I went to the store for ONE dog vaccine. I got there at 8:05 and left at 8:40. Girl at the register had no idea how to call/radio for someone to unlock the vaccine case. She told us to wait at the front, and she waited 5 minutes for another employee to walk by the front and told him to radio for they keys, and then that employee walked off and started helping someone who just came in. 15 minutes later and someone finally comes from the back and hands off the keys. The guy fumbled with the wrong keys for 5 minutes and then went and got another set of keys and took another 5 minutes. Checkout took another 5 minutes. I got to the checkout and a different employee was there and she didn’t even know how to use the scanner. She started entering the numbers to the product and entered them in wrong. She then asked for a phone number and entered that wrong too. There is just absolutely zero excuse for service like this. How this bad of service can be achieved, is beyond me.

Called ahead today to see if they had PVC primer and glue. Lady pretended to check, came back to the phone and told me yes. I get there an hour later, no glue, no primer. Too lazy to go to the back and look when I called. So I wasted two hours of my day. Unbelievable.So when I called the lady out on it she tells me that she couldn't leave the register to check when I called. So you just tell people yes without checking??

Every time I call to check on availability of am Of an item it says they have in stock its either not there or I get put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.

First time I went was with my husband, he always bragged about how good a store it was. I agree, the prices were great. I have been back and I plan on going back a lot more.

Stop going to all tractor supply stores ever since reading their mission statement, and tractor supply sponsoring family friendly drag shows. Men dressed as women shaking their junk in front of children. It's disgusting.

I appreciate this store however, more efficient customer service needed . Employees seem to be huddled most of the time,. Why does, who is assumed to be assistant manager, ask customers location of replacement cashiers? Observed customer coming in store needing assistance with boots however same manager continued with boxes.???? Customer service makes or breaks a store

This new store is freaking EPIC. I love it so much. The garden center is so dreamy, I could literally live in there. They did such an awesome job. This one is massive compared to the old building and they have a much bigger selection of products to choose from.

The customer service has continued to go downhill. With the pandemic, we have tried to give grace and be understanding, however, today, we waited 45 minutes for our curbside order, which we already received notification that the order was completed and ready for pickup. Then, another 15-20 minutes of waiting for someone to get the pallet with the remainder of our shavings. Waiting over an hour, continuously put on hold and treated rudely, while they give your order to someone else while you are trying to call to their attention that they're loading the wrong order in the wrong vehicle is unacceptable. We will be looking for local companies to support to avoid these situations. In the past, only partial orders have been filled because the remainder is "on a pallet in the back and no one can go get it".

this store has a little bit of something for everyone. it's not just a farm store. unique things, cool farm stuff, and a lot more. go check it out you will surely find something you never dreamed you would find in a tractor supply store, and you can't live without it. I have to sit in car when my husband turns into parking lot. he takes forever in there and with me in there too we would never get out of there. great people great service great prices great everything store and a great tractor/farm store too im sure !!!

I go here for everything non food that I need. They always have it or know where to send me. And it's my place to just go check things out. They are so nice to everyone even my little dog that goes in with me

Most of the people they hire are really old and just very unhelpful. Im a boomer myself and am dismayed whenever i come in and am treated like a second class citizen by my own generation. Especially the one cashier with glasses and light hair. I cannot remember her name but it starts with a K that i know. Yes, please sigh as much as possible when i need help and glare at me when i ask questions regarding purchases i may make. Will this company ever hire people that are friendlier? I swear all of the young folk there smile say thank you and are so so helpful. This location is lucky that there is only one feed store available in town, otherwise id take my business elsewhere. But make no mistake! Ive spoken with many of my friends and many of my wives friends and we will not hesitate to simply drive to stephenville to visit the more friendly store. And from what i see apparently they lose people left and right! Is there something going on behind the scenes there? Is the GM or one of the other managers hiding a anger problem? Are they racist? always there are new faces and elderly people who look like they cant lift up a sack of feed. HIRE MORE YOUNGER PEOPLE. Its not a bingo hall, its a store to buy heavy things!!!!The last time i was up there i was checked out by a young mexican girl who was very polite and so so helpful, but she couldnt get anybody to help me when i had a question about O rings for my tractor because noone would answer her on the walkie she had! I still appreciate how hard she tried and more employees need to be like that young mexican girl. She always had a smile, said ma'am and thank you. My friend Carol has also been mistreated by the other employees there.

We ordered turkeys, guineas, and chickens love their mail service for birds. We have goats, dogs, cats, and rabbits. We buy all of our pet needs here. They are friendly and kind and always willing to help us out.

Went to the store to purchase a lot of fencing materials that I was having a hard time ordering online. Stood at the customer service desk for a longtime with employees that would just walk by and never ask if I needed any help. Once I stood there and got fed up with the lack of service I decided to take my business else where. My wife wanted to buy some dog bones so I told the cashier what had happened and she offered no help either. Just a shame to lose money and business over customer service like this.

I have to come in here to pick up things for my job. The Customer service is hit and miss. Some days someone will help and take you right to what you need. Sometimes you just get a hello, and then you're on your own.

A lady named Karen always greets me and asks me if I need help soon as I get in the door , I love that. She is so nice and helps me with any questions I have . Thank you so much Karen for all you do .

The more I shop at tractor supply the more I am learning they do not carry many replacement parts to some of the things they actually sell. Also do not recommend the extended warrantee on any item from tractor supply. Bought a water pump and could not get the warrantee honored.

Dog food palette was empty, I asked the cashier if there was more. She said the truck was blocked and couldn't unload. I finally found an attendant she went in the back and got me a bag.

Tractor supply is always a nice store to go to, all sorts of stuff anyone would need. You can buy deer corn, a cord of wood, a riding lawn mower, and all sorts of stuff in one area. You can even buy clothing items like carhatts work jackets.
