If I could give it zero stars I would. The store is never open when it says it's open. It says opens at 8am and by 11 am it's still not open. The store looks trashy with all the carts blocking every aisle and stuff laying on the floor. It's a safety. Staff is rude. I won't ever be going in there again I'll drive 20 to 30 mins to a nicer store some where else.

I went up there one day and there was dog food and cat food laying on the Clarence Isle and it was marked with stickers to be on clearance so I loaded up the shopping carts . because it's hard to find dog food on Clarence and cat food on Clarence and then they told me in no uncertain terms they would not sell me that . That and that it was not on the Clarence Isle .And I told them please go back there and look .And they said there was no way they were selling me that stuff. Manager told a woman Ivy That to not sell anything. That I could not buy anything I'm the store . That I had to call her. I did and she would not answer her phone. So I went to the store and Introduced myself to the manager and she said nothing to me and just let me buy what I want. IT makes no sense but I hate the way they want to treat people and that manager thinks that she owns the store is what it seem like.

Nothing is ever stocked. you can’t get down the isles to shop always out of everything . Employees don’t care. Store is closed more than it is open..

this store is nasty stuff all down isles you can't get around in it need to clean it up needs to be fire inspection close it down till it's up to code PERIOD

Wouldn’t even rate this one star. Worked there for over 6 months & it was BY FAR the worst working experience I have ever had. The store itself is stocked and you can find what you need but I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there. Management was the worst i’ve ever dealt with. It was always about drama, never about the actual job. If you’re not liked by the main manager then expect to never get promoted while people get hired in as assistant managers with no experience in the job what so ever, just because they are friends with the manager, to get barely any hours while your coworkers get 40+ hours a week, also expect to get denied breaks even though you’ve worked for 7+ hours straight already, and to have lower pay than your coworkers even tho you’ve been there longer. People also get hired in not passing their drug test just because they’re friends of the manager and they’re allowed to steal as long as “they don’t see it”. Just a very unprofessional management system. I recommend shopping there, just not working there.

At this location Beth the manager is very unfair to her staff.. she picks favorites and treats them unequally. She talks about coworkers to other coworkers in a rude manner. Very unprofessional! If she doesn't like a said staff member she will refuse them a break! Which is against the law if I might add.. she has made staff members cry and half the time she refuses to answer her phone with someone is in need of her management.. considering being a manger is HER JOB she expects everyone to figure out what to do on their own. She gives herself good hours and will refuse staff the requested off hours if it doesn't work for her because, she is probably off that day. Oh and if she is off and a staff memeber has a question ONLY the manager could answer she will refuse to help and not deal with it because it is her day off.

It was unbearably warm when I went in with family member tonight. We asked an employee why it was so warm and were told oh its so humid the ac can't keep up. Sorry but it's actually cooler outside. I can't believe family dollar makes there employees work in such conditions.

Cashier not sure of her name but she has the best attitude!!!!!! She greeted us like she has known us forever and had a smile the whole time …customer service should be taught by this woman!!!!

I thought you were open till 10 on Sunday ? 6:05 I pull up with about 6 cars in the parking lot saying store is closed I live 10 miles away and can’t even be open

Well I work there and have worked for the company for over 8 years. We see prices fluctuate all the time but I don't compare to other stores, since the Family Dollar I am at, is the only store in a 6 mile radius. So we appreciate the discounts we get.
