If you like flea markets or swap meets this is a good one. No entry fee and many items to look at. Many old stuff but some new items. There also are a couple booths selling animals. Not many food booths are enough so you will not go hungry.

Lots of things to see. Lots of availability. I personally found things that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It was nice, but one thing that could make it better would be an ability to cool off when it's hot out. Those of us with medical conditions which get worse in the heat, would appreciate the ability to cool off, use restroom and/or get a drink.

This is one of those places that you could find some really cool items or some really rusty items. However, that being said to each is his own. I for one love going here to see if you can find some cool coins at the Red Barn Coin shop or even some discounted tools. We have even found some cool Army gear. It would be cool to see in the future tents to help cover you from this Texas heat and killer sun.

Great place to spend part of your morning/ afternoon. Lotta second hand items here and deals to be made here. People are generally very friendly. If you like the flea markets this is a decent one. The newest inventory can be found outside. Usually there are vendors selling hamburgers and kettle corn and other really good treats. Really is a good way to spend a pretty day. It's free to enter and no parking charge. If your looking for something to do or somewhere to go this is a good idea

Another small town original this place was really nice. We went on a Saturday afternoon and had a really nice time. There were a lot of good tables there and vendors some really nice items. Everything's really well laid out, and it's easy to browse all the booths. From knives and leather goods to roasted corn and candy to antiques and farm equipment there's something here for everybody. Definitely worth the drive, will be coming again soon

Liked it enjoys a day out , the ground is hard for the handicapped to walk. We are not in wheelchairs but we are unsteady & the rocks are difficult to keep our balance in check

Wonderful place to find all sorts of treasure! Clean restroom and food trucks with drinks. From A-Z they had it. Horse tack and buffalo heads tea cups, and sweet jars of jelly all mixed together in a delightful happy atmosphere.

The shopping crowd are mainly window shoppers and not a good crowd due to outside weather conditions. Not happy with situation at all. Sales not what they need to be to make using gas and time to We've and set up and then hope for good crowd of buyers. 😯👍

I have visited this flea market many times as a customer and even have set up a booth and sold items on occasion. This is a great flea market to shop as well as to sell. There are always great deals to be had and the vendors are very friendly. It is really an amazing flea market. I always enjoy my time there; either as a vendor or a customer.The new owners are terrific people and have been a part of this flea market for years. They will do a tremendous job I'm sure! It's a great way to spend a few hours on the weekend, and you will almost always find a treasure or two. Great Deals to be had at the Chicken House Flea Market...check it out when ya can! You won't regret it!!!

It's pretty good, you have to hunt and peck but you can find so really good deal. Its great for the whole family. You can get animals there also.I say grab the family and give it a try. You'll find something to buy, I promise you. 😉

The giant inside of the flea market is probably the place you least likely want to go. Is he outside booths that are where it's at. There was no more food stalls inside. When I went there years ago there used to be a lot of food places inside now there aren't any. As usual lot of antiques were massively overpriced. And I found some of the signs offensive towards my children like dogs are welcome please leash your children. Other than that it was okay but the outside was much better the ice cream truck guy was there which was really cool. They do need to have a better person controlling people that drive through there. There's a certain area for customers to drive and then only vendors are allowed to drive on other areas. Now the vendors drive like animals! One of them almost hit my special needs child and then stared us down glared at us because they almost hit us. So please if you're there watch out!

Love this flea market! Always seem to happen upon good, random finds here. Lots of vendors inside and outside -- can find cast iron of all sorts, books, tools, blankets, clothing. Even chickens and puppies and plants, too. There is a cafe inside and usually a couple of food vendors/trucks outside, too.Indoor vendors pretty well stay the same. Outdoor vendors, while there are some more permanent mainstays, seem to vary throughout the seasons which lends a good variety.

Hot, dusty building. Not many shops take debit/charge cards. Sometimes forget to take cash and can't buy due to inability to pay with card. Outside vendors also.

It was nice to walk around and see the different booths. Many of the items were overpriced, although you could find a good deal now and then. For the most part all of the vendors were very friendly. Nice place to spend the afternoon.

It’s all fine until you walk around and find animals for sale in deplorable condition, uncared for, in the scorching sun, no water, shade. Puppies, baby pigs crammed into a tiny cage, it’s nothing short of abuse, I don’t understand why anyone would think is ok. Won’t return
