Do not bother calling. They are completely booked up and can not see new clients or 3 year customers. Sandra will refer you to another vet office that she worked at instead. Why would anyone completely him up so he could not take any emergencies?

Dr. Hervey and his staff are caring and understanding of my pets needs. I love that Dr. Hervey treats my pets in the patient room with me there instead of taking them out to perform the treatment ie weight, temp, vaccines, etc. He also puts the pets at ease with a little Cheese Whiz!

My name is Shain Charanza. The mistakes made by Hervey Darden resulted in the death of a healthy dog going to get his ears checked. Additional information about the two poor experiences with one costing the life of my boy will be public on my Facebook profile. Any attempt of this establishment to try and remove any information I’ve provided about “my own person experience” will end in legal action. He was cremated before information was given to have an autopsy from Texas board of veterinary examination was given to me for legal action. The most I can do is provide “my personal experience” with Hervey Darden. Please do not take your loved one here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this group! They truly do care about your animals and will do everything they possibly can to ensure your pets will live a long healthy life. Both super friendly and knowledgeable...it is worth the drive to visit these folks. Too many vet clinics and hospitals in the surrounding big cities are blinded by greed and it’s really unfortunate. These guys helped save my dying Mastiff pup who contracted Parvo. The gave me updates along the way, as they treated him 24/7 for 6 days. I’m very grateful for the staff at Dime Box Animal Clinic!

Always love going to this clinic primarily for Dr. Harvey's knowledge and how much he knows to care for all of our dogs. We are more than happy to drive the 1.5hrs to have our dogs yearly check ups or scheduled procedures done here. Dr. Hervey and the staff are amazing!

I absolutely love the people at dime box. Not only are their prices affordable but I can really trust that they will take care of my babies. My fosters are usually timid going into the vet for the first time and in the past I've seen vets be pretty forceful and impatient, not dime box! They take their time to make my dogs feel comfortable and not scared while still getting everything done as needed.

I got my dog spayed here I have to say this is the most amazing vet I've ever come across people complain about the prices but I pay for service it's not even that expensive and then on top of that they have a number you can text how convenient can they make it

The staff are extremely nice, helpful and I didn’t feel judged about needing care for my little cat when I went in (like I did at another place that was going to charge me thousands of dollars before seeing her). They got to the problem IMMEDIATELY and was able to diagnose her, give treatment, go-home medication she needed and now she’s back in my bed resting. I will be defiantly be using them for my other pets (were new to the area). 🌺🌺🌺

Amazing to say the least. This was my Puddins first time at the vet (I’m assuming she had no vet care prior to adoption) and she was so happy when I came to pick her up and she seemed to not have any fear being in the office after she had the surgery to be spayed and getting her shots.This speaks wonders considering some pets absolutely fear clinics after having a procedure like this done.

Dr Hervey is a wonderful vet. He takes the time to make each patient feel like they are the only client, and explain in depth what next step is recommended or needed. In March of 2021, we lost our pup Shiner. Dr Hervey called me himself to inform me of the news, and his staff was amazing for us, giving options, and I think it was Sandra who cried with me. To some, Shiner was just a dog, to us she was our baby, and the staff at Dimebox understood that.

I love taking my animals here. They are treated very well. The staff are very nice to the fur parents and fur babies of all kinds. The prices are very affordable as well. Only down side is no Care Credit available here. Gas is high, funds are low, so sometimes care credit is all I have. But other than that, I would recommend them to all.

The staff were all friendly and the tech helped me with my dog since I had my hands full with two kids. I appreciated that they worked us in as quickly as possible and got us in and out quickly. It was a very positive experience overall.

Always friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Sandra even took the time to figure out which meds would be most inexpensive for our 2 dogs. I really appreciated that. The Vet & Tech are very good at what they do. We went in for vaccines and to chip our newest and the dogs didn't even wince. I call that a win!

These folks are, hands down, the best! They are friendly, compassionate, understanding, devoted and find the most affordable/efficient/effective avenues for both the owners and pets. They are gentle and loving towards the pets and gain their trust. They don't rush through procedures by forcing our friends. They gain their trust and work with them. Never been disappointed with Dr. Hervey and his staff! Very professional and caring team. Our Terrier, Corky, is 14 and we were apprehensive to have him put under anesthesia for teeth cleaning and removal but he did fine and is much livelier now that he had the procedure. So glad we trusted the Dime Box Animal Clinic to take care of him.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve driven between 1.5-2 HOURS to come to Dime Box Animal Clinic for my pets over the years. Your animal will get top-notch care, you’ll get top-notch service every time (very responsive via txt and will check up with you too), and their fees are more than reasonable. Highly recommended for your small and large animal needs.

Had not been here before. Easy to find & right off the highway. They fit me in for an urgent issue before lunch. They were friendly to me & my dog & seemed to genuinely care for his problem.
