Tuesday @ 2pm. Not busy, fully staffed. Easy to find my chain and get help to cut it. Helpful and friendly staff. I forgot my credit card and staff held my chain until I returned. Much appreciated.

Their delivery service is unacceptable. They do not deliver the day they commit to. Then, when you follow up, they transfer your call, leave you on hold for more than an hour. Unprofessional, poor customer service at this Eagle Pass location. If you want to save yourself time and aggravation just pick up your order or be prepared to be wait until they're good and ready to bring your order and be on hold for a long period.

Nice store, you just have to be OK with finding it yourself. Staff need better training or better management. Store was clean and well organized. Buying it on line and then picking up at the store sometimes has better deals.

When you buy a large appliance, in my case an LG dryer, Lowe's does not disclose to you that you only have a 48 hour window to return the item. I waited 72 hours before trying the brand new LG dryer. I was greeted with a loud thrashing noise and the LG dryer shut off within 2 seconds.They told me afterward that their are 2 exceptions: 1. pay with a Lowe's credit card and you have 60 days and 2. purchase their protection plan. Again something they do not tell you at time of purchase.

My, oh my. I’m sad to say this particular Lowes has the worst customer service.Only good part was Jonathan at the service desk was the only one who was helpful.Also, Seth the manager who did seem to hear us out. I do hope he does have a team meeting or perhaps corporate can come down and have a training on how to provide great service. You can never find someone to help, and when you do they do not want to take the time to help you find the product you need. We see many employees but we can not seem to see good smiling and helpful employees who will make me want to give a good review. I question myself Are they so under paid? Or is it just a toxic environment that needs a great leader who can make a drastic change. I pray that someone with authority reads this and truly cares about the importance of giving people what they deserve. And that is great service.After all you are making money off of us why not show a little bit more appreciation.

The cashier was polite on the self service area.The employee named Juan at gardening was not very helpful at all. Didn't seem to care when we asked him for assistance. Mumbling something we could not understand. Not pleasant experience there. We also asked another employee for an item she said she had no idea what we were talking about

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. And to say that the service is horrible is actually an understatement. I was supposed to receive a delivery on 7/14/23. I received a voicemail on 7/13/23 asking to call back by 2pm to confirm my delivery for 7/14/23. I called three times between 11am and 1pm on 7/13 to confirm that the delivery was taking place on 7/14 and was told that it was confirmed. I call multiple times on 7/14/23 to confirm my delivery window and got placed on hold for over 30minutes. After 8pm I am able to talk to someone and they say, "You didn't confirm the delivery so the delivery was rescheduled for another day." WHAT?!?!?! I called multiple times the day before and was told that the delivery was confirmed. I was told that it was my fault that I didn't answer the phone while I was at work to confirm the delivery. Furthermore, I was told that Customer Service does not confirm delivery, that I had to speak directly with a manager to confirm the delivery. So why was I not informed of that when I spoke to customer service. The girl on the phone had the audacity to tell me that I should have given another phone number for someone else if I was going to be working and not taking their calls. Absolutely preposterous and the worst experience ever. I wish there was a Home Depot in town, I'd give them my money in a heart beat.

There are really nice employees in this store but there are really bad employees as well. Those that are good are really good. Those that are bad are terrible. Management is non-existent in this store. The bad employees are rude and offensive and management is never around to address this issue with. Those bad unhappy employees need to realize it’s not my fault they work there. If they don’t like it their job in Lowes, then they need to go to college, get a degree and then get a better job or something like that. It’s not cool we (customers) have to put up with your unhappiness.

