I came by for a grocery order pickup on 2/23/24, they were very busy with cars circling around waiting on a reserved parking spot to open up. I was still in and out of there within less than ten minutes. Hannah brought my groceries out and she was super polite, professional, and helpful.

I give 5 starts because it's always clean, friendly people, but it is a little town so don't expect everything that you may find in another town.Grocery is on the right side , pharmacy is on the left as well as garden and fishing supplies, clothes are in normal spot, Toys are in the back middleish.Love the fact they always have people at the cash registers instead of just self check outs.Prices are normal for the area, small deli but the food is fresh when I got the wings (my favorite).One door entrance.

So we thought we were buying bananas but not so, even though the place they keep them and the sign said bananas..they turned out to be plantains! Apparently, someone didn’t know what they were buying for replacement of bananas 🤦🏽‍♀️. Here we were waiting for them to turn yellow at least a little bit…🤨. Imagine the weight on these compared to real bananas!!!

So we were in the only checkout opened with a very long line and before we could get there she closed the only checkout open! We had to check out 331.00 worth of groceries ourselves! We are over 60 years old and when we get off work we don’t want to do someone else’s job because we are already tired! Get with the program Walmart and keep enough checkouts open for large purchases at least!!

I like walmart but this is the only big store in our tiny town, the employees are great and store is always clean and they have everything you need. Their customer service/money center had awesome employees but there is always a line and most of the time Noone is there.

I was passing through Eastland, TX in the morning time when I found this Walmart to buy groceries. The store is smaller yet had most grocery items I was looking for. I usually visit Walmart stores earlier in the morning and understand some fresh items aren't available yet. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. I was greeted by every single employee I passed. I was even greeted/helped at the self checkout station. This is the friendliest Walmart I have ever visited.

Busy due to only store in local area. Well stocked and employees are pleasant and always say hello. 99 percent of the time they have what I want. Love the employees who bring out the curbside pickups. Only complaint is prices going up but that is everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Staff were all very friendly. Looked as if every register was open. For a small town it’s awesome to see. Unlike Dallas. Parked semi truck in SE corner. Was able to shop and take my time.

Store is more often than not well stocked each time I've been and gone inside to do shopping.Though it seems as with most pick-up orders any where there is always something that's getting subistituted that there's no reason for...primarily the store's own brand items, oddly enough.Only issue for me going in all the time is being physically disabled. It's not always a chance that one of the carts will be available or the one you get is going to make it the whole shopping run.

I've been here a few weeks with my husband and his job. We have used pickup at Walmarts all over the entire country. This Walmart has the best pickup people I've ever used hands down. I can't tell you how many times my home town Walmart has forgotten things. Y'all are so consistent. So fast. Professional. Polite and I even asked about things to do around town and have been given great information. Honestly best all around experience with a Walmart pickup. Thank you! It is most appreciated!

Management does not take care of their older employees. Young employees constantly throwing their work on to elderly workers because they are too lazy. They walk by an older employee needing help and act like they don't see them.Stop allowing your elderly employees to be abused by lazy employees. It starts with management. If you are sub-par, your employees will act the same way.I'm in your store quite often and see this disgusting behavior every time.

I love small town Walmart stores! They are more for the people in that area! I miss ours in Brownfield terribly!!! I know when I go in the Eastland Walmart I will find exactly what I want quickly and usually something I didn't know I wanted! I wish we still had our smaller store!!!

Sure would help if WM would place benches in several areas of the store so us sr citizens could sit down and rest a few minutes. Stores are too big for us to walk through.

The store is kept clean and organized. If you were to need help with anything, you'll have to hunt down an employee, as they don't go out of their way to be openly friendly or available.They usually have a decent number of cashiers available, but it can get slightly congested at the front of the store occasionally.

Excellent place to save money! 9:30 A.M., one checker on the express lane, one person standing at the door in a mask, multiple vest wearers milling around the store, one watching the self checkout. Since I'm not an employee I implemented a "every third item free" policy. Worked out great! I got valuable experience as a checker, and saved a ton of money.Highly recommend!!!

I found the perfect camo jegging, but there was no code thingie on and the very nice guy who was trying to help me couldn't leaving the self scan for Walmart stuff. So, I had no problem helping this young man by finding the last camo jegging and ringing it up separately after paying for the rest of my shopping.Classic event of shopper and very helpful Walmart team member coming together to solve a problem. Love that experience!
