Even though the shelf’s were disorganized which is why they got a 4 star.One of the sales ladies did stand out. I needed help finding a watch band for my Apple Watch a certain size. She was amazing! She found exactly what I wanted after I’d been there looking for almost 20 minutes before her help. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

Been meeting at the Walmart here every two weeks for 4 years and never once have I had an enjoyable experience. The people who shop there are the most inconsiderate people I've ever met. Everyone stands in the middle of the aisle chit chatting like it's church brunch, and even worse than the customers are the employees. They literally know nothing about the place they work. It's more worth it to walk the store to find what you than to ever ask any of them. Pathetic people and a pathetic place.

Huge parking for my Peterbilt and oversize load. Easy access and egress for your rig too.Lot is clean, keep it that way or do not stop.Great store, friendly staff. Quiet quiet here.

Developed alegies to corn and was wanting to return for exchange, employees was rude and I did not have receipts usually not an issue, I have aphasia so I use an iPad to communicate treated me less than due to my speech issuesThey acted like I stole 4 cans of corn

I went to the tire center to get tire fixed. Had to wait 6 hrs because the previous tech forgot to tell the next shift about my tire. So the crew forgot about me. I Tried to be understanding being short staff. I was in such hurry to get home ( amarillo). I had to put the tire on the girl did not fill it up with air all the way. Now i am terrified to commute to work tomorrow. Definately will no longer use them or buy tires from walmart. Worse part the department manager showed no concern for us customer that had been waiting all afternoon.

This is crazy! I don't think they have any checkouts besides self checkout. You know i used to lije doing it myself, but MAKING ME do it myself isn't cool. Won't be back until Walmart pays me for working there.

They had to make an announcement or change the hours of Thanksgiving Day on their networks to know that they would not be open all day. I live in a place where the nearest Walmart is more than an hour away and I went there only to find it closed. I didn't think it was common for it to be closed on this day since there were too many people waiting to enter. People were confused because the store was closed.

Sitting in line right now. They have 2 registers with long lines and slow cashiers. They have tons of self checkouts but they were full as well. Before any snide comments, I don't work for Walmart or get any perks for checking myself out!

This place is the worst. They sold me a used rice cooker that was probably a return, and they had it on the shelves. They also kept some items I paid for. I didn't notice they were missing until I was miles away from the place.

I will just say, overall, I was able to get the items I needed, BUT they need to stop being so narrow-minded, in all stores, when it comes to check-out. As other people have stated, they spend lots of money on cameras and self-check out, but cannot have associates be there to check people out? Let the customer bag the items if needs be, and make things flow just as good! There is no room to put your items when you get through scanning them, nor anywhere to put them before you scan them to even partly empty your carts, to put items back in. If they want feeded back they should listen sometimes, and this may not be the right platform to do it on, but ALL locations could do this.

Was not impressed by check out, too many self check outs. No registers with actual checkers. One did open up as we were ready to check out. I a Fire Fighter/First Responder, discounts are offered for Frontline workers, I use mine all the time at home. I was told they didn’t do that. They need to be brought up to speed of their policies. I didn’t have time to wait on them to locate a manger, traveling. The ladies at the service desk were rude and they started to talk to each other about me in Spanish, little did they know I understood ever rude thing they said! Hateful people!

This place keep getting worse and worse and I'm guessing because it's the only Walmart in this town, there is all these automatic registers and there is always at least four associates around but nobody is helping any customers. They just stand around and watch all these customers with mountains of groceries in the carts scan and bag their own stuff.

Love how I was in Amarillo, saw that my local WM had this in stock. I drove all the way back trying to get it before I went to work, it wasn't on the shelf and after some serious prodding the staff finally scanned it and showed 4 in stock but they couldn't locate them. One even "checked" the back to see which I doubt given her attitude and how much it took just to get her to help. From now on I'd rather drive to Amarillo because if one store doesnt have it then at least there's more.

It's nice we still have a few Walmarts that will cater to a semi truck drivers let us Park here and get our groceries and whatnot thank you we appreciate it it's not many left and for that for that reason I spend a couple hundred bucks every other week when I come through here to support them

Another Walmart. Most of the time when we've asked for an item location the employee did not know what we were talking about.Some items were cheaper to go across the street to the Dollar Tree.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Walmart. I NEVER leave reviews. But this store was clean, organized and had friendly employees. I loved the self Check out area as well. It also helped that they had a couple things I needed that I would consider specialty items.

Was finally able to get to a Walmart to stock up my truck. Took about an hour of roaming around the store to get everything I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t see that this Walmart was a FULL self checkout store when I walked in. I hate self checkouts and would of just walked back out. After wasting my time I figured I would try their associate assisted side of the self checkout. Unfortunately the person there wasn’t any help. I stared to check stuff out but there was absolutely nowhere to place items I was buying. Had to just walk away and hope the next store on my way wasn’t so ridiculous.

Simple. I ordered a product. The delivery person says he tried to deliver it but he didn't. He could have called if he cared. Or he could have asked another driver. Instead, he took the lazy, easy way out and returned the item to the store, my order was canceled and I will never order another thing from Wal-Mart again. They don't care about their customer's satisfaction.

All self checkout? Must be why I saw multiple baskets of cold stuff shoved everywhere. Put cashiers back in stores or close them down. We Americans are tired of the bs. Also your toilets are clogged in front men’s bathroom.

Great store. Tonnes of selection, reasonable prices, clean store and friendly/helpful staff. I will stop here again for sure. Lots of room to park my rig along the side too. Easy in and out.

Google maps said this Walmart closes at 8:00 so I rush up there only to see the sign on the wall said they close at 10:00. First self checkout only Walmart that I've ever been to. I do drive 18 wheeler I was passing through town and needed some groceries great place to stop. There was a sign that said no 18 wheelers. I ignored it pulled in there with the other ten 18 wheelers bought my groceries went about my business.. The store had everything I needed it and was clean enough.

Staff is nice but, They refuse to hire black people. Never seen one black person work there, I applied and they said they’re looking for someone more qualified. I’ve worked at plenty of grocery stores idk what more “qualifications” I would need to stock a shelf.

If I could give this a -1 I most definitely would. It’s so gross smells HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS RUDE.. YES WE all know you are busy as is EVERY Business theses day. But take a lil pride in your work place and maybe practice better customer service.