Lowe’s promises excellent experience and quality merchandise. We’ll let me tell you that not the Lowe’s Store in Eagle Pass. My husband , my son, and I went to Lowe’s in eagle pass as it’s closer to home looking for materials to start remodeling our home. My husband and son proceeded to the Sheetrock paneling and wood section, my husband asks an employee if he could get forklift as we were buying pretty much an entire pallet of paneling. The gentleman agree and walks away, there we are thinking he went to get the forklift for about 45 minutes we are standing there waiting for him to come back when I decide to go look around the store and I see him sitting at the customer service desk as if nothing. I then ask to speak with the manager in charge and I tell him the issue he then goes on to tell me that they have no one in the store who is licensed to drive the forklift. Best believe I was livid !!! Why couldn’t anyone just tell us instead of making us stand waiting for him to come help us. I then tell him my husband is licensed let me borrow the keys being sarcastic. He just says I’m sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do. So I walk back to my husband and son so we start loading the panels on to a cart one by one while the Lowe’s employees are standing at the back desk watching us. No one bothered to ask us if we needed assistance. At that moment I just wanted to leave everything and just walk out unfortunately Lowe’s is the only store with home building materials close to our hometown so we had no choice. Come to register the cashier just stood there looking at us like she was mad that she had to scan all the materials so I asked her if she would like for me to scan my items myself as well and she goes to answer rudely you can’t do that. My question is why doesn’t the Eagle pass Lowe’s have workers that might actually want to work. If they don’t want to be there then go look for a job elsewhere. Don’t treat your customers like they don’t matter. We take our hard earned money and business to you guys the least you can do is smile and at least ask if there is anyway you can help. I will most definitely not return to that Lowe’s no matter how far the drive!!!

I wanted to take the time to personally thank David Valdez for working with us on sponsoring some supplies for the Greetings from Eagle Pass mural downtown. Lowe’s is always our favorite hardware store to work with and they always support our projects from coast to coast. We hope you like the new community mural we were able to bring to town. Hopefully, we see more murals in the future for Eagle Pass. Thank you again Lowes for supporting community events.

Ordered a battery through the app all I had to do was pick it up thought I would get it at a reasonable time wait cause I had to go to work they had me sitting for about half an hour waiting for them so now I have to come during my break or another time

Worst place ever! Husband and I went to purchase washer and dryer and paid in full. On the day of our scheduled delivery they never showed up at the time frame mentioned. When trying to contact the store after 25 min someone finally answered and said they would look into my delivery and put me on hold for 25 min and then hanged up. I kept calling back but they just kept hanging up on me. When getting our stuff delivered 2 days after our scheduled delivery we were notified that our washer and dryer were missing 2 pieces that we needed. That was never mentioned to us in person when making the purchase. This store is ridiculous! Never coming back to this store!Only thing good was delivery service.

Ordered a refrigerator on 4/15 because they did not have it in stock. Delivery set for 4/26, I called last night 5 times and no answer. Online it showed picked up. Today I call again and get a girl who said I don’t know it shows it was suppose to be delivered on 4/26. Well then get me the delivery mgr…she tries to transfer me without success. I call back again and after about 10 mins on hold Monica a delivery mgr finally answers. Says oh yeah it didn’t come in the Tuesday truck. Tonight’s truck has it and we can deliver Sunday. Okay first thing? I don’t know I just send the email to third party and they deliver when available. Wow! So when timeframes are given they are guesses…I think this store only stays in business bcus there is no other. Worst customer service and mgmt with limited products. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I would give half a star if there was an option to do so. The service was very poor. I asked for assistance 3 times for the flooring area. The two people I asked to have someone paged for assist failed to do so. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting for 27 minutes but no one ever arrived. I could see plenty of staff walking around giggling and jokingly playing with other employees. I believe staffing was not an issue but poor customer service is. They should leave their cell phones at home.

Horrible Customer Service. After spending over 2k on washer/dryer set was lied to about delivery of my order. Called on 2 different phone on hold for an 1 hour on both calls and phone hung up without anyone answering. Currently on my 3rd call waiting for answer has been 15 minutes.

This store is going down, use to be a great place to shop. There is no help around and if you request help (after 3 times)asst.mgr David shows with an attitude "take it or leave it" like doing me a favor. The sad part is that is the only store in town to get specific stuff and you have to go whether you like it or not. You are on your own, good luck with that.

Unfortunately online information such as in stock doesn't reflect correctly with in-store inventory. I drove 94 miles total just to come back empty handed because the information was incorrect. Personnel was very helpful but ultimately couldn't do it since their system was wrong. Not a great feeling when you are in need of parts.

I'd like to thank Manager Hugo and Sales Rep. Reyes for all the help and assistance in planning and choosing the right material for the job. They both went far an beyond their duties in assisting me during the stores' busiest hours. They were both very professional and polite while assisting me. I would like to also add that most if not all the Sale Associates at this facility has been generous and helping during each visit. Thank you guys for providing such a service in this community.
