It is my first time boarding my dog Stella here (she’s there right now as I’m writing this review!) and I just wanted to say how appreciative I am already of the team.I was nervous about boarding for an extended period and opted for the VIP package for walks, enrichment, daily updates, and pics. Stella can be apprehensive of new people but she seems to have warmed up quickly. It’s been so nice seeing Stella so happy and getting daily reports from all of the team. Stella has had the biggest smile in all of her pics and I can tell she’s been getting all the attention, walks, treats and pets she needs 💕Thank you so much to the team at Stay-n-play! And a special thank you especially to Victoria for sending the sweetest reports and truly bonding with Stella during her stay. I always look forward to hearing about their day and knowing stella is getting a ton of love!

We’ve been going here a few years at first for daily boarding due to our dog’s anxiety and later for grooming. My wife and I love the staff. Our dogs are our children so we are really hyper vigilant and they always give us updates when we call.

The staff are very kind at Stay-N-Play, my dog very much enjoys it. Highly recommend for those with dogs that don’t get along with others. It comes with yard access! Pricing is reasonable and you can even schedule grooming services during your dog’s stay so they’re fresh when you pick them up.

Left our furry family members with the staff.When we picked them up 3 days later, they did not act afraid or timid with the staff.I'm very surprised they felt this way.We are very happy with the facilities and staff.

They take such good care of my fur baby! He has a wonderful time on his nature walks and gets lots of cuddles from the staff. I really love the report cards and pictures they send throughout his stays. He is always so excited to arrive, everyone knows him and seems happy when he goes for a stay. The staff is also great accommodating his dietary and medication needs. He always has a great experience and I can see how much the staff genuinely cares for their clients.

Our pets always enjoy their vacations at Stay-N-Play. We have 100% confidence that they are cared for and having fun! We love to read the daily Report Card which Stay-N-Play uses to describe how much fun they are having there. It also includes pictures of each pet. Stay-N-Play is our first choice when we need to board our pets.

Visted the Stay-N-Play Pet Ranch for the first time today for a Nail clipping. Everything was great! Saturday appointments, fast in and out, clean facility, great prices. I've already scheduled boarding for later this year for both my dogs. Thanks!

After using a couple other boarding facilities in the area, this is now my go-to. I love the report card and pictures they send, and my dogs seem so happy and healthy when I pick them up. I just used their grooming services on my husky, and I am so impressed! He looks better than ever! Well done!

I highly recommend Stay -N- Play Ranch! They are wonderful there! They always make every effort to make sure our dog, Sophie, is well cared for. And it always relieves our worry knowing that she is in good hands there. She loves the nature walks, playtime, cuddles and love they give her along with a yummy pupsicle treat each day! :) We love also the reports that they send to us, letting us know how she is doing during her stay. The staff is always willing to help her be comfortable and happy. And it means so much to us. They have so many wonderful things to help your pet be comfortable and happy there. They keep everything nice and clean also! She recently had her first bath there during her stay and they trimmed her nails for us and she came back smelling so clean and her fur was so nice and soft! Very happy and grateful for this place!

I've only boarded my pups there one time (so far), but it was great! I am ALWAYS nervous about boarding my dogs when I have to go out of town, but the staff at Stay N Play staff put my mind at ease. They even sent me updates and photos letting me know my dogs were OK, which was a nice touch. That went a long way towards helping me relax, so I could enjoy my vacation! When we came to pick up our dogs, they were not stressed at all and barely had any reaction to seeing us, even though it had been a few days. THAT'S how I know they had a really fun time! I would recommend this place for boarding, and will be using them again in the future.

The drive out to Dripping Springs is definitely worth it for this place! The facility is beautiful and the staff is so helpful and caring. I’m definitely an overprotective dog mom and they made sure to give me a full tour and go over in detail everything they do. They definitely made me feel at ease leaving my fur baby in their care for a week. They have awesome little perks too that you can pay extra for like hikes and special frozen treats. The daily updates were awesome too. When I picked my dog up she was just as happy and healthy as she was when I dropped her off. At first she didn’t even want to leave! I wouldn’t board anywhere else.

They runs are so small especially if your boarding two dogs! The are not outside for longer than 10 minutes at a time verses other places are 20-30 each let out . One of the male managers is constantly cussing and yelling at dogs and employees. Shoves dogs around not very friendly if you ask me .the techs doThey’re best to love on all the pups but that doesn’t make up for the yelling /cussing and pushing dogs around . I don’t recommend at all. Try dog camp or Highmark kennels !!!

I've been taking my dog to get groomed here for a little over a year. The cut is never consistent and they don't listen to what I'm asking for - even when I'm very specific and detailed. For what they charge, I expect my every wish to come true!I was already on the fence about leaving and around that time needed a last minute place to board. Reluctantly, I booked at Stan-N-Play. It was the WORST experience I've ever had.My dog was there for 3 full days - every report I got referred to him as a SHE, which isn't a super big deal but it definitely made me feel like they didn't know my dog. And for having been a customer for over a year, I shouldn't have felt that. When I came to pick him up, they had only one toy that belonged to him and tried to push other toys onto me that were not his. I brought 2 or 3 toys along and a blanket. They told me the blanket was in the wash, but didn't know which one. They finally found the right toys and A Blanket...that did belong to us but wasn't the one I brought with me that trip. Not sure what that was about.I was already upset, but that wasn't even the worst part. My poor pup was sick for the next 3 days. Couldn't control bowel movements - I'm talking even in his crate (he's never done that in his 9 years) and he was so depressed. I don't know what happened over this weekend but rest assured I will never be back. I would not recommend leaving your dogs in their care - they clearly don't care at all about their well-being.

Do not send your pet there. Management does not care about your pets , is unfriendly, and has lots of attitude, short staff, and high turnover. If they have an attitude with me, a paying customer, what would they do to my pet behind my back?

Had to drop off my puppy while staying in Austin for the weekend. These ladies made it easy to sign up online and book her stay. She had a great time on her nature walks and I LOVED the emailed pics and updates throughout the weekend.

Nice facility. Indoor/outdoor pens. My dogs came home tired after a week boarding and appeared well cared for. I didn't feel very comfortable with the employees though so I probably won't go there again.

I love the team at Stay N Play! They take care of my little girl Moose in a very compassionate and caring way. Moose has a great time and always comes back happy and healthy. I always have peace of mind when moose boards at Stay N Play ♥️

This pet boarding center was very clean, and my cats were perfectly fine when they came out. The staff was very friendly, and had our cats ready to go when they saw us pull up in the parking lot. Very nice :) thank you!

This is a good little groomer for the most part sometimes they clip him a little close in some places, but we like this place & would recommend. We’ve been going for over a year & we love them, try your best to make an appointment ahead of time to help them out, then get a regular schedule executed going forward ;-)

Looks like a dog jail. I luckily toured it well before. I put my puppy up with a well reviewed person from rover. At least that way she has some socializing and a great environment for a similar price.
