Cashier was rude and didn’t put my phone number for the thank you rewards. I repeated my phone number 4 times to her and when she couldn’t get it right she sighed and rolled her eyes like it was an inconvenience. Next time I need something I’ll just go to Walmart. I used to come over for convenience but not anymore with cashiers having bad attitudes

Went to the Eastland Brookshire's today. I'm from California, here visiting my mother. They were SO helpful with finding items and the manager even wheeled my groceries out to the car. That doesn't happen in California and I live in a small rural community.

Always loved this store. Barry is my favorite person there. He is so nice and very friendly. Great guy very helpful. I did have a bad experience yesterday though. Not Barry. I was checking out. I was trying to explain to the cashier that I was making two separate purchases and she very rudely starts talking over me. She bagged my groceries and just left them sitting on the counter and starts helping the customer behind me. I said so I guess this is self service referring to my groceries not being put in my cart. She just gave me a dirty dirty look and turned away from me. Just ignored me. I told the manager how rude she was but I don't think she said anything to her. This little girl doesn't need to be working with the public until she learns some manners. Very disappointed. Normally customer service is amazing. I just came across a kid with an attitude.

I visited this store for business. Traveling from New Jersey, I wanted to make sure I made the best of the week. I work for Dietz and Watson, an artisan meat and cheese delicatessen from Philadelphia. The company has acquired Brookshire account to carry our products so we were to set up cases, preslice meats/ cheeses make sandwiches and platters for customers and the employees. They were more than impressed with the products. Working alongside Sam and Donna in the deli department was a warming experience. They both were very cordial, nice and helpful.The products were a big hit on both sides which made me very proud. So, if your ever come across a Brookshire supermarket, check out our Dietz and Watson products. Great food 😋

Clean throughout the store and many friendly associates. The only thing would be their check out stands. They are WAY too small for a full basket of groceries to be put on. It'll be fun come the holidays. So glad they now have online ordering and pick up!

i have visited this store often. Pam who has worked the produce dept and fresh cut and floral is the best employee in that entire store. she has been moved to bakery i believe. she is helpful always smiling and is my main reason to frequent this store. An employee who has integrity and the character of a saint. dont let this one get away, she can move mountains!

This store in Cisco is always clean and staffed with friendly and helpful people. The fried chicken from the deli is very delicious. Produce Dept is pretty good for a small store. I was there on February 11th and the meat department was the most stocked I've ever seen it.

Friendly and quiet! Amazing points off gas but a bit higher in regular prices. Definitely not as many people running over you in the aisle like some stores in Abilene. Definitely will continue to shop at Brookshires

The manager or whoever is over the money gram office today is rude and disrespectful - does not have any customer service skills. I rated a 2 because there was a young lady who was sweet and I could tell she was embarrassed by his behavior. Otherwise it is a 1 and they have lost my business.

Mostly tidy store, some price downs that were welcome and of decent quality too.Tends to be higher priced on common items than small town United etc.All in all, very glad for their presence in a small town and they are very good on their fuel prices. Usually more expensive than Walmart but the gas discounts and BOGO for a penny deals are excellent draws.So are the 4/$20 meat deals. The staff are all good people. No pharmacy.

I like Brookshire's. They have friendly staff and it's a clean place. It's cheaper than Walmart for sure in some cases. And their Deli is amazing. And I like the point system that they have it helps you get cheaper gas. Shopping there is a great experience every time.

I love there point system, and there milk freshness. I would do more shopping here, but most of the time , I need stuff at Walmart so I go there. I will not buy any milk from there, and I get my meats at BROOKSHIRES. There customer service is great as well. There’s not many places that will carry your groceries out, and that says something about there customer service. I also had a wedding cake done there years back and it was the most beautiful delicious cake I’ve ever had. Thank you BROOKSHIRES!!!!

I always enjoy Brookshires. It doesn't matter what town, they are fully stocked, friendly, clean and not too expensive- great meat and potato salads, great produce and many hard-to-find items. I like Brookshires!! (With this Covid, however, we noticed the short-staffed syndrome, which is affecting everyone right now- still really satisfied.)
