I usually like coming to United Supermarkets throughout the state, but this specific United was pretty clean and had enough merchandising going on throughout the store and including outside the store. There was Poor customer service when it came to the service desk. Had people waiting in line for a while with so many associates around, no one acknowledged the customers in line until a specific associate got there from helping on an online order. This is also including the Manager on duty which I believe his name was Erin. Customer Service area was also pretty cluttered. But other than that, cashiers were fast and efficient on their job..

United Grocery is the best! The workers there make you feel special, always going out of their way to help you. The prices are good. Not like other big stores where the workers are just too busy to be bothered.Keep it up United, that's the way to keep your customers coming back.🤗

One of the nicest stores you will find.Well stocked, fresh vegetables, meat market is awesome.Personnel is one of the best you will find anywhere. Friendly, helpful, always a smile when they greet you.

I order all my birthday cakes at their Deli, they are always perfectly decorated and delicious! You have a choice of buttercream icing or whipped and can special request any decoration ideas and they always come up with a way to incorporate it beautifully! The stores vegetable selection is the freshest in town and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

First, tall take good care of my mother all year. Second the service semi flakes out my wife. Where we are from you are lucky if they bag your groceries. Car side delivery and loading is unheard of. Last of all tall always have a great selection of food.

While traveling back home to Denver I looked online for a Starbucks. I didn't see one for miles. I was so disappointed! Then we pulled into Dumas and noticed a Starbucks sign! I was so excited that I'd be able to get a treat for the rest of my drive home. When I went inside I was suprised at the number of employees working and the long line. When I got to the counter to order I realized the reason for the wait, and the reason they didn't pop-up on Google. They had just opened this location! There was a little confusion on how to make drinks and how to ring them up. This obviously is to be expected considering they just opened. There was a very patient gentleman named Alex who helped with questions on drinks and how to key them into the register. In the end my drinks were both perfect and I will probably be making this a stop every time I go visit my parents in Texas. Please add this Starbucks location to Google!

The cashier nick was very rude! Every time I go into United and I get in line he looks at me rolls his eyes and sighs and this has happened multiple times with me and my family

They have recently remodeled the store. So much nicer, more user friendly. Employees were pleasant and greeted you. It was clean and quick check out. A very pleasant experience.

Good store. Always clean, and staff always seems happy to help. Good weekly specials, and if you go at the right time, you can get some great deals on meat. Decent variety of anyways fresh produce.

One of the employees has made false accusations against me and cursed at me on multiple occasions. Most of the time, I have my earbuds in, listening to music while I'm here. I reported her actions to a manager and it wasn't taken seriously. I try to avoid this place unless it's an absolute necessity.

Go to pay my electric bill at customer service and there's always the employee hiding in the back room that's supposed to assist you. What does she do back there. I think she's wasting valuable time and money from the company.
