We have used Tail Waggers on multiple occasions for our dogs and always had very good and pleasant experiences. The old owner was so comforting and made us have peace with leaving our babies. This time was vastly different. We picked our two pups up this morning and until we got in the car and on the road could I tell just how bad it was. The lobby stunk so bad that we were basically gagging. I couldn’t tell how bad they smelled until having all four car windows open while driving just wasnt enough, their stench was so bad. Their beds were filthy and covered in pee soaking the foam, which left us with no choice but to replace them. Their entire underbellies and legs were soaked in urine smell. Both dog beds went in brand new condition and came home ruined. Both dogs were freshly groomed and came home filthy. We are so disgusted by their treatment and the conditions of the facility.Update: You know its bad when even the on call vet that they previously used for dogs that needed care while being left at the kennel quit working with them.

Amazing and educated staff, friendly environment, great clean facility with affordable boarding prices. I love the passion for animals from the owner and the staff! Give them a call and find out. It was worth my time!

Took our dog Leo there for 4 days/5 nights. The new owner Sharon was very nice. The facility was very clean. All the staff was super friendly when we dropped our pup off. They made us feel very comfortable leaving Leo baby. They told us she had a great time and got along well with the other dogs. We'll be back next time we have to board our pup.

Resident dogs are not vaccinated, spayed or neutered. There have been SEVERAL litters of puppies conceived on the property due to the owners irresponsible behavior. 90% of kennels are full with "rescue" dogs that are always there. Many customers' dogs have contracted Bordetella during their stay, despite being vaccinated themselves. Pitiful owner makes employees leave positive reviews as if they are customers. She doesn't even grasp the concept of quarantining sick dogs. Dogs that are sick because she's too cheap to vaccinate them. She can call me "disgruntled" all she wants. I am still telling the TRUTH, something she clearly knows nothing about. If they audit her books, I'm sure she'd lose the 501c3 status for misappropriation of funds because she doesn't spend any of it on those dogs. There are multiple dead dog carcasses in the freezer of the refrigerator where employees are supposed to keep their lunches cold. (See photos for proof).

I take both my dogs there for boarding when I'm out of town. The staff is very friendly and my dogs love them.December 2022I don't know what happened here but the quality of service has taken a tremendous nose-dive. The receptionist was rude and cocky, and when we picked up our dogs (4) after our trip, one showed signs of early dehydration which led me to wonder if they had been attended to properly (or at all). I am very disappointed with the way our pets were cared for, which makes me reduce my rating to two stars. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, because when the owner was there to oversee operations, service and care was always stellar. I hate to say it, but hopefully the three individuals responsible for this incident are no longer employed there because I feel they should not be caring for animals in this type environment.

I am very happy with our first visit to Tail Waggers! We will definitely be back! My husband and I brought our two big dogs in before going on vacation, and they made it very easy for me to register them and drop them off. They are very nice and I can tell they took great care of our dogs. I had also checked around with pricing at other dog boarding facilities, and Tail Waggers has the best pricing, so all around I am very pleased with everything. It feels very good knowing I have somewhere I can bring my doggies if we need to leave town.

I've used Tailwaggers for around 10 years and never had problems...at least not until new ownership took over. David and his crew were great with customers and dogs. But now...big problems with groomer not following instructions. They appear to be understaffed, because often there are no people working the front desk. The front office smells horrible. The owner is not very friendly. I'm taking my business somewhere else after so many years with them. I no longer recommend Tail Waggers. There are too many other places to choose from.

Wanted to give this place a second chance and shame on me for doing so. My dogs came back full of fleas and both dogs paws were like they were standing in a wet kennel for days. As soon as I picked my dog up he went outside and peed for 2.5 minutes like they never let him out. The lobby smelled so bad I couldn't stand in there for more than a minute. If the owner is reading this, take pride in your business and start treating your customers pets like they are your own.

If I could give this horrible place a zero I definitely would. First of all, I was a first time client and took my dog’s shot records and they said they need two more shots so I said ok. Pick up my dog she seemed stressed and upset went home and notice she was very sad and had the runs. Notice she didn’t really eat at the place since most of her food was still in the bag. Looked at her shot records and they double dosed her one of the vaccines. My dog continued to have the runs for three days and took to the vet. Vet said she had stress runs and now needed antibiotics for stomach infection. So my dog went to this place nice and healthy and happy dog. Came out sad and sick and it was just a a two day stay. They do not care about your pets here or customer service at all. Your pet could get sick and dehydrated and they will just not take any responsibility.Do Not take your pet here to suffer this place is not a good place if you love and care for you pet pick somewhere else.

Brought in a 10 yo Chihuahua and a 1 year old German Shep. Both well taken care of seemed happy when they left. The Chihuahua is pretty good at communicating with me when his pissed off. Restroom on the floor and what no. He has been great so I know it went great. Now I know I got a trusting kennel to take the to when I go on vacation! Also the people are really cool and understanding to my dogs needs.

