After many years of being with CVS. I have switched to another pharmacy! This other pharmacy DOES not compare to the service CVS has become, sad. Workers and pharmacy no longer care to give customers their best service. Untrained young workers in the pharmacy part.

If I can rate below a 1 I would. By far, the worse experience. The young pharmacist is rude, sindical and arrogant!I appreciate Pharmacist Scott, but this other one is a no. I’m switching!

I was going to check pharmacy prices to see if CVS was cheaper than my current pharmacy but they said they can't tell me a price without a prescription. I have a prescription but don't want to send it to CVS unless they're cheaper, which CVS refuses to quote, so I guess I'll stay where I'm at.

Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of communication is astounding. I also find it especially frustrating to see such lack of care when it comes to a customer’s health. The only reason I’ve used this pharmacy is because your choices are slim in this town. I’m so frustrated with their service, I’ll be taking my business to Amarillo because it is worth the drive and the time to deal with pharmacy techs who care a little more about their job and my health.

Dude up front in the green polo lacks personality and customer service. Stands up front talking and chatting and just points you to a self check out. Then sends you back to get medicine from the pharmacy and they don’t open till 9. You guys need to get your $hit together. Pathetic.

The Pharmacists at this CVS put my prescriptions under the wrong name. Afterwards, they lost an entire prescription. After multiple phone calls, both pharmacists promise to call back with a resolution and never did. When I questioned them about return phone calls, they claimed they tried and my voice mail was full (I keep my voice mail empty). They also would leave me on hold for 20 minutes and were rude when I told them to fix their mistake. Terrible pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. One person is saying my prescription will be ready this day and a different one saying something completely different. They are unprofessional and don't seem to know what they're doing.

The way the store is operated is a joke. All staff excepted for very few employees are just plain ignorant and incompetent. It's Texas what do you expect.

There bathroom was disgusting their bathroom trash was full to top, hand rails have never been cleaned before, toilet paper was everywhere, the toilet has never been cleaned inside 🤢🤮😓
