Very disappointed with my meal.. they didn’t have the tater melt and so I got the sourdough jack and these are the two bacon strips that I received…. And they don’t even looked cooked…half of it is raw, very upset…. My husband got the new snoop dog meal as well and he asked for double fries instead they gave him two tacos and without the brownie that was suppose to be included with the meal… I would rate this experience a 0/10….

Super fast drive through. Curly fries are the best. The drive thru always has the order right. This is an awesome place to order your food. Update: just went and ordered 2 number 3 on the menu. When I got home the large curly fries were half full. I don't know why they give costumer's a half order instead of filling up the large french fry box. This place was the best but now it's on my bad list. Don't know if I will return.

Worst restaurant in Edinburg tx do not eat here worst service not to mension the food is horrible ive had bad food but the worst tacos with just beans i could of made that at home plus the time they took to bring my food out i would rate 0 stars if i could i ordered large fries got almost no fries dont recommend this place called to see if they would do something about it nothing no answer there just a horrible place overall save ur money go to Mcdonalds or whataburger dont waste ur money on this trash place

I found this location after I was unable to use my debit card at the McDonald's across the street. McDonald's kiosk was down and only took cash.I was in a hurry to get to work and had no time to wait. I went across the street to get cash from an ATM machine and saw a Jack in the Box open.Growing up as a youth, I worked at McDonalds and Jack in the Box. Both restaurants serve good food. I also know good service when I see it.Jack gave me my breakfast quickly with little to no wait at all. The ice coffee was better than the ice coffee I normally get from McDonald's.If you're trying to get a hot and quick breakfast, especially early in the morning, definitely go to the Jack in the Box across from the slow service McDonald's.The Jack has better food than the clown across the street. Just my opinion.

As a regular customer, I’ve noticed that an employee named Sandra who works at this establishment, is very rude to her fellow employees. I’ve seen a few customers leave due to her inappropriate comments . I’ve also witnessed this person in particular using her devices while preparing food without gloves. In addition the bathroom is completely neglected and deprived of sanitary conditions.

The gentleman working on the register gave the best customer service experience. Not just working the register but as well leading his crew and taking orders, both in person and drive thru. Good work and great attitude to the work environment. The crew members as well very courteous and respectful.

Okay so I went and got a munchie meal cause I was hungry and haven't been to a jack in the box in a long time and wow the team at 11pm made the best experience I've ever had a jack in the box food was amazing everything was fresh and the whole experience was 10 stars keep up the great work definitely going back

Fries need an up grade they look and taste like they ran out of the original and went and got the cheapest bag at the local grocery store,The management needs to step up and manage never get what you order and get upset like it's your fault when you have to go back, lobby always seems clean but the back looks like a tornado ran through the kitchen.
