About 2 weeks ago I took my puppy (Shitzu) to get a full bath and haircut. My dog had an appointment at 12 and got her back around 6:30. As I was getting her back, I realized her hair was cut unevenly and hairs flying everywhere. Yet I was charged full price and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Inexperienced staff on handling a puppy with anxiety. The hair cut could not be completed and had to go elsewhere. This was our second visit and previous groomer who had tended to our Shitzu no longer works here. They do have good pricing, but will not be returning.

I left my dogs to be boarded, got a call that one of them died because they got tangled by their collars. They then try to claim it’s my fault, what kind of place that boards pets doesn’t take off the collars when they’re in the kennel and then blames the owner. If you care for your pets don’t bring them anywhere near here.

Not a good place to take your dogs, I asked for a trim on body, and shave face,private parts, and stomach to ALL 4 of my poodles… and was charged full cuts with bath for all, even though 2 of them are 3 month old puppies I was charged regular medium dog fee(Didn’t see that fair). Once I was called to pick them up, they had done nothing to them but put perfume. Such a disappointment for my $140.00… Never taking them again to this place. First picture is how I took them and second picture is how they gave them to me.

Poor service, won’t even try to work with your dog if they can’t control them(not that they’d even try). Never recommending to anyone. Only want to deal with small dogs why even open up a “salon”

Never will go there again I took my dog and they lost her they even lost my info...it was about to close down and I went over cuz no one had call me and supposedly no one new the info about my puppy bad s service
