Do not go here unless you have an hour to kill. I was the only car in drive through and no one was inside when I ordered. I still had to drive around and park. Ended up waiting 30 min for 4 chicken strips. It wasn’t even the combo ! I literally can cut raw chicken, batter it and fry it at home in half the time.

Super slow 👇, nice lobby but the drive thru Sucks the girl the speaker is not loud enough. So your order doesn't get made till you hit the window. 😢 and by then your almost out of Gas. 25 minutes for a dipped come. Lobby was packed.

I was surprised when I drove up to the drive through, there was one vehicle in front of me!Nice! I knew it wouldn't take me long to get my food.👍🏻Iordered the taco combo. It was good, the lettuce could look a bit fresher though.I try not to eat out often but if I'm in a hurry, don't have time to cook something quick at home for lunch I'll be back😊

Food is decent... pricing seems high, you get poked out here in this area. So, on par with local businesses. The worst part is the wait.And I mean WAAAAAAIT. The reviews on here stating "quick service"... clearly, paid SEO drivers. Not real. Can't be.Doesn't seem to matter how busy they are or what time of day... you will pull around and you will wait an average of 10-20minutes. And for a large order, I have sat there 30-45 minutes.The staff also seem to try but the operation seems to lack efficiency.

Calling and placing your order in advance will guarantee the best experience. Otherwise they take forever, 35-45 mins is my average to-go experience. And they have at times forgotten to bring me my order with 0 apologies. Food is fine, but order fulfillment time and organization needs improvement.

We ordered a shake and dilly bars in the drive thru. It took nearly 17 minutes to get the shake made. The staff looked very unorganized however the ice cream treats did taste good.

This is by far the slowest DQ in the united states. Can have no one in the resturant and just myself in the drive thru and its 25 minutes for a pop and blizzard. Get the right management and workers. I've been in the food industry for 30 years and this is unacceptable. Will go to Sonic from now on.

Food was fast and great but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was HORRIBLE!!! This one short lady (probably an assistant manager) was very rude. I’ve got to say this is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked at customer service before and that is not how you do it. People like that are what ruin a great place to eat at. Only rating 3 stars bc the food was good. The girl that was cleaning the lobby needs to smile more often too.

When you Dine in, they take awhile by the time they come up to the counter and take your your. I stood there almost 10 minutes and they would look at me but no one would come. Finally they came I put my order and repeated twice n still the order was wrong. Never order chkn strip's because they are hard. Like old. When you go to the drive thru its the same thing very very slow. I've see ppl in there and because the service is slow they just walk out. If your gonna call in you gotta make sure you call in an hour before. When I used to work there everything worked out great. The customers were greeted and thier food was on time. ..ice cream is always good but the food I don't think so. Tacos today were too greasy ..but because i didn't feel like cooking so I ordered there but did not enjoy it.

Can't rate the food or the ice-cream since the service was so slow, we left. We were 3rd car in drive-thru. The 2nd car ahead of us was there when we pulled up behind to give our order. The 2nd car left. We wasted 30 minutes of precious road trip driving waiting in this "line" so we left. If you are traveling, go to another establishment.

I placed my order at 5:36pm and did not receive it until 5:54pm and I just ordered a salad and a small blizzard . Way too long waiting for my food. They told me to park in the front and they would take it out to me. Well they did but only the salad then had to wait for the blizzard. Wow!!

I feel like I got over charged on this meal. I asked for a number 6with cheese,bacon and jalapenos and a medium drink.The cashier was polite and my meal came out at the time it should have. I look at my meal and noticed only one small bacon strip. I ask the cashier if that's the way it comes or do they charge by the slice or if they are running low on bacon. Her and two other employees didn't know what to say. But all 3 employees said the same thing. It's up to the cook how many pieces go in the burger. I asked to speak to the cook and he didn't want to talk to me. He told the cashier that he is making more bacon and it'll take 6 minutes to cook. Next time I go I know not to order bacon.

Disgusting -The worst service and food. Waited for over 30 minutes only to get melted and terrible tasting ice cream/blizzards. No point in arguing with cashier because she barely spoke. Will never eat here again

Unfortunately DQ was under staffed. Many orders forgotten and food was cold. Sadly, manager on duty was not willing to do anything about it but apologize. A few asked for their money back instead. Overall it was a bad experience for many customers that day dining in and through drive thru customers.

I've been coming here with my family for years now every time we come to Laredo Texas it's a tradition to always stop and eat here. Food is above 10 and it's very inviting everyone know each other. From California we come out here for quality DQ thanks you guys for still being up in running

Really bad customer service! 20 minutes for my order and I had to go inside to ask what was taking so long. I had ordered combo. No customers inside the store and they had like 6 employees "working". I asked for my money and told the manager what a bad service they had and she didn't even responded. I don't recomend this place at all.

I always enjoy D Q the Texas stop sign. went through the drive up window. I order a single with cheese I usually get a 2 meat or 3 meat 🍖. but just went with the single. wasn't that hungry.