I have been taking my 6 month old GSD mix puppy to Tail Waggers for a few weeks for doggy day care and love it! Before we started day care we came in and they evaluated her to make sure she would have positive interactions with the other dogs at daycare. I feel much better about leaving her there than leaving her at home all day in her crate. She gets to go outside, socialize with other dogs and get some energy out. I know she has a good and exciting time because she is so tired when we get home! And it is very affordable! So glad I found this place.

Tailwaggers is not what it once was. The new owner is rude and definitely in it only for the money. Dave was so easy to work with, really cared for the dogs and the owners…..this lady is the opposite of that. If I didn’t have to give them a star I wouldn’t. I used to recommend them everyone and now I won’t be and I won’t going back.

We have left our pups at a few other places around the area and every second trip to drop them off again , the pups were hesitant to go back in without being carried in. We gave Tail Waggers a shot and it has been GREAT! The second trip there and the pups went right in like they do at home. We don't put them on leashes anymore when we drop them off or pick them up. They are just as happy getting there as they are when they leave. Great folks and great prices. They have also recently expanded their facilities. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I took my dogs to tail Wagar‘s and got them groomed, and they came out awesome .I recommend this company for any dog. They are well-maintained, there clean, they have good attitudes and they take care of their animals there.if you want to board them or if you want to just get them cut or washed. Thanks very much, also the prices are reasonable. 😄

Love these ladies. If we lived here, they would be our permanent groomer.We were in town on family business and needed a place for our pup to go for a few hours. With no reservation, the ladies took him in and took great care. I picked him up that afternoon; he was clean, (still smells great) calm, happy and clearly loved by the staff.

We kept our dog here while on vacation, and it was great! Our dog usually hates socializing with other dogs, but they said he did great and actually played with the other dogs!! He was so happy when we came back to get him!!! The staff is super friendly and the rates are definitely affordable! We highly recommend this place for pet boarding!

Please do not take your pet here. They cut my yorkies ear. She had to have surgery to repair. Her ear is not the same she lost blood flow to the area. Broke my heart to put her through this. If I could give this place a zero I would. Plus my dog got kennel cough and gave to our other two dogs. Bad place

Love the owner here. They do great grooming and my dog is excited to come here and she doesn’t even like grooming! He is really friendly and knowledgeable about dog training too! Gave me some tips to help curve my dog’s “I own you” attitude.....

The last post is from a disgruntled employee that was dismissed from her position for not doing her job. It’s sad she has nothing better to do with her time but continue to bash me and my business. Bo seemed to have really enjoyed his time at Tail Waggers. When I picked him up he was happy and well adjusted. They do not have someone on site overnight which was a little worrisome because he is a senior dog, but he did just fine. Thank you team❤️

I've been boarding my yorkie here for at least 4 years. She's always excited to go, and leaves happy. What I love the best is that the dogs get outside playtime at no additional cost. The staff are very nice and genuinely care about the dogs.

I took my 2 dogs there and will never take them again. They did not do as I requested. I specifically told them I did not want my Collie shaved, Ignored my what I said. They shaved him down. He now hasn't any fur and certainly doesn't look like a Collie. We discussed what I wanted done and they did what they wanted. My other dog, an Australian Shepard they shaved her back area, so that she has no fur covering her under her tail and under her rear legs.They claimed they had to shave my Collie because he was matted and longer blade would not work. I have taken him to other groomers and not one of them shaved him. They groomed him according to what I requested..

I cannot say enough regarding this business. My dogs are not ready to leave and I have several. The owner has been unbelievable in his kindness always but especially during Harvey and the months since. He was my angel for many many months while I was trying to rebuild. I highly recommend.

We have used this place twice for our dog. We used to use Petsmart Pet hotel but she would come home anxious, sad, depressed. When we pick her up from here she is happy, wagging her tail, and is greeted by name every time. You don’t pay extra for play time, it just comes with their stay. We are very happy with the place and the owner. Highly recommend.

I took my dogs to get groomed here. The price is very good. They did a pretty good job. I wish they would have blow dried the hair a little longer, but other than that it was pretty good, especially for the price. They helped me get them in my car too.

Place is worked and run by the owner himself. The new facility can easily hold 100 dogs and the owner hardly ever has more than 25 dogs there. There is plenty of yard room for the dogs to be dogs and it is open 7 days a week 365! Your dog will be personally taken care of. The owner will know the dogs name any special care your dog needs will be noted and done! Love the vibes here!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Took my dog and cat here to get groomed & get a flea bath which they said works very well. Came home and still found fleas on the dog within seconds. They weren’t able to handle the cat so they half shaved her and left her looking bad. They didn’t even treat the cat for fleas. Horrible experience.

I’ve been taking my tiny Yorkie here for a few years now they treat Daisy as their own pet. Daisy has anxiety she starts shaking when she’s nervous but they have told me that she’s not like that when I leave so that gives me a big relief. I would definitely recommend this place I absolutely love the staff so kind and friendly !
