In search of relief from a coyote problem that we’ve had for many years, I decided to stop by the Duncanville Feed store. As soon as I crossed the threshold, Josh was ready to assist. After explaining my concern and/or issue Josh mentioned that Ms. Linda was the expert & we should seek her advice. Ms. Linda was so very sweet, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested Mountain Lion Urine and provided info on how to begin the process of deterring the Coyotes. Duncanville Feed store offers many products from gardening to pet care and pest elimination and more. If you have dogs, cats or horses they also offer low cost vaccinations (see photo). I 100% enjoyed the experience, exceptional service and education received. Spending money where we feel valued as a customer makes spending easy. So easy that I purchased a bottle of the Mountain Lion urine for my neighbor🤣. I always expect exceptional service when spending my cash. Mission accomplished and expectations exceeded today at the Duncanville Feed store🤩.

Love this place. I've been here several times, and the staff is always helpful. This time, the lady explained to me how to use a product, and I didn't even ask. This is what great customer service is about. I will keep shopping there and recommend others do too.

I went to this store (someone recommended me) to get some 3 old goats or something like that when I tell you I was there about 30 minutes talking with the lady which is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was telling her about my daughter having cancer she recommended me a few things to try which we did. I even left there with fresh eggs for free. I highly recommend this store. Great customer service very friendly staff. And very knowledgeable. I have moved out of the area and needed something from the feed store and went to the feed store on Lancaster and I -20 very terrible experience guess what I want be going back I'll just head on down the road back to Duncanville. They are closed on Monday it's ok I'll be there bright and early Tuesday morning.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a lot of different things to try. And my dogs loved the dry pig ears. Will go back when I need some more things. Oh you have to try the Goat to Goat lotion at the counter it really works for aches and pain. Going to get more.

A great place to get those necessary items you need for your yard or feed instead of going to the big store. Friendly help. Great prices. I've bought my first seeds for my garden there which produced excellent results. All the products I've bought have never failed me. Great location. You don't regret going.

I love shopping here! Great customer service and I can always find exactly what I need. I normally come for cedar shavings, shampoo for my dogs, hay bedding for the winter, flea repel pills for our dogs, and ect! I would shop anywhere else.

I've made three trips to this store to get hay and horse feed, the hay is great quality and better than tractor supply. The only complaint I have is I had bought two big mineral salt blocks and the guy brings out regular salt blocks,when I mentioned I wanted the mineral he didn't act like he wanted to go get the right ones and since they are same price I just left with what I had.. So good customer service is important! I work in cedar hill so it's convenient cause other places are closed by time I get off work..

Such a sweet place! I went to PetSmart before heading here and had a terrible experience, but Duncanville Feed not only had what I needed, but was super kind and helpful. I even bought something I didn't even come in for simply to further support such nice people. Shop small. It's worth it.

Went to this location (8-16-19) after being told this was a good place for yard treatments & pests products. Upon entering the store-there was a young man very attentive to his phone. As I continued to proceed in-he looked at me and back at his phone. He never said "Hello", "Can I help you?" or cracked a smile. I took several more steps towards him as he was STILL into his phone, and I then politely turned around and left out of the store. Customer Service is EVERYTHING-especially common courtesy... I gave the young man the benefit of the doubt as to maybe he was "bored" or just didn't want to be there. I proceeded to Ace Hardware, received great assistance with my concerns and spent my $212.93 with them. ACE REALLY IS THE PLACE.

They had what I needed to gr rid of some pest and the older lady there is very kind but just be aware there is no COVID safety guidelines there I'd you are concerned about COVID and if you have a baby stroller or wheelchair they do not have an assessable ramp it is stairs but there is a nice guy who helped me with my baby stroller.

I had a good experience here recently. Should be noted that they are a cash or check business. They also have a mobile vet doing vaccinations clinics on site, I think twice a month? I don't recall exactly, but the prices were fair and you might call them if you need shots for a dog or cat.
