truck repair, road service, tire pass (for semi trucks). Dot annual inspection (see photos) Easily accessible from the interstate Highway. Located at the NE corner of the intersection. Unlike the competitor ( like TA, Petro and pilot flying j, they have a FREE parking, FREE drink refills and FREE extra discounts on their fuel. This chain is expanding with strategy in place. I really appreciate the administration on both corporate and store level who are working day and night tiredlessly to deliver such a great services and products.If this was helpful for you please give me thumbs up. I didn't think I would be satisfied with my flat tire. That's why I came to this truck stop and was met with great service.I came for a flat tire but 5 tires and 4 batteries were replaced. All maintenance of the truck has been done.Restroom are really clean. The employees are friendly and this place is always crowded.Thank you.

5 star experience with shop General Manager Danny Moya, and his road service tire tech Carlos Gomez. They were polite from the very beginning and showed up fast. They genuinely care for us Truck drivers, keeping us moving. Great work guys, thank you for everything.

I understand that this store is remodeling. But they did not have any drinks for Platinum or diamond. How ever you could buy drinks but no grilled items like hotdogs

Truckers just know they will rush you in the shower, In there for less than an hour, they tried to open the door 4 times and only knocked the one time. They’re rude and don’t have the decency to even apologize for ignoring you when you say it’s occupied.

The place is always clean and nice the staff is always courteous and very professional feel islands are always clean well maintained managers are always making sure there's a squeegees at the fuel islands and the buckets have water so we can clean our windows

Please fix card reader on pump 20. Its ridiculous hearing different excuses as to why it hadnt been replaced. Too small travel center(store) for geographical location. Today 10/07/20 pump 23 card reader not working, pump frozen.

Large parking 👌,the store at this moment its been remodeled , men’s restrooms are outside the store (portable restroom trailer)”no ac just a air ventilation in the roof and a few more of those plastic ones :( with this current temperatures it gets super hot inside of them .currently the fast foot subway and Chester are not open NOT AVILABLE( remodeling I guess)the only food available are snacks like drinks ,coffee,candy and so.showers are still available at the moment ( 4 ) I can’t comment in their condition as I still need to shower 😂I guess they won’t take too long to finish the remodeling , if you like food at taco trucks or similar to a taco truck ( small shed )building kind of there is two located next to loves at a walking distance they can be search in google maps refer to it for business hours of operations . If you are a foody like me saturdays is a wrong time to be at this location at lease for the remodeling going on at loves at the moment, since the taco trucks are close on saturdays 🙀hope this is of some help to some of you .plan accordingly for your own comfort

They advertise that earned points are never lost, but that is not the whole truth.Points are earned for fuel and merchandise purchased during any given month, but so are Free drink refills and Free showers, but LOVE's algorithm resets a drivers refills and showers if your user level status drops down a level.Effectively STEALING your FREE refills and showers, without any recourse by the driver.

Horrible, aside from the very long lines the showers are horrible. No cold water at all, #6 has a smashed in vent and no lock and power jack was broke like so ghetto. Also waited for a cash advance to be told that worker would be back in a couple minutes for her drawer because they didn't have enough money... Its loves! 2nd largest truck stop and insanely busy. Needless to say I'm still waiting 20 minutes later! Wow like I'm going to keep skipping this store. To think my boss likes loves because he says they're nicer well not this one... I usually leave good reviews except when I feel like a business is totally unprofessional. 1 star and I can bet you loves corporate never gets back to me... and does nothing avout this. Luckily there is other truck stops near by

Be careful when using credit card here. My bank called after I used mine. Said someone tried to use it for over $100 on gas. Restroom clean. Cooked food highway robbery. Employees nice. Guy serving food: I know you don't like your job but at least smile.

A nice truck stop to drop in for fuel and food. They have a Subway and Chester’s Chicken. The coffee is fresh and the restrooms are very clean. They have clean showers too. The parking lot is large about 100 plus trucks and they have a tire repair shop onsite too.
