I travel 30 minutes to get my dog trained by Sheri. She has 40+ years experience in dog and horse training! My dog who had social anxiety and Sheri worked with me in private and group to bring her out of her nervousness. We are now learning under intermediate training. Worth the time! I have a different dog! She is outstanding!

I've gone here since it open and they always have what I need. I have had a scorpion, 4 dogs, 2 cats and most recently a fish tank. They have always had me covered with supplies and helpful staff.. The selection of fish is lacking a bit, but it maybe harder to inport types of fish with the virus panic currently. Other than that super good deals on fish tanks and supplies! They also have decent groomers

I took my dog there this week, and he had a couple knots on his ear. The rest of him was fine, and literally they shaved him naked from ears down to his toes. Very disappointed will never come back here again. whoever groomed him that day obviously wasn’t in the mood to work paying $70 for him to get shaved is ridiculous!!

I would do less stars but it will not let me. We went to this location and bought 4 fish. We got told that if the fish die just come in with the receipt from the purchase. My daughter had 3 of the fish die. I called and asked about this and was told we were not told just to bring the receipt in. The store manager was extremely rude over the phone. We will not go back to this store.

Made an appointment back in January to get my cat’s haircut. Just showed up (March) and no one can cut a cat’s hair. They said come back on Thursday. I made an appointment today for a reason!! Horrible!! Will not return!!

HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE!! GROOMERS ARE IMPROPERLY TRAINED AT THIS LOCATION. TOOK MY PUPPY THERE TO BE GROOMED DROPPED HIM OFF 2 HRS LATER AND 50.00 SOMETHING DOLLARS PAID MY DOG STILL SMELLED THE SAME WAY THAT HE DID WHEN I DROPPED HIM OFF. I WAS SO DISSATISFIED THAT THE GROOMER WOULD RELEASE MY DOG STILL SMELLING. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE AS WE WILL. DONT LIKE GIVING BAD REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE DESERVED A MINUS STAR .

Cassandra, the dog trainer, was very helpful in finding me a digestive sensitive dog food from Authority, after my dog had not eaten for 2 days ! I'm pretty sure she makes an awesome trainer too, except that my 15 year old Shih-tzu is kinda set in his ways by now.. lol. Again thanks for your service & expertise!

They help me and my family member when the Vet GAC on 6th and broadway Galveston Tx he has have been seeing GAC for 13 yr they said couldn't help. But charge 344.00 for telling me he can't breath which is why i brought Dre it took the vet 10 min he new what was wrong . Thank them again for saving Dre life.

Bather Ashley does not know how to handle undercoat during shedding season. Claimed too hard to blow out. Guess they dont really teach the bathers about handeling your babies while shedding. Tried to talk about it but she just refused to continue

The dogs love to visit but it does get a bit frustrating that our favorite brands and flavors aren't always in stock and tend to move around so we have to hunt for them. Seems each time we find something that works for our dietary-sensitive dog, they stop carrying it. The treat and toy selection is great, staff are always friendly. Prices can fluctuate wildly but this store still tends to be at or near the best prices on the better brands.

There are a couple of people here, that CAN'T be trusted with your pets! I have watched Amanda be rude to the dogs. She has no patience for them. Imagine if she acts like this with a customer in the store, how she acts when she is alone with them! Please beware and be conscious of who is grooming your pets!! 🚩 I refused to let her groom my dog for the way I've witnessed her acting !! The next time we came in she came out and confronted my husband and started an altercation with him! She needs to be fired. 🚩🚩 Instead, petsmart won't allow me to bring my dog to be groomed here. That's fine, I wouldn't risk it again anyways but I think it speaks volumes about this store! If you speak up about seeing the animals being treated cruelly, they'll just ban you!

I was very disappointed when my husband and I went in there this evening hoping to get some information in turtle care. When we first walked in, no one greeted us. Then one employee past right by us to go to the back. No hello. I proceeded to walk around. A different employee was working the floor. I walked past her twice and all she did was look at me. I told my husband to let's go because they don't have good customer service. On the way out, I walked back to the young lady working the floor and politely told her that no one acknowledged us and that disappointed us. She then asked if we needed help and I said no thank you. We left and went to Petco instead where were treated kindly.

One thing I like about PetSmart most of the people there revolve for employment hardly ever see the same people twice in a 6-month period, the good thing is if you ask a question and they don't know it they seem to know where to get the answer that's a huge plus with me. Thanks PetSmart

I was a bit skeptical to take our doodle to somewhere other than our local groomers but we were in a pinch. I was pleasantly surprised at the job well done by Harley (I think that was her name). He's a big puppy and very nervous during grooming but she finished a full body wash and cut in only 3 & 1/2 hours. I was very impressed. Definitely plan to schedule again when needed.

What a great store! Very clean and a good selection of reptiles! Marissa helped us out and not only is she extremely knowledgeable but also has superb customer service skills. It was nice to converse with a respectful young person that obviously takes great pride in her job. We will definitely be coming back.
