DO NOT COME TO THIS DQ, they gave me an old chicken strip basket so I threw it away and forgot to get my small cone, they said I couldn't get my cone and then refused to give me a refund.Under the worst management in a really long time, I won't be back unless it's to get my money back for the cone I paid for and never received , and the old 4 piece chicken strip basket that's in my trash can right now.

1 1 24The worst in a long timeWe went in and manager was yelling across tge room so angrily at c a worker that customets felt complelled to defend themselves saying "i dont know who did that. I do not work here"Then after we ordered this young annoying red head comes to our table draws up a chair and proceeds to complain about his life his job the bullies at his sons school and shows pictures on his phone until our food came. Bot he still wont leave so i moved to a different table. He continued yackong away until we left with our food half eaten. We have eaten here for 59 years but wont be back for a while. This place here smh I hear it used to have a good name for its self but this new generation of young adults don't have good time management skill, they rude, not a drop of professionalism what so ever. You will always have to wait 30 plus minutes for your order even if you call your order in ahead of time. When closing hours Is approaching they will drag there feet hoping you change your mind and drive off but if you hungry bad enough you will be starving by the time they hand you your order and its going to be cool I promise. And please if you order some tacos make sure all your tacos had cheese on them and not all the cheese piled on one taco.

The young man that took the order must ha e been mentally slow. Took forever to make 2 Blizzards anonymous one other customer in the store. My wife had to ask for lids for the cups 3 times. The Blizzards were over the top of the cup, and ice cream was soft. They really need to hire people that care about working and doing a good job.

They take forever and most of them are extremely rude especially this worker called Estella or Stella. She was yelling at the customers. Also they weren't being careful serving the food because my food had three or four hairs. I was standing in front of the counter so they could take my order and they kept ignoring me. They didn't even told me that they were busy or anything and took forever to take my order, plus when we finally got our food they hadn't given us the drinks and forgot the extra fries that we already had paid and got mad when I asked for them. None of us were rude or talking loud to any of them neither the other customers so I don't know why she had that horrible attitude. She definitely should NOT be working there if she doesn't know how to be polite to customers.

The young man Dominic “on receipt” was going between the front counter, drive through, and the back of the restaurant, we waited quite a while to speak to him due to him being so busy. I decided not to order and some others in our party of 8 did the same, some ice cream was purchased but that was about it. The ice cream sandwich bag had a dead spider that fell out of the bag but the sandwich was packaged separately so it was eaten. The young man in front asked a girl “Maya” is what I heard him call her to come assist with the customers, she came from the rear of the restaurant clearly not in a good mood got to the front register slammed her cell phone down and gave Dominic some attitude! I’m glad I avoided the food. I like Dairy Queen but won’t be returning to this one.

In drive thru for 15 min and still waiting for someone to take my order. 1 person in drive thru, cleaning ice cream machine, while working drive thru. OK got my order in. Young man in drive thru really polite!!21 min.later finally took my order. looks like 6 people working. 3 people in back room. 1 cook??? Maybe 3 in back preping food no clue!!Now 3 cars off to the side to wait for our orders!! So this started at 8pm now 830pm .. Why so long ?

Just left this place. Service was horrible and the employees are unsanitary. ****In need of GLOVES....especially when serving food**** Poor young man had no training....he was willing to work but didn't know what to do. The "shift leader" was working drive thru and constantly on her cell(and actually had the nerve to touch the food with her bare hands)..other young lady walking around complaining and not helping. Waited 30 minutes for 2 banana splits and an oreo cupfection. Ended up throwing them away because the ice cream was half way melted and the pineapples tasted sour. 😮💨 Still gave the young man a $4.00 tip because he'll be a great employee with the right training.Wasted $20.00!!! Never again!

I was traveling though to get to I-10 and I'll tell ya what, I didn't expect how good it was!I loved how well kept the food areas were, and it looked like the employees had a great attitude and teamwork as well! I'll definitely be making this as my pitstop for future trips 😻

Great experience with no wait. I am reading other reviews and they are completely opposite of what I experienced. Super friendly young lady Estella at the window. Staff was all young but did well. Store was clean and food fresh. Honestly one of my better experiences at any Dairy Queen.

Just bad management have been under staffed for a long time. If your planning on ordering food be prepared to wait a long time. It's ashame as that place could be a gold mine if it was run correctly

Ordered online, only to get there and be told they had trouble finding my order. Order was under another number😒 Get home and find my order was incorrect 😏always love that😑. Normally, don't like coming in the evenings(orders are usually wrong.) They need more time training new workers. Food was okay. Ice cream and drinks are good.

The guy with the red hair is so rude! Already had a attitude when we first pulled up , gave attitude whole time when we ordered, never going back . Then we had to go park in the front to wait which was no problem until waited for a good while then this sweet lady came out and we gave her our ticket and she brought it out to us. Seem like the cashier cared more about us than the guy working the drive thru. They should give her a raise and cut the other guy off

Slow service. Only one or two employees that are polite. Drive-thru intercom has been broken for over a year so you have to order at the window and it takes anywhere from 15-30+ minutes to get your food depending on who's working.The positive is that our orders are always correct, so far.Only fast food place in Eagle Lake so it's not like there's other options.

Worst service I have ever encountered at a DQ! 40 minutes we waited on our food inside, among many others, while the car line quickly moves. Flies inside the restaurant. They gave food to customers out of order.

There should be a no star option. Usually they are really good but they’ve just gone downhill. Sorry. The Blanca girl doesn’t know what she’s doing and needs to gooooo. She can’t take orders, she can’t remember orders and she’s just really slow. And it just brings the whole place down.

My debit card number was stolen after I visited this location. And there was urine all over the backroom and footprints of urine all over the restaurant. They put up wet floor signs instead of mopping up the floors. And it took 25 mins for them to make 2 chicken baskets. Never returning to that disgusting place.

They are very understaffed and slow. It took about an hour to get our food. There was one family that got there after us that was able to order, get their food, complete their meal, order ice cream, and eat almost all of their ice cream before we got our food, and they did not eat that quickly. They seemed to give most of their attention to the drive through, so if you want food, drive through.

food, great. Experience, not so much. Parked the whip and was on my way into the restaurant and noticed a man holding the door for me. I was traveling at a moderate speed and he told me to “hustle up”. this comment really hurt me and honestly I debated even continuing going into the DQ. Once I got in, I was understandably flustered. I ordered and got my food. Although this experience was haunting, the food made it worth it, I think with time I’ll get over it.

It took almost an hour to get our food and we went through the drive through. The woman at the window was slow had an attitude with us from the beginning. When we finally got our food, our order was messed up. This was our first time coming to this Dairy Queen and we definitely won't be going back.

Very crowded so thought food would be good. Waited 30 minutes for lukewarm food. I did get my money back but I think they are short staffed. So eat at your own risk or if there isn't anyone there try it.

Lady that brought us our food was very nice, she had great customer service skills. HOWEVER, chick working the register, taking orders, fixing drinks, apparently she is very MISERABLE doing this job, turned her back to us when we walked in, when she came to the register she didn't greet us, NOT A WORD, order placed, handed our card TO her, she runs card, places it on counter instead of handing it back TO my husband, proceeds to fix our drinks, sets then on the counter and doesn't say a word about drinks being ready or who they belong to. Just MAYBE customer service is the wrong field for her!
