Every time I shop here, it is a bad time.They will have 7 employees walking around and only 1 register open regardless of how long the line gets (see photo, there were 4 people behind me as well). I even called their phone and watched the supervisor say she will send someone, then do nothing about it.The sign at the door says 'Service Animals Welcome', yet the cashier gave me a hard time when I brought my ESD with me.

Am only putting one star because I cannot put less. I witness probably the worst professional performance of a manager today while shopping here. The main manager was screaming at an employee in front of the whole store while a lot of customers were inside. The manager should be fired for this she made the employee cry in front of everyone and this is not by any means the correct way to go about this situation. Will not be coming to this store until the manager is fired because I am afraid she will scream at me next and my family.

It's an ok store for random items. Only thing is that there is usually always one register open and a long line. And you see two or three workers walking around instead of opening another register. There's always a worker inflating so many balloons for no need. Other than that, it's ok.

For the most part the store is clean and well organized the only issue is there is never enough registers open. Ok there's still never enough registers open and the store is incredibly stuffy and hot there dropping the ball a little guy that was at the register was helpful and so was one of the floor people other than that I give em a 5 out of 10 for how hot it is.

The reason I. Giving it 2 stars it's because the place is always packed at the register its due to only being 1 to 2 cashiers. And they take their sweet time. The place itself is big. And to only believe that they only have 1 or 2 cashiers at most. It's embarrassing Dollar tree. Any other locations in the US always are better and faster customer services and more than 2 cashiers at checkout. Someone needs to get t he store managers attention. And that is you corporate for the dollar tree store in Eagle pass tx.

The place was a mess! The check out lady was rude, she made me take all my items out of the little green basket no other store or dollar tree has ever told me Or made me do that before!I placed my own bag at the check out so she can put my items in there and she couldn't even bother to bag my stuff, just cause eagle pass doesn't have bags doesn't mean you don't bag your customers things! If the employee are just there tom collect a pay check, dollar tree should invest in self checkout lanes, y'all would probably save more money, than paying lazy people to stand n be rude ! I will never return to this dollar tree again!

90 percent of the time I get what I want and most of the time inventory is out on the sales floor. I’ve found great deals and will keep coming back. Only thing I can complain about is never enough cashiers.

Love the place. Everything is a dollar n u can find some good brand products from other stores. They also have a frozen section which is nice n a snack n drink section which makes it easier for u to buy snacks for special occasion.

Everything is so hard to find in this store and there are items all over the floor. I was in line about to pay when the cashier said he was closed, and he was the only cashier that was open! This is ridiculous. I understand it's your break time but what happened to customers first?
