I'm grateful that the brothers offer bee relocation throughout RGV, not only Ed Couch. -- They were 1 of the 3 service providers that a bee forum had referred me to. -- I perceived the staff, who worked on our shed, to be approachable. As in, he did not mind sharing knowledge of bee behaviors. I think education-minded business are helpful to nurturing people's interest, enjoyment and appreciation of Nature. I'm now using Neem spray to organically repel the shed in future. -- They also offer their bees to help pollinate farms. -- Their charge range is generous and fair, depending on the job hazard. -- I have prior experienced hiring [a different bee removal team] that we thankfully did not re-hire after recently reading Google reviews from clients after us. The other business offered 3 different "Warranty" packages and clients shared similar experiences about poor communication. One was not informed when they would return for their bee box...and had trouble reaching them. Another stated his/her texts and calls were not being followed-up after buying the pricier Lifetime Warranty package. -- Our experience with The Bee Guys RGV process was much simpler. We were just kept updated om their schedule and charged simply for the work needed...I was even pleasantly surprised that the affordable charge did include a 1-year warranty, which seems a more realistic promise.
