I was charged twice, The lady said my card didn’t go through.. which was odd. So then she charged me again.. I didn’t have my phone with me so I couldn’t check my bank account right there and then. when I got home I noticed the transaction was charged twice so I went back to the restaurant within 20 mins from when I got my order. I showed them my recent transactions I even took my order with me with the time on it! However, the manager said that I only had one receipt well DUHHHH I was only given 1 receipt because the first time the lady said my card DIDNT GO THROUGH how would I have a receipt that technically doesn’t exist smh.. I just called the bank cause they apparently were not willing to help or care…

The moment I stepped in the restaurant I felt unwelcomed due to an employee by the name of Diego he was super rude and needs to work on his customer service. He noticed I was wearing a necklace of the virgin Mary he then proceeded to talk about his religion and beliefs and stating how I will be dammed for eternity for believing in “other deities” and proceed in saying that I “need help finding the correct path”. I ignored his remark proceeded to order my meal which was wrong and when I asked if he could correct he went and screamed at the employees in the back and calling them names to which I do not feel comfortable saying on here but were very hurtful remarks to the point where I felt really bad for the employees. I do not recommend this restaurant further more I also ordered chicken nuggets and were cold

i lost my phone so i went back to chick-fil-a and i told one of the workers my situation and everyone was super helpful, the only name that i knew was Fernanda and she was super friendly and sympathetic. they literally looked through the trash!! they looked all around the restaurant for a while too & the manager diego checked the cameras and even provided me with information showing i took it with me to my car and i was even on my phone in my car so that was also really helpful.

We eat chick fil a at least once or twice per week. They have become so sloppy and greedy. On one occasion, our 12 piece nugget only hade 11 pieces, the frech fry box is NEVER filled to the top, food is often cold and chicken dry. This isn't just Chcik Fil A, it is most places now. Nobody cares about quality or customer service anymore.

Hands down the best “fast food” business. Super-friendly, above&beyond employees, food actually looks as advertised and tastes amazing, orders are always exact and correct, beautiful landscaped and extremely clean area/building. I always get the #1 deluxe OR I just get the #1 and add cheese to it, with of course the fries and a lemonade. The little things that they do make the biggest differences.

I loved their Cobb salad, it was really tasty. I didn't do the order so can't really tell about the stuff but service was fast. Place was clean too.

Nice chick fil a, the drive through is very long so just be prepared for that past 5pm and during nighttime. But aside from that, service to order was very quick, and food was given at a quickly once you go over to pay in the drive through.

Great place, friendly people, I never come here though, because for some reason they don't sell beef. Don't know if they will be able to stay in business selling only chicken based products, but people seem to like it.Will upgrade to five stars as soon as I can order a bacon cheeseburger, I like to mix and match animals for a balanced diet

I had a curbside mobile order and they took 20 minutes just for a single milkshake (shake ya booty). That was all I ordered and my friends were waiting for me inside since I got there before them. My friends got my food before me even though they ordered after me. The guy gave my shake to the vehicle two spots next to me and I had to get down to speak to them about it. I asked if they could refund my points but they had remade it so I ended up taking it. Should not have taken nearly half an hour for one item.

Y’all need to do something about the tea! Every time I get a tea the ice is melted and warm! I want cold tea with lots of ice. It not just at this location, pretty much every location in this area. By time I get home or get my drink I’m already too far and I don’t want to wait another 30min in line again 😑 other than that everything else is fine hard workers 🤘🏼

Ok Chick-fil-A, during an interview you asked a nice polite young man if he would remove his earing and dye his hair a "normal" color, but I just left the University Drive location and after looking through the drive thru window while picking up my order, there was a very nicely dressed clean cut young man wearing a red and white gingham shirt yelling at the staff cussing calling them gueys. It is totally unnecessary to be treating staff like that. He did look "normal" though.
