THEY Didn't cut my dog's hair the way I wanted them to!! And decided to cut it the way THEY wanted to. I used to take my previous shih Tzu there and had no problems what so ever and this 1st time I take my new shih tzu they completely shaved her she wasn't even matted from her body I specifically said I wanted her hair as long as possible and only a trim. So she basically looked like she had a summer cut. Bottom line. I Spoke with the manager and didn't even want to give me a refund or anything never going back there again SMH.

Wonderful experience with having my dog groomed today! They did a wonderful job and treated her very well. She looks so happy and cute with her new haircut. The prices are very affordable, I will definitely be a return customer!

I have used their boarding and grooming services for three dogs over 15 years. I always come away knowing my fur baby is in good hands. I highly recommend them. You do need to make an appointment.

Although we did not end up getting the services we wanted done. I appreciate the honesty. They could have told us yes to what we went for but in the end it was not suitable for my dogs to get the service done. Thank you so much for being honest.

Booked mobile grooming for my 3 year old yorkie. I really enjoyed the convenience of not having to leave my house. I am currently working from home, so having a grooming service come to me was great. The man also did a great job. I was very satisfied and I really do plan on booking another appt.

WONDERFUIL GROOMERS MY BABIES HAVE BEEN GROOMED BY THEM SINCE MONTHS OLD I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ONCE TAKING THEM TO ANOTHER GROOMER BOTH ENDED UP WITH EAR/EYE INFECTIONS WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCES WITH MY FUR BABIES I KNOW TITO IS A HANDFUL.

This is the worst grooming service I have ever taken my babies to. They CUT my puppy deep and now she will require surgery to get it closed up because of their negligence and incompetence. They refuse to answer my call...and will not get back to me. I have been trying to get a hold of them for days!!!! I was charged $119 for the worst and most poor service... now they require SURGERY for open and deep wounds that this place caused...now I get no reimbursement and on top of that I’m loaded in hospital bills. Keep your dogs away from this place!!! And if the owner sees this...ANSWER MY CALL OR CALL ME BACK ASAP
