It's convenient if you're in a hurry but their produce and some of the meat products could be better. Several times I've shopped there and found that they don't always rotate some of their food products which is unhealthy for the consumers. The staff seems to be friendly enough though. Like I said if you're in a hurry this store is convenient enough.

Lowe's Market was the perfect stop to pick up nice produce, along with our other grocery needs, Very Clean and well organized store, Helpful Staff - and the Ace Hardware section helped with other items we needed - Made the Texhoma RV Park the perfect stopover

Usually, it's a great experience. This last time was not. The cashier was in too big of a hurry. No items were bagged properly, and he started checking out the next customer before I could even put my wallet up.

Employees look annoyed when asked to carry out or push groceries out... It's not just done like it use to be... Half the time you have to wait in line for some young kids to finally open a register if they even do... Nothing like it use to be and way below par now... I can't stand to see an elderly woman having to stand and wait for someone to maybe push or carry her groceries out... That's a respect thing right off the top... But to roll their eyes or sigh when she asked to have them carried out (2bags) because she had surgery on her hand or hands... Ridiculous... My grandpa always said if your getting paid to do a job you do it to the best you can... Rants over...that's was 4 years ago.Today I had an employee by the name of Angelica that I had seen not doing her job by just standing around talking with an older lady for the length of time it took for me to go get supper, take my groceries out to my car, go to coinstar with my car change and walk to customer service... I got to the counter to be told to go to another one, I showed my coinstar receipt, she finished the coinstar with the lady infront of me and then proceeded to tell her to go to another checkout... she began conversing again with the older lady until another checkout employee called her... her and the older lady was speaking in Spanish and laughing about how much my coinstar was for while also speaking about the lady that was infront of me... this is the type of behavior that shows why everyone goes to united...

Absolutely will not be going back to Lowes. Now you have to take your groceries to your vehicle. And they expect you to bring the cart back in. This old lady refuses to play that game.Their prices are higher than everyone else and you cannot find anything. I was exhausted when I left. I spent $60.54.I gave the teenage cashier $100.54 so she would give me two twenties back. I got a $20, $10, $5 and 5 ones. I looked at her and said seriously. She turned and went to break. (As that’s all she talked about while checking my items.)Sad the store is only two blocks from my home. I’m done. 😡

This was a nice place to shop. The carpeted floor was an excellent touch, making it nice to walk around and shop as well as keeping the cart noise down. They didn't have what I was looking for so I only got one thing, but I would go back. The people seemed friendly as well.

I’m not sure who manages this store now but I have been coming off and on for years and I just left having the worst experience ever. No one wanted to do their job and the girl in charge was lazier then all of them. I deal with people every single day and I’m a supervisor where I work and I could not believe how horrible the workers were

Lowe's is a nice store with friendly employees but the meat market leaves something to be desired. I was going to buy some steaks but I wanted them thicker than what was already packaged up. When I inquired I was told the butcher did not special cut meat for customers and everybody got the same thing. That's fine, I went to another store here in town that DOES work with customers.

I really liked the layout of the store and the friendly personnel. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that they didn't have a section for gluten free products, and the selection of items they did have was extremely small. My mother is gluten intolerant; therefore it cannot be my "one-stop" store as I would like.

Extensive variety of products and fresh fruits and vegetables. Similarly exceptionally clean and adequately staffed. Prices for international products value priced..buyer sensitivity across categories of canned and packaged international items noteworthy.

Good weekly deals. Cheap beer. Fresh produce... usually. Good variety of meat, but it rarely looks fresh. This is the only grocery store I've been to that has carpet throughout the store...weird, and makes pushing a half full basket harder. I have been sold out-of-date/spoiled food more than once. If you are buying cigarettes,or cashing a check, you have to wait 10-15 mins, as there is never anyone at the service counter.

Horrible service! Check out clerk was very rude, no hospitality, and acted mad when asked for assistance to have my groceries taken to my car that I just paid for. These teenagers need to learn and be taught respect and friendliness for paying customers... Will not be going back!

Lowes is close to my house so i mainly go there out of convenience. The produce isn't the greatest and its definitely more expensive than United supermarket or our local Wal-Mart but like i said its pretty close to where i live.

First, I walked in, and the store smells horribly dirty.Second, I had one item, there are 6 people standing around,I asked if the young man was checking, he was waiting for a price check.Finally, someone offers to check me out,acted annoyed, I declined and the "manager on duty, says 'Let them leave' "I tell you now,that if we treated our customers like that we wouldn't havejobs.I don't live in Dumas, but if I did I would NOT ever step foot in Lowe'sSupermarket.

The quality of the meat is not up to par with United. Also, I believe there is something wrong with their refrigeration. I've gotten freezer bite on my chicken meat which I ended up throwing away because it was inedible, freezer bite on fries and extremely hard ice cream. Long lines too on the weekends.
