We took our 6 month old German shepherd to get a basic wash she had never been to the groomer and we were nervous but they did a really good job at making her feel comfortable she explained how our dog did through the grooming process. the store is clean and big we got a lot of good deals on holiday toys and sweaters for our dog we will be returning

Oliver received a “celebrity” spa experience at Petsmart/Donna! Beautiful cut, nails, bath, conditioner and bandana!!!Kassy R. took her time with him and all I can say is she is AMAZING!!!

So disappointed! Max had an appointment at 10 am for a grooming. He has been to many groomers before but since my mom is in town she decided to take him to one here before she leaves. They said it would take 3/4 hours before he would be ready. We finally get a call at 1:18 just to be told all that was done was a wash because he was to “aggressive” we have NEVER been told this before! We rushed to get him and the lady then proceededs to tell my mom she wasn’t able to do anything because she didn’t have any “help” and wanted her to take him back to her on Friday. He doesn’t even smell or look like he was washed. Here’s a picture of my moms “aggressive” puppy. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Awesome groomers! Definitely recommend Leslie for your pets grooming. She’s so gentle and patient with them. My dog gets excited when he sees her. She treats my pets as her own 🐾🐶

Leslie is amazing with my elderly Golden Retriever! My dog is unstable and difficult to work with but Leslie is patient and my dog actually looks forward to her time getting groomed. You can definitely put your trust in Leslie and her grooming skills

Very bad experience! I took my dog to get his nails trimmed and the groomer took him in and less than five minutes called me and explained she could not trim his nails because he was moving too much and her long nails ( they looked like Cardi B nails) did not allow her to hold him down. Horrible service.

Today 1:14/24 my husband and I wanted to adopt a kitten to add to our family. We went to Petsmart in Harlingen, and were told we could not physically see the cat unless we were serious about adopting. My question was” how will we know unless I can see if we like each other?” After not getting any where, we left without a kitten/cat.We also visited 2 humain society’s, we decided to drive to Donna and try our luck.We saw a kitten we wanted to see, I found “Victor” (what a blessing) I can’t say enough good things about Victor.Victor made sure we had a bond with our kitty, he was very friendly and patient!We went through the adoption, everything was explained. All the way to walking out the door with our new family member we felt happy about our choice to take the drive to Donna Pet Smart!I thanked Victor again, and he said “ nothing makes me happier than to see a pet leave to their new home.Thank you Victor! Store looks great but can definitely tell they're still new. I Was buying some meal worms for my Leppard geko and was checking to see if the worms had tuned to Beatles or starting to change; but was told I couldn't open and look at them. Although I've looked in every other petsmart in the valley. I'm not going to spend my money on worms that are un-feedable to my lizard.

Honesty needs to Be told.
