Store was clean and well stocked some lady called out an found someone to check me out while she waited to get in lady's restroom and some guy comes out in shorts and no shirt why is this being tolerated I'll visit one more time cause I like the dam dollar general store's.Went in today 8/6/23 around 5pm it was clean and well stocked but my goodness it was so hot I started sweating I feel sorry for employees the AC needs attention

I love Eastland Dollar General. I'm always in and out quickly. I never have any issues using the app with coupons. I am glad they are available when I don't want to go to bigger stores

Haven't been in a couple months due to having bad experiences regarding a couple of rude, and honestly just miserable employees,whom work there. If you don't like your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE. Don't take your crummy life out on paying customers.

I love going to this location! It's clean and organized and always well stocked. I don't know why I continue to punish myself by going to the Ranger store where you have to climb over boxes and crates, and I can never find anyone to help me.

I was passing through the area on I-20 and stopped here to get a package of women's underwear and a pair of socks.This store was so unorganized and dirty it took me more than ten minutes to even find the items. Nearly every shelf I saw was messy.I've been to garage sales that were more clean and organized.

There is a young man who works there who is the most helpful and the one most willing 2 be of assistance in any way. I have difficulty carrying certain things to the car and he is always offering to help. Thank you

Not the best dollar general. Not well organized at all. Always have to wait or search for someone to cash you out. Items on shelves broken and still for sale. Aisles blocked constantly so hard to get cart around in aisles.

They have a whole rack of items for 50% off the price. I get checked out and the lady she can’t do it because the Register won’t let her do that and I told her the whole rack says 50% off and she wouldn’t allow it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said her name is Donna and she’s going to be out for a long time.

Needs to mow the grass, also dont know who they hire as managers around here but this is a poorly ran store always has stuff everywhere even during peak hours. Customer service associates are rude and do not know how to help their customers

It was good I was able to find what I needed head quick service at the register and was out in no time. Much better than having to visit a Walmart

Miss the Dollar General. Please come to the west coast! Come to Washington! people here say "we have a dollar store called dollar tree"...umm no not even close. PLEASE COME TO WASHINGTON TRI CITIES! You would make a ton of money here!
