This place is always short staffed. There are 10 people in line and one person in store at the register.I know it's not the employees fault but the management staff needs to step it up with either hiring more or being more available in the high peak hours.Just speaking from experience, it isn't hard to have management arrange themselves to be more open or accommodating to store peak hours.
